Objective In order to investigate the situation application of compound Danshen injection (CDI) in the treatment and to provide reference for clinical rational use.Methods Adverse drug reactions (ADR) report literatures through WANFANG DATA, VIP DATA and CNKI from 1989 to 2013 with (CDI) were retrieved the data including patient age, gender, medical history, dosage, medication time and ADR type were got and analyzed.Results One hundred and twenty-one literatures with one hundred and forty-eight ADR report cases wore retrieved. The ADR of (CDI) rate of male was higher than female. The original disease causes were cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The age, a rather elderly bunch, was not associated with the disease. The frequent onest time of adverse reaction was in 5-20 min after medication, and allergic reaction was the main adverse reaction.Conclusion The ADR of CDI should not be ignored. Patients constitution, gender, medication time and the combined application should be pay more attention to reduce the incidence of ADR and ensure the drug safety.

Objective To study the affection of cultivating regions to the quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and the scientific basis of authenticity of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.Methods The amounts of ferulic acid,ligustilide and total polysaccharide in Radix Angelicae Sinensis cultivated in Gansu,Yunnan, Sichuan,Shanxi provinces were determined by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry.Results Radix Angelicae Sinensis cultivated in Gansu province possesses the highest contents of ferulic acid,ligustilide and total polysaccharide among that from four regions.Conclusion The quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis cultivated in Gansu province is better than that from other regions.It is reasonable to regard Radix Angelicae Sinensis cultivated in Gansu province as authentic medical herbs.

Objective To improve the skills of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care and to provide patients with better individualized pharmaceutical care.Methods A total of 785 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) counseling outpatient cases, consultation modes, objectives, consulting drugs, consulting problems were analyzed.Results Office counseling was the dominant method for TCM counseling (85.10%), followed by telephone counseling (14.90%). Of all the counselings, patients and their relatives accounted for 80.63%, where females was 60.25% and males 39.75%; and patients over 40 years of age accounted for 81.91%. Of all the pharmacy counseling, heart system disorder were the major (14.79%), followed by drugs for Qi, blood and body fluid disorder (12.61%); the contents of counseling were diversity, which included dosage and administration amounts (29.04%), experience for drug use (14.14%), drug interactions (10.39%) and adverse reactions (9.55%). Conclusion TCM counseling could offer an effective platform of communication between pharmacists and patients, improve patients' medication compliance, and ensure patients' safe, rational, economical and effective.

Objective To evaluate food intolerance sensitivity among 2962 health check-up receivers from the First Hospital of China Medical University.Methods Serum samples of 2962 adults were collected from January 2008 to June 2010.Serum allergen-specific IgG antibodies of 14 kinds of food were detected by ELISA.The data were analyzed by using One-way analysis of variance.Results In this study,the rate of food intolerance was 0.4%(mushrooms) to 38.0%(eggs).Higher rates of food intolerance were found in egg,crab,shrimp,milk,and cod fish(Eggs 32.5%,crabs 26.0%,shrimps 19.8%,milk 13.8%,and cod fish 12.0% respectively).However,wheat,pork,and mushroom showed relatively lower rates of food intolerance(Wheat 0.8%,pork 0.4%,and mushrooms1.4% respectively).Positive reaction to food intolerance was even stronger in women(9.4% versus 8.2%).Conclusion It is discovered by study that in general population,the diversity of intolerance among different food is associated with 4 factors: gender; age; feature of food; individual diversity.It is recommended that the status of intolerance to food in the general population be investigated by health management.

Objective To explore the characteristics of temporal distribution and epidemic trend of autumn-winter type scrub typhus using the time series analysis.Methods Based on the data of scrub typhus collected from Shandong Diseases Reporting Information System from 2006 to 2011,both spectral analysis and moving average analysis were used to analyze the annual data of scrub typhus while scrub typhus incidence in 2012-2014 was forecasted.Seasonal decomposition analysis was applied to analyze the monthly data from January of 2006 to October of 2011,followed by Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model (ARIMA) which was constructed to forecast case number in November and December of 2011 and compared to the actual incidence.Results The results of spectral analysis showed that the prevalence of autumn-winter type scrub typhus had a feature of ‘3-year-periodicity’.A long-term up-trend was confirmed by method of moving average analysis,with annually case numbers of 310,337 and another number of 366 forecasted for 2012 to 2014,respectively,with the annual increase rate as 9％ per-year.Data from analysis of monthly data of scrub typhus showed that through multiple seasonal decomposition analysis,the results indicated that the prevalence of this disease possessed a typical autumn-winter type.The seasonality indexes for scrub typhus in October and November were 8.454 and 2.230,respectively,while others were less than 1.000.The ARIMA (0,1,1 ) (0,1,0)12 model of ( 1 -B) ( 1 -B12)X,=( 1 -0.811B)u,that was used to forecast the prevalence of autumn-winter type scrub typhus and was constructed with the residual error of 16 lags as white noise.The Box-Ljung test statistic for the model was 3.116,giving a P value of 0.999.The model fitted the data well.Good accordance was achieved between the observed values and the forecasted values of scrub typhus in November and December of 2011 which was produced by the ARIMA model,and all observed values were within the forecasted 95％ CI.Conclusion The prevalence of autumn-winter type scrub typhus showed a 3-year-periodicity,with a long-term up-trend,and the case numbers of 2012 to 2014 were forecasted,rising on the end with an increasing rate of 9％ per year,which occurred seasonally with October as the peak time in every year.The ARIMA (0,1,1 ) (0,1,0) 12 model seemed to be quite appropriate in predicting the autumn-winter type scrub typhus.

Objective Studying the status quo and constraints for rural healthcare service in grassroot rural healthcare units,for policy recommendations.Methods Using data from the fourth healthcare service investigation,by means of quantitative interview and qualitative interview,for an investigative interview of 348 township hospitals and 251 village clinics in 31 provinces in China.Results Deployment percentage of primary heahhcare services at township hospitals level is 49.1% (28.0/57),and that for village clinics is 60.6%(5.4/9).Conclusions The key to upgrading rural healthcare service system at grassroots level is to deploy better diagnostic equipments,upgrade the diagnostic competence of grassroots healthcare personnel and build a continuous service system for primary healthcare service.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship among 14 kinds of intolerant food by using association rules to provide evidence for more reasonable diet intake.Methods A total of 2962 adults who received medical examination at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University during January 2008 and June 2010 were enrolled in this investigation.ELISA was used to detect allergen-specific IgG antibody of 14 kinds of food.An association rules model was established by SPSS Clementinel2.0.In order to find positive intolerance association rules,food frequency was recorded with SPSS 16.0.Results Five most commonly seen food intolerance were eggs,crabs,shrimp,milk,and cod (positive rates were 32.5％,26.0％,19.8％,13.8％ and 12.0％,respectively).Positive association rules were found in crab and shrimp,or milk and eggs.Single order association was found in female,while multi-order association was identified in male.Conclusions Our data show a strong positive association among animal foods.Female may be affected by milk,eggs and seafood,while male may be affected by a variety of foods.

Oroxylum indicum was a traditional Chinese medicine. In order to study the chemical constituents from the seed of O. indicum, the chemical constituents of 80% methanol extract of seeds of O. indicum were subjected to chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and preparative HPLC, leading to the isolation of eleven compounds. The structures were identified by various spectroscopic data including ESI-MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR data as oroxin B (1), chrysin (2), baicalein (3), neglectein (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopy ranoside (5), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 2α,3β-dihydroxylluPeol (7), lupeol (8), rengyol (9), β-sitostero (10), and stigmasterol (11). Among them, compound 5 were firstly obtained from O. indicum.
