Objective: To study the synthesis and antibacterial activity of 7 substituted 1 (2 fluoroethyl) 6,8 difluoro 1, 4 dihydro 4 oxo 3 quinolone carboxylic acid compounds. Methods: The title compounds were synthesized by condensation,cyclization, nucleophilic substitution. Antibacterial activity in vitro was determined with 6 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria. Results: Eleven compounds of 7 substituted 1 (2 fluoroethyl) 6,8 difluoro 1,4 dihydro 4 oxo 3 quinolone carboxylic acid were designed and synthesized. These compounds were firstly reported. The chemical structures of all compounds were determined by IR, 1HNMR and elementary analysis. CompoundⅠ 1,Ⅰ 2,Ⅱ 4 showed better antibacterial activities than that of fleroxacin. Conclusion: Some of the title compounds show potent antibacterial activities and should be further studied. [

OBJECTIVETo investigate effects of elastic stable intramedullary nails for the treatment of radial neck fracture in children.

METHODSFrom July 2006 to December 2011, 25 children with radical neck fractures, which included 16 males and 9 females aged from 7 to 15 years old (means 10.7), were treated with elastic stable intramedullary nails. According to Judet classification, 6 cases were type II, 17 cases were type III and 2 cases were type IV (including 1 case with type IVa and 1 case with type IVb). The fracture healing, pain, deformity and range of motion of elbow were recorded.

RESULTSAll patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months with an average of 14 months. Twenty-five patients were obtained bone healing. According to Tibone and Stoltz evaluation standard, 18 cases got excellet results, 4 cases in good and 3 cases in moderate.

CONCLUSIONElastic stable intramedullary nails for the treatment of radial neck fracture in children has advantages of simple operation,less trauma and good results.

Objective To investigate the type 2 diabetic patients with glomerular filtration rate and urinary albumin value as renal finction evaluation.Methods A total of 1217 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy from August 1,2010 to June 31,2012 were selected.Evaluated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated according to the currently recommended simplified modification of diet in renal disease study (MDRD) formula.According to the K/DOQI guidelines for chronic kidney disease,patients were divided into three groups:group A [eGFR ≥90 ml/ (min ·1.73 m2)] of 891 cases,group B [60 ml/(min· 1.73 m2) ≤eGFR ＜ 90 ml/(min· 1.73 m2)] of 256 cases,group C[eGFR ＜ 60 ml/(min· 1.73 m2)]of 70 cases,respectively.Eight-hour urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) was compared between and among the groups; according to 8-hour UAER,patients were divided into three groups:group a (8-hour UAER ＜20 μg/min) of 946 cases,group b (20 μg/min≤8-hour UAER ＜200 μg/min) of 193 cases,group c(8-hour UAER ≥ 200 μ g/min) of 78 cases.eGFR was calculated and compared between and among the groups.Results Eight-hour UAER was (32.71 + 79.62),(57.56 + 130.59),(107.50 + 222.64) μ g/min in group A,B,C,and the difference among three groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).eGFR was (110.78 ±32.75),(108.26 ±45.78),(94.96 ±32.30) ml/ (min ·1.73 m2) in group a,b,c,and the difference between group a and group c,or between group b and group c was statistically significant (P ＜0.05),but the difference between group a and group b was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05).Conclusion When evaluating the function of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,two indicators should be considered:glomerular filtration rate and urinary albumin.

