Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
砄bjective: To observe NO level in gingival tissue of elderly patients with periodontitis. Methods: 4 mm 3 gingival tissue was obtained during tooth extraction and NO in the tissue of 14 patients aged 65~81 years with periodontitis was measured with nitrate reductase assay. The NO level was compared with that of 9 adult patients (40~58 years old), 6 juveniles patients (25~30 years old) with periodontitis and 9 health elders(65~77 years old).Results:NO(?mol/L)in gingival tissue of elderly patients, health elders, adult patients and juvenile patients were 33.07?12.02,63.53?18.23,55.99?22.40 and 82.15?30.35 respectively.( P

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Objective To avoid complicated wiring, a ward calling system based on wireless protocol is studied. Methods The system adopted ZigBee protocol, composed of calling console as network coordinator, bed-extensions as terminals and network routers in each ward. Results After initial configuration, the system could ring an alarm and gave the patient's bed number and ward number when patients called. Also it provided the automated network faults detection system. Conclusion The system is characterized with convenient installation, high intelligence and easy expansibility, and accords with the trend of technology.

Objective To investigate the expression of serum sHLA-G in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and the association with the disease activity. Methods The serum concentration of sHLA-G in SLE patients and healthy controls was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Significant higher sHLA-G levels were detected in patients of SLE than control group (P<0.01),The serum concentrations of sHLA-G in active SLE patients were markedly higher than stable SLE patients (P<0.01).The expression level of sHLA-G showed positive correlations with SLE activity index (SLEDAI)(r=0.30,P=0.01).There was no correlation between sHLA-G levels and serum concentration of Anti-dsDNA,C3,C4 and Anti-ANA in SLE patients (P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum sHLA-G is significantly increased in SLE patients.Positive correlations are observed between sHLA-G levels and SLEDAI.These data indicated that sHLA-G may play certain roles in the pathogenesis and progress in SLE.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Since the hospital metrology station is the principal part of military metrology system, its handwrought operation greatly affects the working efficiency and implementation effects. In order to enhance working automatization, some metrology software was developed, but they only focused on the metrology management. This software achieves more functions such as auto-hint,auto-count of the inspection parameters,auto-output of the certification and so on.

A century ago the Flexner Report facilitated the process of modern medical education reform.Half a century ago,Problem-based learning initiated the student-centered medical education model. At present training medical students' competency will usher in the third reform in medical education.Over 100 years' development and in the global context of current medical education reform,China's medical education has become an important part of the world medical education.Harbin Medical University conducted an all-around reform through international cooperation and received the accreditation referenced according to global standards in medical education, which is an epitome of the medical education reform in China.

Objective To detect the difference of the expression of HLA-DQA1 genes polymorphism in the lung cancer patients with pneumoconiosis and the non-occupational lung cancer patients. Methods Multiple polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction classification method (PCR-LDR) was used to detect 6 alleles in HLA-DQA1 and the expression of HLA-DQA1 gene between the 21 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer and 40 cases of non-occupational lung cancer respectively. The correlation between them with pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer was analysed. Results HLA-DQA1 0301 gene frequencies were 19% in pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer group and 2.5% in non-occupational lung cancer group respectively, with a statistically significant difference (x2 =10.022,P =0.002).There was no statistically significant difference in the other allele between the two groups. Conclusion HLA-DQA1 gene polymorphism may be related to the susceptibility of the pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer.DQA1 0301 is one of the important genes of pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer, which maybe the risk factor for the susceptibility of the pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer.

Objective To explore the effect of pre-hospital nursing intervention in the new regional cooperative rescue model on treatment delay and the therapeutic effect in patients with myocardial infarction. Methods From January 2012 to May 2014,158 patients with acute myocardial infraction (AMI) were selected.Patients were divided into two groups, intervention group and control group,The first medical contact to balloon(FMC-to-B) time, referral time, cardiac function were analysed. Results Mean FMC-to-B time [(94±21)min vs.(102±23) min],referral time in nursing intervention [(5±3) min vs.(9±4) min)] were significantly shorter than those in control group (t=2.14,6.67,P<0.05).After a month compared with control group,LVEF was increased [(54.8±6.9)% vs.(48.8±6.9)%],and LVED was deceased [(50.1±8.2) mm vs.(50.5±5.6)mm] in intervention group. Conclusions Pre-hospital nursing intervention can decrease the FMC-to-B time, which could improve the cardiac function.

Objective: to select the optimal acupuncture therapeutic projects on cerebral infarction-related motor dysfunction of lower limbs. Methods: to optimize the combination projects on 4 factors and 3 levels affecting the acupuncture effect on cerebral infarction by using orthogonal design targeting on patients with cerebral infarction-related motor dysfunction of lower limbs, and Fugl-Meyer score of limb motor function was taken as indexes. Results: The relatively optimal Fugl-Meyer score of lower limb function can be obtained within 3-day duration of cerebral infarction. Conclusions: As far as the considered factors and levels are concerned, the previously mentioned project is the optimal acupuncture therapeutic project for cerebral infarction-related motor dysfunction of lower limbs.
