High-consuming group is a special group which has good economic base, differmental culture and relgional belif customs. These patients alwanys need high quality medical service. How to integrate with these characteristics and make the nursing model of making patients' belife, moral ideas respcted, and rights proteded is a difficult problem. The author put forward we should rule nurse staff' s ethics and actions, provide a medical envionment from which can meet high-consuming patients physical and mental needs.

Objective To determine the mercury in seven kinds of algal plant drugs.Method The mercury in the samples was determined by the atomic fluorescence spectrometry after been digested by microwave.Results The detection limit of mercury was 0.045?g?L~(1).The relative standard deviation was 1.65% and the average recovery was 97.77%.Conclusion The method had the advantages of simple operation,higher precision,higher sensitivity and repeatability and was suitable for the determination of mercury in the algal plant drugs.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of imported malaria in Hailing District ,Taizhou City,so as to provide the evidence for formulating the effective prevention and control strategy. Methods The network reports, questionnaires and epidemic reports of imported malaria cases in Hailing District from 2010 to 2015 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results From 2010 to 2015,totally 46 cases of imported malaria were reported,including 40 cases of falci?parum malaria(86.96%),4 cases of ovale malaria(8.70%),1 case of quartan malaria(2.17%)and 1 case of multi?infection of falciparum malaria and tertian malaria(2.17%). No seasonal trend of time of the disease onset was observed. All the patients were return abroad with clear residence histories in malaria epidemic areas. The average time from disease onset to definite diag?nosis was 2 d and 8 patients were definitely diagnosed within 24 h. All the 46 patients were cured. Conclusion All the malaria cases reported were imported cases in Hailing District in the last five years. Effective prevention and control measures are the key to the malaria elimination.

Objective To understand the current status of Oncomelania hupensis snails and the change rules,so as to pro?vide the evidence for formulating the snail control strategy. Methods The data of snails were collected and the factors influenc?ing the changes of snail status were investigated,and all the data were analyzed in Hailing District from 2007 to 2014. Results There were 18 environments with snails in 17 villages of 3 townships in Hailing District from 2007 to 2014. The snail area was 7.832 4 hm2. Among these environments and snail areas, 6 environments and 2.134 5 hm2, snail area were detected by the village snail investigation groups, and 12 environments and 5.697 9 hm2 snail area were detected by the township snail investigation groups. In addition, in 5 non?endemic villages, 3.126 3 hm2 snail area was found. In 2008, 2012 and 2013, a total of 2.274 0 hm2 snail area was found again. Conclusions In recent years,the snail situation rises again after schistosomiasis transmission has been interrupted. Therefore,this situation should be paid attention to.

Tissue engineering has been a newly developed discipline which represents the new direction of biological medicine engineering.With evergrowing researches on the reparation of bone defect by tissue engineering,great success has been achieved in this field.The three important elements of bone tissue engineering are seed cells,cytokines and cellular biological scaffolds.Bioceramic is an important part of bioactive frame applied widely in tissue engineering.This paper presents a review of the application of bioceramic in the reparation of bone defect,which aims at promoting a systematic knowledge of the application of bioceramic in tissue engineering.

Objective To study the effects of different factors influencing the quality of life of elderly esophageal cancer patients who returned to the community after surgery.Methods A total of 216 elderly esophageal cancer patients with complete clinical data who had returned to the community after surgery were followed up by questionnaires,including the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life rating (EORTC QLQ-C30) and esophageal cancer supplementary (QLQ-OES18) scales.Results The overall quality of life score of the patients was (35.2±22.1),which was lower than that in the Norwegian norm data.Scores for cognitive function,constipation,diarrhea,shortness of breath and loss of appetite were similar to those in the norm data.Scores for physical function,emotional function,role function and were lower than those in the norm data,while scores for pain,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,sleeplessness and were higher than those in the norm data.The overall quality of life score was higher in male patients than in female patients (F =5.12,P=0.029),in patients with spouses than in those without spouses (F=5.61,P=0.016),and in patients without complications than in those with complications (F=5.48,P=0.002).The overall quality of life was higher with longer survival times after surgery (F=3.68,P=0.003).No significant difference in the overall quality of life score was found between different age-groups (F=4.23,P=0.212).Conclusions The overall postoperative life quality is poor in community elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma.Gender,marital status,postoperative survival time,and complications are among the factors influencing postoperative quality of life of community elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma.

BACKGROUND: A large amount of studies have demonstrated that stem cells in the heart of mammal participate in heart self-renewal and endogenous repair.OBJECTIVE: To summarize the source, classification, features of cardiac stem cells and application in heart disease. METHODS: A computer-based online search of PubMed database was performed for articles published between January 2000 and December 2010 related to the source, classification, features of cardiac stem cells and its effects on myocardial regeneration with key words cardiac stem cell. Clinical studies and basic studies were all included. Repetitive studies and Meta analysis were excluded. Finally, 32 articles were included.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Cardiac stem cell is a type of stem cells in the heart, with properties of self-renewal and cloning proliferation. It can differentiate into cardiomyocyte and endothelial cell and plays a role in heart injury repair to improve heart function. Cardiac stem cells have been in vitro isolated, cultured and amplified to transplant into animal heart, which lays a foundation for clinical application. However, some questions remain poorly understood as to the homeostasis and dynamic changes, processes involved in their differentiation into heart functioning cells, as well as influential factors and regulation.

Bilateral vasovasostomy was performed on 14 male rabbits which received a vasectomy 12 months ago. After 3 months, the rabbits were mated with female rabbits in a course of two months in order to observe the restoration of fertility. They were divided into vasovasostomy fertility group(VFG)and vasovasostomy infertility group(VIG), 7 rabbits, each according to their fertility. 8 rabbits that received a vasectomy only were designated as vasectomy group(VG), and 9 as sham-operation group(SOG), both (VG & SG) served as control. Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy and toxicity of gemcitabin(GEM) plus cisplantin and GEM on the chemotherapy of elderly patients advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods 85 elderly patients with stage 3 to 4 NSCLC were randomized into gemcitabine plus cisplatin (group GP) and GEM (group GEM).In group GP,patients received GEM on day 1 and day 8 at dose 1.0 g/m2,add cisplatin on day 2 to day 4 at dose 75 mg/m2. In group GEM, patients would received single GEM at dose 1.25 g/m2.The the therapy circle was 3 weeks and undertaken least 2 circles before the treatment efficacy and survival would be evaluated according RECIST. Results In GP group the response rate was 48.84 ％(21/43),In GEM group the response rate was 35.71％(15/42),the difference of response rate between two groups was not statistically significant(x2=1.708,P=0.424).The median survival were 11 months to Gp group and 9 months to GEM group. The 1 year survival rates of GP group were 39.53 ％ and of GEM group were 26.19 ％. The survival time between two groups was not statistically significant(t=1.377,P=0.172).The same toxicity in both groups was defected, Nausea and vomiting occurred were more serious in GP group than that in GEM group (x2=9.796, P=0.002). Conclusion GP and GEM are both effective for treatment of elderly advanced NSCLC.There are no significantly differences on efficacy and toxicity in 2 groups. Side effects on alimentary system are obviously less in GEM group than that in GP group.