Objective To understand the Shenzhen Dapeng new district and Longhua district 0～7 years old children in copper (Cu),zinc (Zn),calcium (Ca),magnesium (Mg),iron (Fc) and lead (Pb) 6 kinds of trace elements,in order to establish the reasonable dietary structure and provide a scientific basis for scientific and rational supplement of trace elements.Methods Collected 2 190 cases of 0～7 years old children for health physical examination in Dapeng New District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Shenzhen form March to November 2015.According to the age,they were divided into the baby group (0～1 years old) of 637 cases,children group (2～4 years old) of 723 cases and preschool group (4～7 years old) of 830 cases of three groups.Used QL8000 automatic whole blood trace elements analyzer to test Fe,Zn,Ca,Cu,Mg and Pb 6 kinds of trace elements in whole blood,and the detection results were statistically analyzed and compared.Results Test results of 5 kinds of whole blood trace element(Fe,Zn,Ca,Cu,Mg) had different degrees lack in 2 190 cases of children aged 0 ～7,and lack of different level,lack of rate were 36.26％,32.83％,14.20％,0.64％ and 0.50％,respectively.Fe and Ca deficiency in young children group was most serious,lack of Zn in infant group was most serious,other microelement lack rate had no statistically significant difference between different groups (P＞ 0.05).Pb poisoning rate was 15.71％,the Pb poisoning rate decreases along with the age growth,and boys than girls,the difference was statistically significant (x2=3.15,P ＜0.05),different gender children other microelement lack rate differences had no statistical significance between the results.Conclusion The whole blood trace element of 0～7 years old children had different lack,mainly by Fe,Zn and Ca deficiency in Shenzhen Dapeng New District and Longhua District.But Children's Pb poisoning problem could not be ignored.Therefore,to streng then the 0～ 7 years old children's whole blood trace elements level survey,microelement lack of prevention and treatment of children is of great significance.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum homocysteine in the diagnosis of colon cancer.Methods The performance rate method was used to detect the level of serum homocysteine(Hcy) in colon cancer group(50 cases) who were treated in Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from March 2011 to June 2016 and control group(50 cases).The expression of independent samples t test was used to analysis of the difference of the Hcy levels between the two groups.The ROC curve was used to evaluate the value of Hcy in diagnosis of colon cancer.Results The serum Hcy level in colon cancer group was (18.6±8.9) μmol/L,in healthy control group was (10.7±4.3) μmol/L,colon cancer group serum Hcy levels were significantly higher than those of healthy control group,there was significant difference(t=5.627,P<0.01).AUC of ROC curve was 0.775,cut-off value of 18.5 μmol/L,sensitivity was 0.50,specificity was 0.94,95%CI was 0.682-0.868(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum Hcy can be used as a reference index of the diagnosis of colon cancer.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum pepsinogen (PG) in gastric cancer screening. Methods The clinical data of 930 patients underwent colonoscopy were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, non chronic atrophic gastritis was in 550 cases (chronic atrophic gastritis group), chronic atrophic gastritis in 300 cases (chronic atrophic gastritis group), gastric cancer in 80 cases (gastric cancer group). The patients in chronic atrophic gastritis group were divided into mild chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup (100 cases), moderate chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup (120 cases) and severe chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup (80 cases) according to the severity of the atrophy. The levels of serum PGⅠand PGⅡwere detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, and the ratio of PGⅠand PGⅡ(PGR) was calculated. Results There was no statistical difference in PGⅡ among the 3 groups (F = 1.226, P>0.05). The PG Ⅰand PGR in gastric cancer group were significantly lower than those in chronic atrophic gastritis and non chronic atrophic gastritis:(70.41 ± 39.42)μg/L vs. (83.10 ± 30.08) and (165.5 ± 41.40)μg/L, 3.76 ± 2.03 vs. 5.08 ± 1.82 and 6.84 ± 1.88, those in chronic atrophic gastritis were significantly lower than those in non chronic atrophic gastritis group, there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The PG Ⅰand PGR in mild and moderate chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup were significantly higher than those in severe chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup and gastric cancer group:(95.50 ± 30.80) and (82.10 ± 31.42)μg/L vs. (70.12 ± 20.12) and (70.41 ± 39.42) μg/L, 5.84 ± 2.88 and 5.08 ± 1.89 vs. 3.90 ± 2.78 and 3.76 ± 2.03, there were statistical differences (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference between severe chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup and gastric cancer group (P>0.05), and there was no statistical difference between mild chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup and moderate chronic atrophic gastritis subgroup (P>0.05). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used, the optimal critical value of PG Ⅰ was 74.8μg/L, the area under curve (AUC) was 0.842, the sensitivity was 90%, specificity was 75%;the optimal critical value of PGR was 4.46, AUC was 0.837, the sensitivity was 75%, specificity was 82%;the AUC of combined detection of PG Ⅰ and PGR was 0.906, the sensitivity was 88%, specificity was 85%. Conclusions Detection of PG Ⅰ combined with PGR can be used as gastric cancer screening, the recommended level of PGⅠ≤74.80μg/L and PGR≤4.46.

Objective To explore an approach to identifying the plant source of Flos Lonicerae and Lonicera confusa rapidly, precisely, and efficiently. Methods Using LM and SEM to observe and compare the characters of leaf epidermis of the five species of Lonicer L. including L. japonica, L. confuse, L. hypoglauca, L. dasystyla, and L. macrantha. Results There are obvious differences in leaf epidermis among the five species of Lonicera L. under LM and SEM. Conclusion The characteristics of leaf epidermis can be used to identify the plant source of Flos Lonicerae and L. confusa. According to their characteristics under LM and SEM, the retrieval keys to the five species of Lonicera L. have been compiled.

