Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a rare low-grade malignant tumor. At present, only twenty ca ses was discovered all over the world. This paper reports a case treated in our hospital, explores the clinical manifestations, pathological diagnosis and treatment to provide certain help to clinical doctor in diagnosis and treatment to reduce the misdiagnosis of the disease.

Objective To explore the mechanism by which tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) induces RIP1 kinase-dependented apoptosis in L929-A fibroblastoma cells.Methods The sub-mitochondrial localization of receptor-interacting protein 1(RIP1),caspase-8 and Bid proteins was detected by dose-gradient trypsin digestion and Western blotting.The levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS),intracellular calcium concentration,mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP),and cellular adenosine triphosphate(ATP) content were determined by fluorescent probe labeling and flow cytometry assay.The mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ and Ⅲ activities were detected by commercial kits.Nec-1,A RIP1 kinase specific inhibitor,and RIP1-/-or Bid-/-L929-A cells were used to detect the roles of RIP1 kinase and Bid protein in cell death.Results RIP1,caspase-8 and Bid proteins were co-located in the outer membrane of mitochondrial.TNF-α exposure for 3 h could induce Bid cleavage,inhibit mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅲ activity and reduce MMP.Following these changes and after TNF-α exposure for 6-12 h,the intracellular calcium concentration and ROS were increased,whereas the ATP concentration was decreased,and the cells were killed.Inhibiting RIP1 kinase or knockdown RIP1 or Bid protein could suppress all the cytotoxic effects of TNF-α.Conclusion TNF-α treatment can result in RIP1 kinase-mediated Bid cleavage and inhibit mitochondrial respiratory chains and cell energy metabolism,which ultimately leads to the death of L929-A cells.

Objective To evaluate the effect and the anti-tumor mechanism of nucleoside combination on human hepatoma cell line Bel-7402 with Arg-Gly-Asp sequence labeled by ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (RGD-USPIO).Methods The tumor cells Bel-7402 of logarithmic phlyhase were divided into experimental group and control group,treated with 1 mmol/L nucleoside combination and 1640 medium respectively.The two group were co-cultured for 48 h,and were added RGD-USPIO and co-cultured for 6 h.Then the two groups were proceeded with MR scanning,and the signal intensity of T2WI were measured.After extraction of the total RNA and protein of experiment group and control group,the expression of integrin avβ3 was detected using real-time PCR and Western blot.Results The T2WI signal intensity of experimental group (997.35±42.83) was higher than that of control group (241.05±15.36,t 28.79,P＜0.01).Compared with control group,the expression of integrin αvβ3 mRNA in experimental group was (0.22±0.02) times (t=4.50,P＜0.01).According to Western blot,the protein bands of experimental group were relatively lighter than that of control group,the expression of integrin αvβ3 in experimental group was lower (t =11.88,P＜0.01).Conclusion Nucleoside combination has anti-tumor effect by inhibiting integrin ligand-receptor binding,and the anti tumor mechanism may be related to the induction of tumor cell apoptosis.MR molecular probes can conveniently and accurately evaluate the anti-tumor effect of nucleoside combination on Bel-7402 cells.

Objective Explore a new method which application absorbable suture netting for chest wall reconstruction and observe the clinical effect.Methods For 23 cases of part of the rib resection,support the soft tissue using absorbable suture netting and observe the postoperative results.Results 23 patients have the postoperative respiratory stability and no abnormal breathing and chest wall collapse happened.And this method has a good effect to support the Chest wall.Conclusion Chest wall reconstruction using absorbable suture netting has the following advantages:easily obtained,easy to learn to promote,low prices and postoperative respiratory stability.We believe this method is a new technology deserved to be promoted in our country.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the characteristics of vertical cast-off bloodstain pattern by different hitting-tools. METHODS: The regular hitting tools, a kitchen knife, a dirk, a plane set-hammer and an iron pipe, were selected. At a distance of 30 cm away from the wall, the hitting tool with 5 mL fresh chicken blood made the cast-off bloodstain from top to bottom. Then the holistic distribution characteristics (length, width and density) of cast-off bloodstain and morphology characteristics (length, width and contact angle) of first single cast-off bloodstain were analyzed. RESULTS: The distribution length of cast-off bloodstain formed by dirk was minimum (P < 0.05). The distribution width of cast-off bloodstain formed by kitchen knife was minimum (P < 0.05). Except the pair of kitchen knife and plane set-hammer, the distribution density between each two tools had statistical differences (P < 0.05). The length of first single cast-off bloodstain formed by plane set-hammer was longest compared (P < 0.05). The width of first single cast-off bloodstain had statistical differences between kitchen knife and plane set-hammer, and between dirk and plane set-hammer (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The type of hitting tool could be inferred by the specific characteristics of cast-off bloodstain pattern formed by every specific type of hitting tool in crime scene.

Objective:To investigate the effects of corticotomy assisted orthodontic treatment for mild skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods:7 adult patients with mild skeletal Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were included and underwent corticotomy assisted ortho-dontic treatments.3D measurements and analysis of CBCT data before and after treatment were conducted.Results:The average dura-tion of upper anterior teeth retraction was 3.2 months.After treatment,obvious retraction of up incisiors with the retraction of maxillary alveolar bone and the upper lip backward and downward movement were observed.Conclusion:Corticotomy assisted orthodontic treat-ment is effective in the treatment of mild skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion by the retraction of uper anterior teeth,alveolarar bone and soft-tissue profile improvement.

AlM:To evaluate the efficacy of combined pranoprofen eye drops and artificial tears on the treatment of mild to moderate dry eye syndrome after trabbeculectomy.METHODS:This prospective case control study included 63 cases (63 eyes) of patients with mild to moderate dry eye syndrome after trabbeculectomy in our hospital from November 2013 to June 2013. All subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was treated with combined pranoprofen eye drops and artificial tears and control group received simple artificial tears marking the eyes at 1, 2, 4wk. The patient's symptoms, signs, BUT, S▏t, and FL were observed before treatment and 1, 2, 4wk after treatment.RESULTS: After 2wk, the symptoms of observation group were improved, there was statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). FL difference of each group was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ); After 4wk, symptoms and signs were improved. There was statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ). The BUT of the observation group and corneal FL scores of two groups showed significant differences (P<0. 05). CONCLUSlON: Artificial tears joint pranoprofen eye drops has good curative effect in the treatment of mild to moderate dry eye syndrome after trabbeculectomy.
