1.Treatment of arteriovenous malformation in jaw bone
Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To study the effective treatment methods of arteriovenous malformation(AVM) in jaw bone through retrospective review. Methods:33 patients with jaw AVM were analyzed by history, treatment methods and outcome. Results: Among the 33 patients 6 were treated by embolization only, 12 by curretting, 10 by resection of the bone lesions. The cure rate in the three groups was 2/6,11/12 and 10/10 respectively. Conclusions: Embolization combined with curretting may be the effective methods to treat facial bone AVM without resection of bone.
2.Correlation between the surgical effect and clinical factors in retinal detachments with macular hole
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(6):485-486
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the surgical effect and clinical factors in retinal detachments with macular hole patients.Methods71 patients were picked up from the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) database in our hospital. All patients were well informed with clinical data and followed up. Logistic regression statistical analysis was performed to analyze correlation between the effect of operation and clinical factors.ResultsAll patients obtained successful retinal replacement and macular hole closure, but retinal detachment was relapsed in 10 patients from 3 days to 3 years after operation. Effect of retinal replacement was related with proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) grade and course (P<0.05), while eyesight improvement was related with PVR grade, age and course (P<0.05).ConclusionAge, PVR grade and course affect the surgical effect.

Chongqing Medicine 2015;(11):1529-1532
Objective To understand the status quo of AIDS discrimination among Xinjiang medical college students and its influence factors .Methods By using the stratified cluster sampling method ,583 students in a Xinjiang medical college were conduc‐ted the AIDS related questionnaire investigation .Results If medical undergraduate students found that the schoolmates carried HIV ,18 .01% of college students would not directly contact with them ,45 .97% of medical college students would not give sympa‐thy and concern ,31 .22% of students would not keep normal communication with them ,53 .17% of medical college students thought that they should drop out of school to go home ,32 .76% of medical college students would not keep a secret to the outside world ;40 .99% of the medical college students would advise them to restrain their own behaviors ,24 .87% of medical college students would choose to report it to the teacher or leader .By the multivariate analysis of covariance ,gender ,nationality ,family monthly in‐come ,origin of students ,AIDS related knowledge ,etc .were the factors affecting the level of AIDS discrimination .Conclusion The medical college students have a certain degree of discrimination to the AIDS patients ,learning the AIDS related knowledge should be strengthened for reducing the fear psychology on AIDS ,thus to eliminate the discrimination towards AIDS .

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(19):-
Objective To establish the animal model with stress ulcer(SU) and probe the relationship between the gastric mucosal injury and lasting stress time, the dynamic structural changes of pH of gastric juice. Methods Twenty-four SD young rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,45 min(groupⅠ),90 min(groupⅡ),3 h(groupⅢ)groups under water immersion restraint stress(WRS).The change of gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI),pH of gastric juice were observed. Results Acute gastric mucosal damage was induced by WRS,with the WRS time prolonged,UI increased gradually and pH of gastric juice remarkably decreased in experimental rats.UI was positively rela-ted with stress time(r=0.957 P

Objective To observe the anti-aging effect of Yinao capsule. Methods The rat model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was established, and determined the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxidation (LPO) and Evans blue in brain tissue, determined the serum SOD content of normal rats. Formed blood platelet thrombus by common carotid artery-external jugular vein blood flow bypass operation of rats, and weighed wet weight of thrombus. Results The Yinao capsule can increase SOD and Evans blue content of brain tissue from rat model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia, at the same time, decrease the LPO content. It can enhance serum SOD content of normal rats, and inhibit the formation of experimental thrombus. Conclusion The Yinao capsule can prevent the occurrence of senile diseases, and defer organism aging.

Objective To observe effect of Sanshen granule preparation combined with MVP regimen in treating middle-late stage non-small cell lung cancer patients. Methods 152 middle-late stage non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly assigned to treatment group (79 patients) and control group (73 patients). Results Clinical beneficial rate (CR+PR+SD≥6 Months) were 82.3% and 64.4% respectively (P

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue TCM combined with L-OHP+CF+5-FU regimen in treating advanced colorectal cancer patients. Methods 68 advanced colorectal cancer patients were randomly assigned to treatment group (38 patients, treated by Yiqi Huoxue TCM combined with L-OHP+CF+5-FU) and control group (30 patients, treated with L-OHP+CF+5-FU regimen). The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Result Clinical beneficial rate (CR+PR+SD) of treatment group and control group were 78.9% and 53.3% respectively (P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To get more detailed information about the microsurgery of the Willis circle,in order to provide evidence of clinical operation. Methods The microsurgical anatomy of the Willis circle via combined frontotemporal-orbitozygomatic approach was studied in 5 adult cadaver brains under microsurgical scope. Results The Willis circle was composed of anterior communicating artery (ACOA), A 1 segments of the right and left anterior cerebral arteries (ACA), right and left internal carotid arteries(ICA) right and left, posterior communicating artery (PCOA), Pi segments of the right and left posterior cerebral arteries (PCA).The variation are present obviously in A 1 segment of the ACA. The outer diameter of left A 1 segment are larger than that of right ones. There are many perforating arteries of each part of Willis circle. Most of them arise from their original arteries, then course medial-superiorly to the optic tract, the pituitary stalk, the optic chiasm, the thalamus, hypothalamus, the floor of third ventricle, basal nuclei and internal capsule etc blood supplied areas. Conclusion To understand the microsurgical anotamy of the Willis circle and protections against its penetrating branches perfectly are the key to gain a good curative effect during the concerned operation .

Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2014;(5):130-131,134
Objective To explore the association between C reactive protein (CRP)with prostatic cancer (PCa)and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods Retrospective analysis the 110 patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University In January 2010 to August 2012 whose TPSA>4 ng/ml,postoperative pathology confirmed the diagnosis of 54 cases of prostate cancer,5 6 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Detected serum CRP levels by using transmission turbidim-etry and TPSA levels by using chemiluminescence immunoassay of 54 PCa and 56 BPH patients.According to the Gleason score,PCa patients were divided into high-risk and low-risk PCa two groups, the differences among high-risk PCa,low-risk PCa and BPH groups were analyzed by nonparametric statistics analysis. Results The CRP level of high-risk PCa was 4.20~2.12 mg/L,the CRP level of low-risk PCa was 1.90~0.91 mg/L and the CRP levels in BNP patients was 1.49±0.87 mg/L,the high-risk and low-risk PCa serum CRP level obviously higher than that of patients with BPH,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CRP levels of PCa patients were increased significantly,espe-cially in high-risk PCa patients.
