Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2014;33(6):591-593
Objective To explore the risk factors for in stent stenosis (ISR) in coronary artery disease in elderly patients undergoing postoperative percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods We chose 418 cases undergoing PCI in our hospital. There were 263 males and 156 females, aged from 60 to 79 years, average (71.3--8.9)years in this study.Under the same conditions of treatment strategies,we collected all possible risk factors for ISR in patients undergoing postoperative PCI,and statistics were analyzed. Results All patients were rechecked at 1 year after PCI.104 cases (24.9%) occurred ISR,and 314 cases (75.1%) were diagnosed without ISR.Multiple logistic analysis showed that, and sex had little effect on ISR incidence (P>0.05).Body mass index(OR=9.54,95%CI:6.542~32.154,P=0.002),smoking history(OR=26.01,95%CI:5.532~122.238,P=0.000),hypertension(OR=15.72,95%CI:3.240~76.026,P=0.001),diabetes mellitus(OR=11.98,95%CI2.667~53.835,P=0.001),history of high cholesterol(OR=8.98,8,95%CI2.164~37.283,P=0.003),exercise time (OR 5.63,8,95 % CI2.004 ~ 25.385,P=0.013)had positive correlations with ISR incidence. Conclusions Effective control of risk factors including smoking, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, proper exercise, and weight control can help prevent the development of ISR in elderly patients with postoperative PCI.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(4):940-944
Right-sided cardiac valvular diseases have traditionally been considered less important than disease of mitral or aortic valve. However, severe tricuspid regurgitation could lead to right ventricle dysfunction and reduce patients' survival rate. In clinic setting, tricuspid valve disease should be paid more attention for patients with secondary tricuspid regurgitation caused by left-sided valvular surgery combined with irreversible annular dilatation increasing the risk of reoperation. In this review, we summarize the epidemiology, anatomy, pathology, diagnosis, ultrasound and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging findings in patients with tricuspid regurgitation.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(15):2480-2482
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of Wells score and D-Dimer detection in acute pulmonary embolism. Methods Forty-two suspected cases of pulmonary embolism were collected from March 2012 to September 2014 Then Wells score and D-Dimer detection were applied to confirm the disease. Results Of the total, 26 patients were diagnosed by computed tomographic pulmonary arteriography (CTPA). There were 7, 24 and 11 suspected cases which had low, medium and high Wells score respectively. Among them, 1, 15, and 10 cases were diagnosed by CTPA. The diagnosis rates were 14.2% (1/7), 62.5% (15/24) and 90.9%(10/11) respectively. The D-Dimer level in pulmonary embolism group was significantly higher than that in non-embolism group(P < 0.01). The D-Dimer level of cases with medium or high Wells score was higher than those with low Wells score (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wells score combined with D-Dimer is convenient, accurate and safe for predicting acute pulmonary embolism.
6.Progress and prospect in the clinical translation of cancer nanomedicine
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2022;57(1):134-141
Nanotechnology has shown broad application prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Currently, nearly 80 cancer nanomedicines are under clinical investigation, and many have been approved with enhanced anti-tumor efficacy and decreased side effects. However, the presence of various barriers in related basic research, process control and clinical trials lead to extremely low translation rate. From the perspective of clinical commercialization, we summarized the progress, clinical status, challenges and opportunities of cancer nanomedicine, and presented a cutting-edge prospect on the rational design of nanomedicine and clinical trial strategies.

OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism of autophagy of HeLa cell in human cervical cancer induced by fucoxanthin. METHODS:MTT was adopted to determine the cell activity and calculate the inhibition rate after HeLa cells were cultured by 1, 10,20,40 and 80 μmol/L of fucoxanthin for 48 h. Flow cytometry was used to determine the cell cycle and apoptosis rate after HeLa cells were cultured by 0(blank control),10,20 and 40 μmol/L of fucoxanthin for 48 h;acridine orange staining,LysoTrack-er Red staining,HeLa-GFP-LC3 method and fluorescence microscope were used to observe the autophagy state;Western blot was used to determine the expressions of proteins related to autophagy. RESULTS:The cells had obvious inhibition effect on the cell growth after being cultured by 0,10,20,40 and 80 μmol/L of fucoxanthin. The cell was blocked in G0/G1 stage after being cul-tured by 10,20 and 40μmol/L of fucoxanthin, and had no obvious effect on the apoptosis rate;autophagy degree was increased af-ter the cells were cultured by 40 μmol/L fucoxanthin for 48 h. Compared with blank control,40 μmol/L fucoxanthin could promote LC3Ⅰ transferring into LC3Ⅱ and the expressions of Beclin-1,PTEN,p21;and inhibit the phosphorylation of p-Akt,p-p70S6K and p-mTOR. The pre-treatment by autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine(5 mmol/L)could reverse the autophagy of HeLa cells in-duced by fucoxanthin;U0126 could partly reverse the autophagy of HeLa cells induced by fucoxanthin. CONCLUSIONS:Fucoxan-thin can induce the authphagy of HeLa cells by inhibiting Akt signaling pathway and activating MEK/ERK signaling pathway.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2015;31(5):327-332
Objective To evaluate the nighttime blood pressure(BP) control status of hypertensive Chinese chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and related risk factors. Methods This cross-sectional study enrolled 337 hypertensive CKD in-patients.The clinical and ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM) data were retrieved from the electronic database of the hospital.High ambulatory BP were defined as >130/80 mmHg (average 24-hour BP) and >135/85 mmHg (daytime)/>120/70 mmHg (nighttime),respectively.Multivariable analysis was used to evaluate the risk factors for lack of nighttime BP control and circadian rhythm. Results There were 38.6% of the whole population had average 24-hour BP controlled. But only 22.8% of them achieved nighttime BP control, which was far less than the 50.7% of daytime BP control (P < 0.01).Even among those patients who achieved average 24-hour BP control shown by ABPM,there were still 44.6% of them with uncontrolled nighttime BP.Multiple analyses showed urinary protein excretion (OR:1.151,95%CI:1.035-1.279) was independent risk factor for lack of nighttime BP control.About 80% of patients presented with nondipping BP pattern, among whom 37.3% were presented with reverse-dipper pattern.Lack of nighttime BP control was independent risk factor for lack of normal circadian rhythm (both P<0.001).Conclusions Lack of nighttime BP control was common in hypertensive CKD patients and contributed to the abnormal circadian rhythm.ABPM should be performed more commonly in clinical practice to help nighttime BP control in the future.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(5):937-940
BACKGROUND: Recent studies have reported that more and more methods were used to prevent and cure tendon adhesion following tendon rupture by repairing tendinous sheath. Especially, amnion membrane is commonly used to effective prevent and cure adhesion and promote healing of biomembrane; however, the effect on tendon adhesion needs to be further studied. OBJECTIVE: To verify the efficacy of amnion membrane preserved in Honghua injection on preventing and curing tendon adhesion following transplanting into foot flexor tendon. METHODS: Bilateral foot flexor tendons of 32 healthy mature chickens were cut off. By anastomosis, amnion membrane preserved in Honghua injection was transplanted into left foot flexor tendon, considering as experimental group. Right foot flexor tendons were randomly divided into two groups: blank control group, anastomosis was performed alone; positive control group, amnion membrane not preserved in any injections was transplanted. At 4 weeks after fixation by plaster cast, sliding function of tendon was detected using biomechanics, and local samples were obtained for histopathological observation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the experimental group, broken end of left tendon was well healed; fiber tissues were formed surrounding tendon; tissue adhesion was not observed surrounding tendon. Proliferative quantity and adhesion of fiber tissues, as well as content of hydroxyproline in the experimental group were significantly less than in the blank control and positive control groups (P < 0.05, P < 0.01); total inflexion angle of articulationes digitorum pedis and slipping distance of flexor digitorum profundus tendon in the experimental group were significantly greater than in the blank control and positive control groups (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The results indicated that amnion membrane preserved in Honghua injection might prevent tendon adhesion and effectively promote tendon healing.
