Objective To explore the attachment of children with emotional disorder, and provide a theoretical basis for mental intervention. Methods A total of 70 outpatients with emotional disorder and their parents and 140 normal children and their parents were enrolled. All the children and their parents were assessed with Adolescent Attachment Inventory and Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory and General demographic information inventory. Results There were statistical significances in family proximity((12.76 ± 3.69) vs (15.47 ±3.05)),friend proximity ((14.23 ± 3.84) vs (15.82 ± 3.06)) and family negativity ((12.84 ± 3.42) vs (10.46 ± 2.94)) of two groups (all P < 0.05).There were statistical significances in maternal attachment avoidance ((3.60 ± 0.70) vs (3.84 ± 0.63)) and anxiety ((3.23 ± 0.77) vs (3.37 ± 0.79)) of two groups (all P <0.05).In emotional disorder group, there was a significantly negative relation (P < 0.01) between parental anxiety dimension and friend dependence factor. Conclusion The attachment of children with emotional disorser is low family and friends proximity, higher family negativity.

International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1584-1586
AIM: To investigate the situation of patients with mechanical ocular trauma and the possible influencing factors related to the prognosis.METHODS: Totally 260 patients(286 eyes) with mechanical ocular trauma from January 2011 to January 2016 in Xiaogan Central Hospital were selected and retrospective studied.Sociology and clinical data including gender, age, career, injury causes, injury nature, treatment time and visual acuity on admission in these patients were univariate analyzed, then the positive factors were analyzed using Logistic regression.RESULTS: The middle-aged and young males were domain in 260 patients. The causes were mainly sharp instrument injury, while perforating injury of eyeball was the majority in injury nature.Univariate analysis showed that injury causes, injury nature, treatment time and eyesight on admission were influencing factors, while multivariate analysis by Logistic regression showed that visual acuity on admission and orbital contusion were independent influencing factors for patients ocular trauma.CONCLUSION: Ocular trauma is a majoy cause of monocular blind, there are close associations between prognosis of ocular trauma and orbital contusion and visual acuity on admission. But the majority of ocular trauma is preventable and treatable, the relevant measures should be developed to prevent the ocular trauma.

International Eye Science 2014;(7):1272-1274
AlM: To analyze the correlation between tear film changes of allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye, then provide clinical references for better treatment.
METHODS: Fifty patients with allergic conjunctivitis were taken as the observation group, the control group was selected based on 1:1 case control theory, and we chose 50 health volunteers without ocular surface diseases, xerophthalmia and systematic diseases randomly, then fluorescein ( FL) staining, break-up time ( BUT) , Schirner l test ( SⅠt) , tear meniscus high ( TMH) and slit-lamp examinations were performed in the two groups.
RESULTS: ln the observation group, FL, BUT, Slt, TMH of right eyes and left eyes were statistically significant correlated ( P < 0. 05 ). FL and BUT were statistically significant between control group and observation group (P<0. 05). TMH and Slt has positive correlation, while FL and BUT has negative correlation and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSlON: Due to inflammatory mediators participation, allergic conjunctivitis could lead to the stability changes of tear film which cause in dry eye. The stability changes of allergic conjunctivitis correlate to the damage degree of epithelium.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(2):169-174
Based on the high solubility of azodicarbonamide (ADC) in hot solution and its electrostatic interaction with Nafion film,a new electroanalytical method was developed for the determination of ADC by using Nafion film electrode. The effect of temperature on the solubility of ADC and the mechanism of the reduction reaction of ADC on Nafion film electrode were investigated.Under the experimental conditions such as water bath at a constant temperature of 80 ℃,pH 6.0 and optimal test parameters, the differential pulse voltammetric response was proportional to the concentration of ADC in the range of 0.93-10.5 μg/L,and the detection limit was estimated to 0.58 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was less than 5.86 % and the recovery was 95.8%-104.0% for the determination of the ADC in flour samples. The semicarbazide and nitrofurazone did not interfere with the determination of ADC.

BACKGROUND: The biomechanics of cervical spine is complicated. It is an important way to select the appropriate biomechanical model and research method so as to explore the diagnosis and evaluation mechanism of cervical spine injury and prognosis judgement.OBJECTIVE: To discuss the alternation of cervical biomechanics after the degeneration of cervical disc and the influence of degeneration on cervical stability.METHODS: (1) A three-dimensional finite element model of cervical spine was established from the CT scan images of cervical spine of a healthy male volunteer, Solid-Works2015, HyperMesh and ANSYS11.0. We created a cervical three-dimensional finite element model. To simulate the degenerative disc by modified the mechanical characters and height of the disc model, we observed the biomechanics of the impact on the cervical spine (the range and the stress on intervertabral disc).RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The entire model with a total of 97705 nodes and 372896 elements. Ligament and joint capsule were also constructed. Face to face contact element was used in the facet joint, with complete structure and high accuracy of measurement of spatial structure. (2) The range of motion of cervical spine increased during degeneration compared with normal cervical segments (P < 0.05). (3) Intervertebral disc degeneration caused angle increase at disc and motion segment. Osteophyte formed on vertebral edge. Intervertebral disc degeneration caused cervical instability. Simultaneously, instability increased the disc degeneration.

Mutual information(MI) is a tool of measuring the statistical dependence between two random variables. MI between two images, being considered as two random fields, can be calculated to determine the degree of information redundancy between the image intensities of corresponding pixels in both images. In this paper, we utilize the MI criterion to realize the generalized registration between two neighboring slices in a medical image sequence (CT, MR et al) and consider that they match with each other if the MI between them is maximal. Experimental results confirm performance of our algorithm.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2004;2(5):379-81
OBJECTIVE: To study the material basis of the tonifying effect of Radix Changii by observing its contents of nutrient elements. METHODS: The contents of vitamins in Radix Changii and inorganic elements in the water extracts of it were tested by high performance liquid chromatography, fluorescence spectrophotography and scanning electron microanalysis. RESULTS: Radix Changii contains fat-soluble vitamins E and K 259.2 and 64.1 microg/kg respectively, and water-soluble vitamins C, B1 and B2 78.5, 0.6 and 0.7 mg/kg respectively. Its decoction contains abundant potassium and calcium ions. CONCLUSION: Radix Changii is rich in elements necessary for human body. It has the material basis for tonification.
