Objective To present a solution of the hospital information management access control for more secure information sharing. Methods Several commonly used access control models were compared. Some problems of the RBAC model were analyzed in the hospital information circumstances. Results A solution of space-based data access control was presented on the base of the role-based access control (RBAC) module. Conclusion The space-based data access control method can reduce space consumption and maintain data consistency, which is more suitable for the use of the hospital management information system.

Local recurrence is more frequent in postoperative cervical cancer patients with high-risk factors.It is confirmed that adjuvant pelvic radiotherapy (RT) for the cervical cancer patients after surgery with high-risk factors can improve local control but can't improve the overall survival.Researches show that concurrent chemo-radiotherapy (CCRT) can improve survival rates compared with radiotherapy,but the adverse effects such as leucopenia and gastrointestinal toxicity are observed frequently.Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) has been developed to deliver a high radiation dose to an irregular target volume,with relative sparing of adjacent normal tissues.IMRT has excellent local tumor control and overall survival.

Objective: To probe the curative effect evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatrics virus pneumonia.Methods: On the basis of the outcome of analysis made on the preceding three turns of experts' questonnaires,the fourth turn of questionnaires was prepared to investigate the curative effect evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatrics viral pneumonia.They were distributed to 30 experts in this field all over the country.The questionnaires were analyzed with the method of Delphi Measurement.Results: Chest X ray,cough,temperature,lung auscultation and so on were very important in disease curative effect evaluation,the ratio of full score higher than 0.95 and the coefficient of variation less than 0.24;cough,lung auscultation,Chest X ray and so on were main components in the syndrome and the ratio of full score and the coefficient of variation were respectively more than 0.90 and less than 0.34;dyspnea with rapid and short breath,lung auscultation and Chest X ray were main final result index and the ratio of full score and the coefficient of variation was respectively 1 and 0.Conclusion: Chest X ray,symptoms,temperature and lung auscultation were very important in disease curative effect evaluation;cough,lung auscultation and Chest X ray were main components in the syndrome;dyspnea with rapid and short breath,lung auscultation and Chest X ray were main final result index.

Past decade,plants as production systems for recombinant proteins has been actively investigated,and is one of the most active research fields in life sciences. Plants are attractive as protein factories because they with advantages of cost,scale,and safety,and emerge capability to produce pharmaceutical production with bioactivity proved by previously studies. The plant-made pharmaceuticals possess enormous viability for market and wide prospects for application. Based on those reasons,the rise of plant bioreactor was reviewed,and research advance on the expression systems and plant-made recombinant proteins was introduced. Bottleneck problems and adopted strategies using plant system to produce recombinant proteins and research hotspot in the near future were summarized,and prospect of plant bioreactor in future was described. Synchronously,some opinions including research progress of plant bioreactor,differences to foreign and strategies in the future were discussed.

Objective To evaluate the effect of telmisartan on serum adiponectin and urine microalbumin(mAlb) level by administrating it to mice with simple obesity, so as to explore new therapies for obesity-related kidney diseases.Method A total of 24 8-week-old male OB mice and 8 8-week-old male C57 mice were selected for this study.The genetic background of OB mouse was C57 mouse, but the lepin gene was deleted in OB mouse.OB mice were randomly divided into 3 groups by body weight and fed with high-fat diet for 12 weeks: model group (M group), telmisartan group (T1 group) and losartan group (T2 group).C57 mice acted as control and were fed with general diet for 12 weeks.Serum adiponectin and blood glucose levels were measured before and after treatment.24 h urine was collected to measure urine mAlb.Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was used to measure the expression level of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors gamma mRNA(PPARγ mRNA).HE stain was used to observe the morphological changes of kidney and measure the glomerular diameter.Body weight, serum adiponectin level, blood glucose level, urine mAlb level, expression level of kidney PPARγ mRNA, kidney wet weight and glomerular diameter of 4 groups were compared and a correlation analysis was carried out by Person correlation coefficient.Results Compared with C group, the urine mAlb level in M group increased (P＜0.01), serum adiponectin level and the expression level of kidney PPARγ mRNA in M group decreased (P ＜ 0.01);The urine mAlb level was negatively correlated with serum adiponectin level and expression of kidney PPARγmRNA (r=-0.773,P ＜ 0.01;r=-0.469, P ＜ 0.01).The urine mAlb level in T1 group was lower than M group (P ＜ 0.05),serum adiponectin level and expression of kidney PPARγmRNA in T1 group were higher than M group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with T2 group, the urine mAlb level in T1 group decreased, serum adiponectin level and expression of kidney PPARγ mRNA in T1 group increased (P ＜ 0.05);Compared with M group, the urine mAlb level in T2 group decreased (P=0.01).The morphological changes of kidney:glomerular volume increase and focal segmental sclerosis were found in some mice in M group and T2 group.No glomerular volume increase and focal segmental sclerosis were observed in T1 group.Conclusions Telmisartan can reduce urine microalbumin, whose mechanism might be that telmisartan can active the PPARγand promote the level of serum adiponectin.
