ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of controlled subcutaneous analgesia(PCSA) with sufentanil in patients underwent abdominal surgery and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Methods90 patients underwent abdominal surgery were randomly divided intothree groups with 30 cases each. Group Ⅰ :sufentanil 0. 04μg · kg-1 ·h-1 for postoperative analgesia; Group Ⅱ : sufentanil 0. 06μg · kg-1 · h-1 for postoperative analgesia; Group Ⅲ :sufentanil 0.08μg/kg · h for postoperative analgesia;PCSA started at the end of operation with catheter buried in deltoid muscle. Visual analgesia scale(VAS) ,Rasmay scale and side effects were recorded at 4,8,16,24 and 48h after operation. ResultsVAS scores decreased significantly in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ compared with that in group Ⅰ ( all P < 0.05) ;There were no differences of Ramsay scores between groups ( all P > 0. 05) ;There were three cases of respiratory depression in group Ⅲ. ConclusionPCSA with sufentanil (0.06μg/kg) had exact analgesic effects for postoperative abdominal surgery patients with less adverse reactions.

Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(01):-
Eight murine monoclonal antibodies against surface determinants of Schistosoma japoni-cum (Chinese mainland strain) schistosomula were generated,of which only one monoclonal IgM antibody (N15D9) gave protection at level ranging from 14 to 39% in experiments of passive transfer or inhibition of infectivity while the others did not exhibit significant levels of passive protection.Further characterization of N15D9 antigen specificity showed that 96 and 14 kDa antigen molecules in cercaria, and 132 and 10 kDa in schistosomula could be recognized by N15D9 in Western blot assay.Furthermore, the 96 and 132 kDa molecules could also be recognized by pooled infected human sera while 14 kDa and 10 kDa only by sera from mice vaccinated with 3-hour schistosomula. The molecules recognizable by N15D9 were surface epitopes repeatedly expressed on cercaria,in vitro 3-hour mechanically transformed schistosomula and 5 day lung-stage schistosomula,as demonstrated by indirect immuno-fluorecence surface binding assay.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Tissue engineering technology is a new method to repair articular cartilage defects, and received extensive attention. One of its characters which makes this technology different from a single cell transplantation is the application of scalfold materials. The materials used for scalfold must accord with certain requirements. The previous researches have achieved some break through, but constant improvements still are needed for the alteration from laboratory to clinics.

Objective To determine the serum concentrations of free carnitine in lipid storage myopathy(LSM) and the roles in diagnosis, classification and therapy of LSM. Methods Fasting blood samples of 8 LSM cases identified by muscle biopsies, 9 cases of other neuromuscular diseases and 18 cases of normal controls were enzymatically analyzed for free carnitine levels. Results In 8 LSM cases serum values of free carnitine were 4.4?2.5 mg/L, in 9 cases with other neuromuscular disease, serum levels of free carnitine were 10.2?2.5 mg/L and in 18 normal controls,11.8?2.9 mg/L. LSM cases showed significant decrease of free carnitine concentrations as compared with normal controls and other patients with neuromuscular diseases (P

OBJECTIVE: To expound the research status of the seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage, and explore the resource, in vitro amplification and gene modification, so as to propose the application prospect in future.DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of PubMed was undertaken to identify the articles about the seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage published in English between January 1994 and April 2006 with the key words of "cartilage, joint, tissue engineering, stem cell, cell culture, gene modification". Other articles were searched from Tsinghua Tongfang and Vip database according to the journal and article titles.STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly to choose those about the seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage and eliminate those not accorded with the requirements. The full-texts of left articles were searched manually.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 89 articles were collected, of which 34 were included and 55 were excluded.DATA SYNTHESIS: Cells for the construction of artificial cartilage tissues include autologous or homologous chondrocytes, periost and perichondrium cells, mesenchymal stem cells and embryonic stem cells, all of which could be cultured and amplified by specific culturing system in vitro, they also could be genic modified under certain condition with different strategies and methods to repair articular cartilage defects.CONCLUSION: Seed cells with their particular characteristics play an important role in the repair of articular cartilage defects with tissue engineering technique.
7.Observation on the effects of Danhong Injection on lacunar cerebral infarction
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(2):148-149
Objective To observe the effects of Danhong Injection in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction, Methods 82 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction were randomly recruited into a treatment group (n=42) and a control group (n=40). The treatment group was treated with Danhong Injection, 30ml/d for once, while the control group was treated with Danshen Injection, i.v. 20ml/day for once. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Results The total effective rate was 97.62% and 77.50% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference (χ~2=4.65, P< 0.05) . Conclusion Danhong Injection is better than Danshen Injection in treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction.

Objective To investigate the correlation between shear wave velocity and tissue fibrosis score in thyroid space-occupying lesions. Methods The shear wave velocity of 55 thyroid space-occupying lesions was examined by virtual touch tissue quantification. The shear wave velocity of different solid parts of the lesions was detected for several times and 15 data were genarated. Then maximum and minimum value were removed. The maximum (Vmax),minimum (Vmin),mean (Vm) of shear wave velocity were calculated with the rest of 13 data.Meantime the fibrosis degree of these pathological lesions were scored by using optical micorscope. The maximum (Fmax),minimum (Fmin) and mean (Fm) fibrosis degree were calculated with these scores. Then the difference between Fmax,Fmin and Fm value of benign lesions and malignant lesions was analyzed. The linear correlation between Fmax and Vmax,Fmin and Vmin,Fm and Vm was also analysed. Results In the 55 lesions,30 lesions were benign and the rest was malignant. The Fmax,Fmin,Fm of benign lesions were 1.38 ± 1.44,0.68 ± 0.25,0.91 ± 0.73 respectively; the corresponding value of malignant lesions were 5.00 ± 1.91,3.52 ± 1.82,4.08 ± 1.75 respectively. There was significant difference between the benign group and malignant group (t test,P <0.01).There were linear correlation between Fmax and Vmax,Fmin and Vmin,Fm and Vm and the Pearson correlation coefficients were 0.504,0.284,0.453 respectively. Conclusions The shear wave velocity and fibrosis degree of thyroid lesions has linear relationship. The heavier the degree of fibrosis is,the faster the shear wave velocity would be.
