Thrombelastography (TEG) is an image presenting the viscoelasticity changes of blood clot in the process of blood clotting, consequently reflecting the ability of blood clotting and fibrinolysis.TEG is increasingly used in the field of guiding intraoperative blood transfusion, monitoring the Blood coagulation function, treating trauma patient, and monitoring the blood coagulation and fibrinolytic function of a variety of diseases, due to its rapid and accurate results. We discuss the clinical applications progress of TEG in this article.
2.Sequence analysis of TraE in the novel conjugative plasmid pO157_Sal detected in Escherichia coli O157∶H7
Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2014;(7):13-16
Objective To analyze the sequence of the novel conjugative plasmid pO157_Sal detected in outbreak isolates of Escherichia coli O157∶H7 .Methods The traE genes of the outbreak isolates in China were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the products were sequenced .The TraE sequences of Escherichia coli O157 ∶ H7 strains from other sources were retrieved from GenBank . Phylogenetic tree based on the TraE sequences was constructed by Neibhor-joining analysis .The whole plasmid sequences of pO157_Sal and pEC4115 were compared .Results The sequences of traE gene were identical among the Chinese isolates . There were homologous sequences of TraE in Escherichia coli O157∶H7 isolates from different sources .Twenty-one out of the 52 pO157_Sal genes were homologous to genes of pEC4115 with amino acid level identity ranging from 28% to 51% .Conclusions Although similar TraE sequences and similar plasmid are found in Escherichia coli O157∶H7 isolates from different sources ,pO157_Sal is only observed in Chinese outbreak isolates .The TraE sequences are conservative among the outbreak isolates ,indicating they are from the same specific source .

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2010;37(1):29-31
CC chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4) , a member of G protein coupled receptor family, is consisted of a polypeptide chain containing seven-transmembrane domains and expressed on various cells and tissues. CCR4 can mediate nflammatory reaction by nteracting with ts ligands such as CCL17,CCL22 and CKLF1,which especially plays an mportant role n occurrence and development of asthma, thus it could be a potential target for treating nflammatory diseases, especially for asthma. In this paper, the research progress of CCR4 and ts inhibitors is summarized.
5.Documentation archiving in clinical data management.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(11):1410-1414
ICH GCP requires that all information of clinical trial should be recorded, processed, and stored in a way that allows the accurate reporting, interpretation and verification. A trial master file (TMF) contains all paper or electronic records/documentations related to a clinical trial. As a tool of the retrospective analysis, the TMF profile should be able to reproduce the full procedure of the trial completely. As a part of TMF profiles, both the accuracy and completeness of clinical data management documentation are important in data integrity. It is helpful to learn the workflow of clinical data management in different stage of a clinical trial, to understand which documents are essential, and why the documentation of clinical data management is important for data integrity. This paper elaborates how to perform the good documentation practice of clinical data management, and suggests that both the precise and efficient document management and regular quality control may ensure the high quality of clinical data documentation management on the basis of an intensive awareness of the overall process of clinical data management.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2010;19(9):741-744
Objective To assess left ventricular(LV) regional and global systolic function of patients with coronary artery disease using strain parameter of velocity vector imaging(VVI) technique in quiescent condition. Methods Thirty patients with coronary artery disease and 30 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. The two-dimensional gray scale images were obtained in apical 4-chamber view, apical 2-chamber view and long axis view of left ventricle, and three levels of the short axis views(mitral valve, papillary muscle and cardiac apex). The LV wall was divided according to 18 segment model and the longitudinal, radial and circumferential systolic strain (SL, SR, SC) of each segment were analyzed. The difference between the epicardial and endocardial strain measurement were defined as strain gradient and the average of each strain component as global systolic strain. The correlation between global systolic strain of each strain component and the LV ejection fraction(LVEF) were analysed. Results Group A (coronary stenostic degree≤70%) included 176 segments, compared with control group, LS and LS gradient (LSG) decreased significantly from control group( P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in CS, RS and CS gradient (CSG) ( P > 0.05). Group B ( coronary stenostic degree> 70% ) included 132 segments, compared with control group, LS, CS and RS decreased significantly in group B ( P < 0.05), while there was no significantly difference in LSG and CSG( P >0.05). There were also significant difference in LS, RS,CS and LSG between group A and B( P <0.05). Global systolic strain of each strain component shown significant correlation with LVEF (P < 0.0001 ). And the global longitudinal systolic strain (GLS) correlated with LVEF most tightly. Conclusions Strain parameter of VVI technique could not only accurately analyze the LV systolic dysfunction but also reflect the stenostic degree of coronary artery. GLS could be a new index for LV systolic function assessment in patients with coronary artery disease.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To study the adsorption capability of chitosan(CTS)for Ni~(2+)in water. Methods The effects of different adsorption time(0-360 min),different temperature(25-60℃)and different initial pH value of the solution(4-8)on the adsorption were investigated. The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of CTS for Ni~(2+)in water were also studied and the IR of CTS and CTS-Ni~(2+)were determined. Results The maximal adsorption quantity could reach to 42.15 mg/g in the optimum condition that the temperature is 25℃,pH value was 7.0 and the adsorption time was 4 h.The adsorption kinetics showed that the pseudo-second-order equation was suitable for describing the adsorption of CTS for Ni~(2+)and the related correlation coefficients were more than 0.99.The calculated value of equilibrium adsorption quantity of Ni~(2+)was 45.05 mg/g.Study of adsorption thermodynamics showed that the linear regression equation of lnk and 1/T was lnk=-0.827 7/T+3.416 2,and the correlation coefficient was 0.998 9.The enthalpy change(△H~0)was 6.88 kJ/mol and the entropy change(△S~0)was 28.40 J/(mol?K).The IR showed that the coordination reaction occurred between-NH_2,-OH of CTS and Ni~(2+).Conclusion CTS can effectively remove Ni~(2+) in water. The adsorption of CTS for Ni~(2+)is spontaneous and endothermic.High temperature which is beneficial to the adsorption does not influence the adsorption quantity obviously.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(3):172-174
Objective The effects of TPT on the induction of apoptosis of leukemia cells and the regulation of c-myc in mRNA and protein level. Methods RT-PCR method was adopted to examine the expressions of the genes and immune histochemistry for the proteins of c-myc in HL-60 cells treated with TPT of optimal concentration and time. Results After HL-60 cells by TPT of 0.15 μmol/L for 12 h, the expression of c-myc mRNA decreased markedly assayed by RT-PCR. There was a significant difference between the TPT group and the control group(0.17±0.03 vs 1.11±0.25, P <0.05), expressive c-myc protein decreased assayed by evidently immunohistochemistry. The percentage of positive cells expressing c-myc protein was a significant difference between the TPT treated group and the control group (19.67 % vs 68.33 %, P<0.05). Conclusion TPT down-regulates endogenic c-myc mRNA and c-myc protein in HL-60 cells.
