Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2015;24(1):69-72
Objective To explore the relationship between life events, efficacy of self learning and learning burnout of Left-behind middle school Students. Methods 526 left-behind middle school students and 860 non -left-behind students were tested by means of scales of life events, academic self-efficacy and learning burnout. Results The degree of interpersonal relationship, learning pressure, health adaptation, life events,self-efficacy of learning ability, learning behaviors, and learning, sense of alienation between teacher and students, physiological depletion, and learning burnout of left-behind middle school students were lower than non left-behind students, and were statistically significant. The interpersonal relationship(r=0.270,P<0.001),learning pressure(r=0.289,P< 0.001),being punished(r=0.242,P<0.001),health adaptation(r=0.301,P<0.001) and others (r=0.322,P< 0.001) were positively related to learning burnout.Self-efficacy of learning ability(r=-0.334,P<0.01) and learning behaviors(r=-0.157,P<0.001) were significantly and negatively related.Interpersonal relationship (r=-0.092,P<0.05),learning pressure (r=-0.123,P<0.01),being punished (r=-0.178,P<0.001) and others (r=-0.254,P< 0.001) were negatively related to self-efficacy of learning ability.Being punished (r=-0.109,P< 0.05)and others(r=-0.209,P<0.001) were significantly and negatively related to self-efficacy of learning behaviors.Self-efficacy,health adaptation, learning pressure,self-efficacy of learning behavior and others all entered the regression equation.Path analysis showed that there were five paths that have significant influences on learning burnout. Conclusion The levels of response to emergency of life events and enhance the academic self-efficacy of leftbehind students can be improved to reduce and prevent learning burnout.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the features and general patterns of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS: 209 ADR case reports collected in our hospital in 2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age and sex, route of administration, category of the drugs, organs and systems involved, and clinical manifestation of the ADRs. RESULTS: The ADR were more likely caused via intravenous dip (129 cases, 61.72%). Anti-infectives had the highest proportion to induce ADR(94 cases,44.98%), followed by nervous system drugs and cardiovascular system drugs. Quinolones were the leading anti-infective drugs causing ADR(35 cases, 37.23%), of which, Levofloxacin dominated the first place. The main presentation of the ADR was damage of skin and its appendages such as erythra and pruritus etc, followed by the lesions of digestive system and circulatory system. CONCLUSION: ADR monitoring awareness should be strengthened and the related ADR reporting system should be improved.

Objective:To assess the relative stability and kinematics of the lumbar intervertebral segmental stiffness among posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF) using one anatomical posterolateral cage with or without transpedicular screw rod fixation. Methods: Each of the 6 bovine lumbar functional spinal units(FSV) was tested under 6 different treatments. Test order was intact and every group differed in internal fixation of transpedicular screw. Group 1 referred to the normal lumbar functional spinal units. Group 2 was treated by left unilateral facetectomy and discoidectomy. Group 3 had anatomical threaded cages inserted on the left. Group 4 had anatomical threaded cages inserted on the left and fixed by right transpedicular screws. Group 5 had left inserted anatomical threaded cages and was fixed by left transpedicular screws. Group 6 had anatomical threaded cages inserted on the left side and was fixed by bilateral transpedicular screws. Nondestructive tests were performed in pure compression, flexion, extension, and lateral bending. Results: Unilateral discectomy and facetectomy had lower stiffness than normal FSU by 69% and 44% in pure compression, flexion, extension, and lateral bending. Single anatomical posterolateral cage group had higher stiffness than discectomy and facetectomy group, up by 55% and 28%. However, its stiffness was lower than normal FSU by 41% and 23%. Single anatomical cage with unilateral transpedicular screw fixation (left or right) had higher stiffness than normal FSU by 15% 17% and 20% 50% respectively. Single anatomical cage with transpedicular screw fixation was much stiffer than normal FSU by 18% and 65%. Conclusion: Adequate postoperative stability can be achieved by posterior lumbar interbody fusion with insertion of a single anatomical cage combined with a transpedicular screw.

Objective To establish an evaluation system of HPLC fingerprint of Wanbiqing Pills; To provide references for the quality control ofWanbiqing Pills. Methods Wanbiqing Pills were analyzed with HPLC method. Analysis was performed on Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.1%H3PO4 water gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 258 nm. Sample injection was 20μL. Standard fingerprint ofWanbiqing Pills was established based on Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004 A). The similarity ofWanbiqing Pills from different batches was computed. Results A standard HPLC fingerprint procedure was developed forWanbiqing Pills with 20 common peaks. The similarity of 10 batches ofWanbiqing Pills was not lower than 0.98. Five peaks received chemical confirmation. Conclusion The HPLC method is stable and feasible and with good repeatability, which can be used for the quality control ofWanbiqing Pills.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2011;10(7):497-498
Twenty four patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with severe respiratory failure were divided into two groups randomly: sequential ventilation group and control ventilation group (n = 12 in each group). Patients in sequential group received invasive ventilation at beginning, once the pulmonary infection control window (PICW) reached the trachea cannula was extubated immediately replaced by Bi-level positive airway pressure( BiPAP) noninvasive ventilation with oral-nasal mask; while in control ventilation group the invasive ventilation was continued using pressure support ventilation (PSV) until stopping mechanical ventilation. The total ventilation time, the invasive ventilated time, the length of stay in hospital, monitoring time and the incidence rate of ventilation associated pneumonia (VAP) were evaluated in two groups. The total ventilation time [(7. 8 ±2. 5 ) d, (12 ±2. 2) d], the invasive ventilated time [(4. 9 ±2. 2)d, and (12 ± 2. 2) d] the length of hospital stay [(8. 5 ± 2. 5 ) d, (13 ± 2. 6) d] in the sequential ventilation group were significantly shorter than those in the control ventilation group (P < 0.05); the incidence rate of VAP was lower than that in the control group. The results indicates that sequential ventilation with the guidance of PICW can shorten the total ventilation time, the critical monitoring time and the length of hospital stay, it can also reduce the incidence of VAP and improve the prognosis of patients.

Objectives:To explore a new way in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods:From 1995 to 2001,23 patients with SAP proved by clinic and CT were treated, and compared the local artery infusion with intravenous drip on effect, mortality and time of hospitalization. Results:The mortality and time of hospitalization in 12 artery infusion and 11 intravenous drip were (14.4?3.1),(29.3?6.1) days of hospitalization and 8.33%,27.27%(mortality),respectively. Conclusions:The mortality and the time of hospitalization can be reduced by local artery infusion of medicine.
