1.Study on Extraction Technique of Tiannian Capsules
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technique of tiannian capsules. METHODS:The extraction technique was selected by orthogonal method, with the contents of radix astragali and polycose,as well as the recovery of dry ointment as indicators, the influential factors for the extraction of effective ingredients that included the amount of adding water, length of decocting time and frequencies of decocting were studied.RESULTS:The optimal extraction technique is that medicinal herb is decocted in water 6 times as much as the herb for 3 times with 1 h per time.CONCLUSION:The optimized extraction technique is scientific, economic and practicable, which can be a guideline for manufacturing.
2.Frequencies of glutathione S-transferase gene (GSTT1 and GSTM1) polymorphism in a Daur population
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;29(11):986-988,991
Objective To explore the distrbution characteristics of glutathione S-transferase T1 and M1 (GSTT1 and GSTM1) gene polymorphism of Daur population in Inner Mongolia region, and provide the relevant data for studying the genotype of minority ethnic group of the Inner Mongolia. Methods Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood and the fragments of GSTM1 and GSTT1 was amplified by internal control allele specific PCR in 220 volunteers who had been residents in Inner Mongolia region. At the same time, the genotype of GSTT1 and GSTM1 was resolved by the density of 2.5% agarose gel electrophoresis. Results In the studied population, the frequencies of GSTM1 (-) and GSTT1 (-) were 50.8% and 71.4% respectively. The frequency of the individuals with combination of GSTM1 (-) and GSTT1 (-) was 31.4%.Conclusion The distribution of GSTM1 and GSTT1 displays gene polymorphism in Chinese Daur population, approximate to Mongolian population in the north of China, but there is significant difference between Chinese Daur population and Han people.
3.Analysis of 5-HT_3 Receptor Antagonists Used in 25 Hospitals of Wuhan During the Period of 2003-2005
Chinese Journal of Pharmacoepidemiology 2006;0(01):-
Objective:To evaluate the current situation and the developing trend of 5-HT3 receptor antagonists used in 25 hospital of Wuhan during the period of 2003~2005 in order to provide reference for clinical doctors and pharmacists. Method:The 5-HT3 receptor antagonists were statistically analyzed in respect to the purchase sum of money,DDDs and daily costs. Result:During the 3 years, purchase sum of money of 5-HT3 receptor antagonists were yearly increasing. The share of the market of domestic drugs showed an increasing tendency, while the imported drugs decreased year by year. Granisetron, ondansetron and tropisetron were much more frequently used than others. Conclusion:The market of the oral agents of 5-HT3 receptor antagonists will further expand in China.

Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(8):16-20,37
The paper analyzes problems existed in health certificate issuing management among employees in the service industries in Xi'an and points out the necessity of using informatization means to assist health certificate data management. It proposes the scheme of u-sing the management system based on two-dimensional code technology to manage health certificate information and makes detailed de-scription of design and realization of the system.
6.Risk factors and imaging features of silent brain infarction:a retrospective case-control study
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;(11):834-838
Objective To explore the risk factors and imaging features of silent brain infarction (SBI).Methods The patient with SBI from the clinic were enrolled in the study, and the patients with symptomatic non-lacunar infarction served as controls. The risk factors and imaging features of both groups were compared. Results Among 145 patients with SBI,133 (91.72%) had two or more lesions, mainly in the centrum semiovale (73.10%).The proportion of patients with white matter lesions in the group of SBI in a single location was significantly lower than that in the group of SBI in multiple locations (41.67% vs.73.68% ;x2 =5.484,P =0.019).Compared to the patients with SBI,the age in patents with symptomatic non-lacunar infarction was older (72.42 ± 11.79 vs.67.03 ± 12.04 years; t =3.545,P =0.000),the proportions of male (63.55% vs.46.21% ;x2 =7.447,P =0.006),hypertension (80.37% vs.64.14% ; x2 =7.887,P =0.005) and atrial fibrillation (31.78% vs.8.97%,x2 =21.113,P =0.000),as well as the levels of fasting glucose (6.09 ±1.23 mmol/Lvs.5.65± 1.18 mmol/L; t=2.863,P=0.005),total cholesterol (5.53± 0.74 mmol/Lvs.5.27 ± 0.90 mmol/L; t =2.554,P =0.011),triglycerides (1.89 ± 0.20 mmol/L vs.1.77 ± 0.18 mmol/L; t =4.910,P=0.000) and homocysteine (1 4.88 ±4.97 mmol/L vs.11.94 ±4.61 mmol/L; t =4.432,P =0.000)were higher. However, the lipoprotein (a) level was lower (0.18 ± 0.06 g/L vs.0.27 ± 0.18 g/L; t =-5.489,P =0.000).Among patients with SBI,33.8% and 43.5% had lesions in two and three locations, respectively;among patients with symptomatic non-lacunar infarction,66.4% and 27.1% had lesions in a single location and two locations, respectively (P < 0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lipoprotein (a)was the independent risk factor for SBI (odds ratio 5.988,95% confidence interval 2.421-14.706; P =0.000).Conclusions Although they shared a variety of common risk factors, patients with SBI had less atherosclerotic risk factors than those with symptomatic non-lacunar infarction. Most patients with SBI had lesions in multiple locations.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(10):713-716
The development of proteomic technique has sparked new focus on novel protein markers for many diseases including cancer. Urine is one of the most useful biofluids for routine testing to provide an ideal resource for the discovery of novel biomarkers, with the advantage over tissue biopsy samples due to the ease and the less invasive nature of urinary collection. This review summarizes urinary protein tumor markers found in prostate cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer that have shown potential for urogenital and non-urogenital cancer, so as to provide reference on high sensitive and high specific urinary protein tumor markers for early prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
9.Status quo of smoking behavior of young male smokers with stroke
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(10):45-46
Objective To explore the smoking behavior and its influencing factors of young male smokers with stroke, and set basis for further smoking cessation intervention. Methods 209 male smokers(≤45 years old) with stroke were randomly chosen, the information of demographic factors and smoking behaviors from medical files was got. Results Older people were more likely to be heavy smokers, the biggest percent (45.2%) of heavy smokers came from more than 40 years old people.Smoking consumption per day was affected by age, education and occupation, significant differences were found. Conclusions More than 40 years old patients in young male smokers with stroke should be focused in the intervention of smoking cessation.
