For counterpart assistance in cooperation between two schools, it is the prerequisite to take counterpart assistance seriously at the height of building a well off society in an all round way; it is the most needed connecting point to construct the disciplines and teaching staff; it is the most substantial way to develop distant network teaching; it is the fundamental purpose to benefit the students. We will implement the essential of “Program of Counterpart Assistance for Higher Schools in Western China” proposed by Education Ministry in an all round way according to those “Four Aspects”, which have been proved to be the successful measures and developing tendency in the near future for counterpart assistance.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(01):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to determine and compare the hemodynamic effects of desflurane and enflurane in children. Methods Twenty-eight ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients, aged 1-5 years were randomly assigned to receive either desflurane (group D) or enflurane (group E) for maintenance of anesthesia.Cardiac output was continuously monitored by transesophageal Doppler (TECO1).The stroke volume index (SVI), cardiac index (CI),heart rate (HR) and blood pressure(SBP,DBP,MAP) were determined before and during inhalation of desflurane and enflurane at 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 MAC.Results At 0.5 MAC of both agents SVI, CI and HR remained unchanged, but SBP, DBP and MAP were slightly reduced as compared to the baseline values. At 1.0 MAC of desflurane CI was increased and was higher than that in the group E. SVI and HR were significantly higher in group D than those in group E at 1.0 MAC.SBP, MAP and DBP were further reduced and the magnitude of reduction was similar between both groups. At 1.5 MAC CI and SVI were unchanged in group D but greatly reduced in group E.HR increased significantly in group D but remained unchanged in group E.There was further decrease in BP in both groups but SBP and MAP decreased more markedly in group E than in group D .Conclusions Desflurane causes less hemodynamic changes in children of 1-5 years than enflurane.

BACKGROUND:Recently, a neuroprotective effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor was reported in a model of cerebral infarction and a model of acute spinal cord injury. However, the applied animal model was not established by impact method, different from pathophysiological process of human.
OBJECTIVE:To observe effects of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor on motor function in a rat model of spinal cord injury induced by Al en’s method.
METHODS:Wistar rats were used to establish spinal cord injury at T 10 level using modified Al en’s method. They were randomly assigned to two groups, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor group, treated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and vehicle group, treated with equal volume of PBS. The motor function was evaluated with Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan score and modified Rivlin loxotic plate test monitored at 1, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days, and four-limb muscle strength was assessed using Grid walk test at 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days post-operatively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Hind limbs paralysis occurred in al animals postoperatively. Scores of Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan and modified Rivlin loxotic plate test were greater in granulocyte colony-stimulating factor group compared with vehicle group at 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days (P<0.05-0.01);mean Grid walk test errors were less in granulocyte colony-stimulating factor group compared with vehicle group at 14, 21, 28 and 35 days (P<0.05-0.01). Results indicate that motor function and four-limb muscle strength were improved fol owing granulocyte colony-stimulating factor therapy compared with vehicle group, indicating that granulocyte colony-stimulating factor has a positive effect on spinal cord injury.

ObjectiveTo compare the effect and safety of ropivacaine mesylate with ropivacaine hydrochloride in epidural anesthesia of patients make hypogastric region and lower extremity operation.Methods126 patients with epidural anesthesia were divided into two groups, each group 63 cases. The observation group was administered with ropivacaine masylate, and the control group was administered with ropivacaine hydrochloride. The sense of pain block plane and effective-acting period and effect time, sports block rating and effect-acting period and duration, vital signs, adverse events and serious adverse events were observed.ResultsThere were no significant differences between the two groups on sense of pain block plane and effective-acting period and effect time, sports block rating and effect-acting period and duration,Bp,HR,SpO2,chang of ECG,bleeding in operation( t =13.23,10.52,10.64,12.21,13.23,10.52,10.64,12.21,6.11,5.34,5.23,6.05,all P > 0.05 ).ConclusionThe results of ropivacaine mesylate used for anesthesia epidural was satisfied and had no obvious side effects as well as ropivacaine hydrochloride.

BACKGROUND:Pedicle screw fixation has been used in children with thoracic injury. Conventional method is screw implantation by hand. This method can meet the needs of surgery, but its accuracy was low, and incidence of complications was high. The application of digital image navigation aid module is possible. OBJECTIVE:To study accuracy and safety of digital image navigation aid module in thoracic pedicle screw placement. METHODS:Eight thoracic vertebral bodies were equal y and randomly assigned to the manual insertion group and the digital image navigation aid module group. Manual insertion group received manual screw insertion. In the digital image navigation aid module group, navigation aid module was made according to CT scan results combined with principle of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. Pedicle screw was placed using the digital image navigation aid module. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Success rate of once screw set was significantly higher in the digital imaging navigation aid module group than in the manual insertion group (P<0.05). (2) Twenty-eight screws were implanted in the digital image navigation aid module group and manual insertion group separately. The excellent and good rate of screw placement was 96%in the digital image navigation aid module group and 75%in the manual insertion group (P<0.05). (3) These findings suggested that digital image navigation aid module can effectively improve the success rate of pedicle screw insertion. Moreover, this method is simple, easy to operate, and can make a personalized nail placement program for each child.

Fungal infection is an important clinical problem for patients with immune deficiency or immunosuppression. With deadly fungus infection case increasing, the development of antifungal vaccine attracts the attention of researchers. Dendritic cell (DC) is the unique antigen presenting cell (APC) to trigger the antifungal immune reaction, and recent studies indicate that the targeted vaccination strategy based on DC have prospective antifungal potentials. In this paper, we review the antifungal immunity mechanism and recent development of the targeted DC antifungal strategy.