Aim To explore the effects of apigenin on A?_ 25-35 induced injury in primary cultured hippocampal neurons.[WTHZ]Methods[WTBZ] The primary cultured hippocampal neurons were exposed to 10 ?mol?L-1 A?_ 25-35 for 24 h after pretreatment with the apigenin of concentrations of 5,10,20,40 ?mol?L-1 for 2 h;then the survival rate of hippocampal and SOD activity were examined;we also analysed the expression of apoptosis-related gene bcl-xl with Western blot.Result The survival rate of hippocampal neurons were decreased after pretreatment with 10 and 20 ?mol?L-1 apigenin for 2 h,the increases of Mn-SOD activity and bcl-xl protein expression were also observed.Conclusion Apigenin has the bioactivity of protecting the neuron from cytoxic induced by A?_ 25-35 in cultured hipocampal neurons as estrogen.The mechanism is likely related with activating the SOD and increasing bcl-xl protein expression,which plays a pivotal role in protecting cells from apoptosis.

Objective To analyze the relationship between blood glucose level, blood pressure and weight with pancreatic cancer genesis. Then to explore the metabolism associated risk factors in pancreatic cancer genesis. Methods Form December 2002 to September 2009 in Ruijin Hospital, 548 pancreatic cancers with pathology diagnosis after pancreatectomy were collected for the study with retrospective analysis method. The association of pancreatic cancer with blood glucose level, blood pressure, weight and other metabolic factors were analyzed. Results With principal component analysis, it suggested that there were strong correlation between blood glucose level, blood pressure and weight index (BMI) increasing with pancreatic cancer. The contribution rates were 3. 614%,25. 236%, 15. 418% and 12. 918%, respectively. Single factor analysis indicated that the association between pancreatic cancers and new onset diabetes mellitus (duration≤ 2 years) was stronger than that of long-term diabetes mellitus. The occurrence rate of pancreatic cancer in patients with long-term diabetes whose blood glucose level was not well controlled recently while well controlled previously (44.6 % ) was significant hister than that in patients without diabetes (5. 6% , P＜0.05). The fasting blood glucose level of these PC patients ( 13.87± 3. 49 mmol/L) was significantly higher than new onset and other long-term diabetes patients, the comparative risk was 13.46 (95% CI 4. 560,39. 731). BMI increasing was a risk factor of pancreatic cancer, but there was no significant statistical difference between risk degree and BMI increasing level. All above metabolic diseases were risk factors of pancreatic cancer, but for pathology, location and stage of pancreatic cancer there was no statistical difference in theses factors. Conclusion This study suggested diabetes, BMI increasing and hypertension were high risk factors of pancreatic cancer genesis. New onset and long-term diabetes patients whose blood glucose not controlled well recently should be watched carefully for pancreatic cancer. Early treatment and intensive follow-up of metabolic disease might be helpful to early diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of UPA and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma and their correlation with histological type, growth-type, differentiation, vessel invasion, metastasis and prognosis. MethodsIn situ hybridization was used to detect the mRNA expression of UPA and MMP-9. ResultsIn situ hybridization revealed that among 105 cases, the positive rates of UPA mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA were both 58.1%. There was no significant relationship between UPA mRNA and histological type( r _ s = 0.123, P =0.210)and differentiation ( r _ s =0.102, P =0.298)of the tumor. However, there was a significant difference between growth-type( r _ s =0.344, P =0.001),tumor invasion depth( r _ s =0.296, P =0.002),vessel invasion( r _ s =0.198, P =0.042),lymph node( r _ s =0.332, P =0.001)and distant metastasis( r _ s =0.530, P =0.001);there was no significant relationship between MMP-9 mRNA staining and histological type( r _ s =0.143, P =0.145)and differentiation( r _ s =0.102, P =0.298)of the tumor. However, there was a statistically significant difference between growth-type( r _ s =0.267, P =0.006),tumor invasion depth ( r _ s =0.335, P =0.001)、vessel invasion( r _ s =0.209, P =0.032),lymph node( r _ s =0.343, P =0.001)and distant metastasis( r _ s =0.468, P =0.001);There was a positive relationship between UPA mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA expression( r _ s =0.237, P =0.015). The mean survival time in cases with positive UPA mRNA and MMP-9 mRNA expression were significantly shorter than that of cases with negative expression. ConclusionThe mRNA expression of UPA and MMP-9 can predict the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma, They can be used as markers of prognosis of gastric carcinoma in clinical practice.
