1.Content Determination of?-Schisandrin in Lingzhi Granules by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for content determination of?-Schisandrin in Lingzhi granules.METH_ ODS:HPLC method was adopted and a C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%H 3 PO 4 of water solution(67∶33).The detection wavelength was at254nm.RESULTS:The calibration curve of?-Schisandrin was linear in the range of0.0816?g~0.816?g(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was99.21%(RSD=0.79%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Lingzhi granule.
3.Discussion on Successful Conversion of Prescribed Drug into OTC
China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE:To research how to successfully convert prescribed drug into OTC and to predict the conversion prospect.METHODS:Several prescribed drug-OTC conversion cases in some countries of the world were introduced and the reasons for success or failure were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIN:The strategy of successful conversion of prescribed drug into OTC is recommended. The conversion prospect depends on the future development trend of a series of factors.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;(11):809-812
The special anatomy around the head of pancreas leads to difficulties in arriving at a definitive diagnosis for a pancreatic head mass, the management of which has recently become a hot topic and a challenge for clinicians.Despite recent advances in tumor markers,ultrasound,CT,PET/CT and MRI,some of these pancreatic head masses cannot be diagnosed with certainty.A fine needle aspiration biopsy can be used before operation; however, false negative results not infrequently happen.Based on the reports from domestic and foreign medical literatures published recently, this paper reviewed and discussed the proper treatment strategies when biopsy results from a pancreatic head mass turn out negative.

[Objective]To investigate curative effect for thoracolumbar burst fractures by the method of vertebral pedicle screw fixation applied in the with transpedicular bone graft, and consider its indications.[Method]Thirty cases of thoracolumbar burst fractures were treated by vertebral pedicle screw fixation combining transpedicular bone graft.Among them 22 were male and 8 were famale, age ranged 18-64.All of cases were single segment fractures. The average height of anterior border was 35% before the operation, the average of Cobb's angle was 26?,the percentage of midsagital diameter was 55%.According to Frankel's neurological function classification, preoperative neurological function was Grade A in 4 cases,B in 8,C in 5,D in 6,E in 7.[Result]All cases were followed up for 6 to 30 months. All patients' pain relieved distinctly, the average height anterior border was increased to 97%,the average of Cobb's angle was 3.5?,the percentage of midsagital diameter was 92% postoperatively, showing significant difference(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate endothelium-dependent dilation (flow-mediated dilation, FMD) and endothelium-independent dilation(nitroglycerin-mediated dilation, NMD) of the brachial and superficial arteries in elderly patients with atherosclerotic disease(LEASD) of the lower extremity, and to evaluate the correlation between brachial and superficial femoral FMD and NMD and their characteristics. Methods Both FMD and NMD of the brachial artery and the superficial femoral artery were determined in 33 old LEASD patients with the high-resolution ultrasound, and the results were compared with that of 40 healthy elderly controls and 30 non-LEASD elderly patients with cardiovascular risk factors, respectively. Results Both FMD and NMD of the brachial artery and the superficial femoral artery were significantly lower in 33 elderly LEASD patients compared with those of 40 healthy elderly controls and 30 non-LEASD elderly patients but with cardiovascular risk factors (P
