Objective To investigate the change in heat shock protein 70(HSP7O) in the brain tissue of fetal and newborn rats after prenatal hypoxic adaptation and the possible mechanism of the protective effect. Methods Twenty-two 22d pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: GroupⅠ(hypoxic adaptation group) and group Ⅱ(control group). The animals in group Ⅰ were placed in a tightly closed hypoxic adaptation chamber, of which the oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations were monitored. The pregnant rats were taken out and exposed to fresh air for 5 mm when the 02 % in the chamber was reduced to 15 %, then the pregnant rats were placed back in the chamber and the above process was repeated once. The animals were then left for their natural labor. In control group the pregnant rats underwent the same process but the chamber was not tightly closed(O2 %= 21 %). Prenatal rats were delivered by cesarean section at lb. 3h, 8h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 120h and 168h after hypoxic adaptation and decapitated and brain was removed. Seven newborn rats from each group were decapitated and brain was removed for determination of HSP70 expression with immunohistochimical technique. Results No HSP7O expression was observed in the brain tissue of normal prenatal and newborn rats. HSP70 was observed in the different regions of hippocampus and cortex from 8h to 168h after hypoxic adaptation. Strongest HSP70 expression was observed in hippocampus CAl . Conclusions HSP70 plays a role in the formation of prenatal hypoxic adaptation.

Objective:To explore the effects of scout scanning parameters (projection angle and tube potential) on image quality and radiation dose in chest CT and to provide guidance for the selection of scanning parameters in clinical practice. Methods:Different parameter combinations were selected to acquire the scout view of the anthropomorphic adult chest phantom. Fifteen scout views were obtained under parameter combinations of the projection angle (0/90/180 degrees), tube potential (70/80/100/120/140 kV) and tube current (25 mA). And then, chest spiral scans were performed according to the scout views. The other parameters were Assist kV, smart mA (maximum range), 80 mm detector width, 0.992∶1 pitch, 0.5 s rotation time, 330 mm scanning length, 5 mm thickness, NI (noise index) 10. The radiation dose modulation index (ASiR-V) was 30%, and the iterative level was 50%. Volume CT dose index (CTDI vol) and tube current at 4 body levels (pulmonary apex, trachea bifurcation, mammary level and diaphragmatic dome) were recorded. The thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) were used to measure the organ dose of the breast glandular. Regions of interest (ROIs)were selected at the trachea bifurcation and diaphragmatic dome to calculate the contrast noise ratio (CNR). Results:The tube potential of the spiral scanning was automatically selected as 80 kV when the projection angle was 0 degree. The changing of the tube potential for the scout had little influence on the tube current at the four body levels, and the variation range was 0-2% (5/230). The tube potential in the spiral scanning was automatically selected as 100 kV when the projection angles were 90 and 180 degrees. The changing of the tube potential for the scout had a great influence on the tube current at the slice of trachea bifurcation and the variation range was from 14%(29/210)to 44%(93/210). According to the angle projection, there were statistical differences in CTDI vol( P< 0.017), organ dose of the breast glandular, and CNR at the slices of trachea bifurcation and at diaphragmatic dome ( F=13.027, 24.727, 10.630, P< 0.05). According to the tube potential in the scout scanning, there were no significant differences in CTDI vol, organ dose of the breast glandular and CNR at both levels ( P> 0.05). Conclusions:In chest CT, the influence of the projection angle in scout scanning on the image quality and radiation dose was more significant than that of the tube potential.

Objective To study the expression of secondary lymphoid-tissue chemokine (SLC)、 CCR7 and its correlation with clinical pathology and lymphangiogenesis in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAC). Methods The tissue specimens including PAC, the cancerous peripheral tissues, the normal pancreatic tissues and peripheral lymph nodes were obtained from 30 patients with PAC. The expressions of SLC and CCR7 in these tissues were assayed by immunohistochemical staining and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). MIND marked by VEGFR-3 was detected by morphometric analysis, and the relationship between MLND and clinical pathology of PAC was analyzed. Results In all the specimens, the positive rates of SLC protein in PAC, the cancerous peripheral tissues, the normal pancreatic tissues and peripheral lymph nodes were respectively 16. 7%, 43. 3%, 76. 7% and 46. 6%. The positive rates of CCR7 protein in PAC, the cancerous peripheral tissues, the normal pancreatic tissues and peripheral lymph nodes were respectively 76. 7%, 66. 7%, 30. 0% and 70. 0%. The results of RT-PCR and fluorescence quantitative real-time PCR indicated that the expression levels of CCR7 mRNA in PAC tissues, the cancerous peripheral tissues and peripheral lymph nodes were higher than that in the normal pancreatic tissues ( P <0. 01 ). There was no significant correlation between the expression of SLC protein with MLVD of PAC ( P > 0. 05 ). There was 23 specimens that the CCR7 protein was positive, and among these specimens the MIND was higher than that in negative group of CCR7 protein (P = 0.004). Conclusions The expression of SLC was not related to lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages of PAC. The expression of CCR7 was significantly associated with lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages of PAC, and the high expression of CCR7 in PAC tissues was significantly associated with lymphangiogenesis of PAC.

Objective:To understand the change trend of people's condition in tea drinking endemic fluorosis area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies. Methods:From 2009 to 2018, a cross-sectional survey was conducted in 30 villages of 6 banners (counties) of drinking tea type of endemic fluorosis of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The tea drinking habits of residents were investigated. Ten families were selected from each monitoring village to collect brick tea samples, and the fluorine content in brick tea was detected for health risk assessment. In each monitoring village, one water sample was collected from each drinking water source. Fluoride ion selective electrode method was used to detect fluorine in tea and water. The prevalence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8-12 years old was examined and the X-ray examination and analysis were carried out for all the permanent residents aged 36-45 years and living in the local area for more than 5 years. Results:From 2009 to 2018, a total of 3 000 brick tea samples were collected. The geometric mean value of tea fluorine was 522.01 mg/kg, and the annual per capita consumption of brick tea by permanent residents was 2.52 kg. The average daily intake of fluorine in brick tea was 4.11 mg. According to the standard of "Total Fluoride Intake of Population" (WS/T 87-2016), there were 6 years of risk quotient > 1 in 10 years, while according to the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend standard, there were 5 years of risk quotient > 1. From 2012 to 2018, 210 water samples were detected, and the geometric mean value of fluorine in water was 0.90 mg/L, and the qualified rate was 84.76% (178/210). A total of 5 384 children aged 8-12 years old were examined and 1 562 dental fluorosis patients were detected. The total detection rate of dental fluorosis in children was 29.01% (1 562/5 384), and the dental fluorosis index was 0.62 (very mild). A total of 1 890 adults aged 36 to 45 years old were examined by X-ray. The detection rate of skeletal fluorosis was 18.10% (342/1 890). There were 77 patients with moderate and severe skeletal fluorosis. Conclusions:The brick tea fluorine content of residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is high, and there are health risks. The dental fluorosis of children aged 8-12 years old is very mild, and there are still moderate and severe skeletal fluorosis patients in adults. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of brick tea market and strengthen health education for residents.
