Objective To study signs of ultrasonography in multiple renal arteritis (MRA) by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and X-ray angiography. Methods 2-D ultrasonography and color Doppler were performed on 23 cases of MRA with 39 diseased blood vessels. The morphology and diameters of stenonsed renal arteries of the kidneys were observed respectively by 2-D ultrasonography and CDFI.CDFI was adopted to observe maximum of velocity(Vmax),minimum of velocity(Vmin),resistance index(RI),acclerate(ACC) and acclerated time(TA) of the renal arteries, and the values were compared with those by X-ray angiography and with those of the normal controls. Results MRA's renal volume and diameter were significantly different from those of controls ( P

ObjectiveTo study the effect of Rehabilitative Ankle-Foot Orthoses training program on walking function of hemiplegic patients after stroke .Methods95 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observed group (49 cases) and control group (46 cases). The patients of control group were trained by routine rehabilitation training program, the patients of observed group were trained by Rehabilitative Ankle-Foot Orthoses and routine rehabilitation training program.ResultsAfter training, either observed group or control group showed significant improvement at walking function and ADL(P<0.01), but the improvement on observed group were more marked than coutrol group(P<0.01 and P<0.05). ConclusionsThe ability of walking in acute stroke patients were obviously improved, and the degree of the disability of them was decreased by Rehabilitative Ankle-Foot Orthoses.

Sudden visual loss is a group of diseases of retina, with emotional factors being an important pathogeny. On the basis of summarizing the relationship between the psychological features of the sudden visual loss and seven emotional factors, we explore the application of the seven emotional factors in sudden visual loss, in order to treat a disease by looking into both its body and mind and enhance its therapeutic effects.

Objective To reduce the misdiagnosis rate of spondyloarthritis (SPA) by reviewing the rare cases misdiagnosed as SpA.Methods Cases misdiaguosed as SpA were collected from our hospital from January 2004 to April 2014.Reported cases among Chinese journals from January 1998 to October,2014 were also collected.According to the Assessment of Spondylo Arthritis international Society (ASAS) axial SpA criteria (2009) and peripheral SpA criteria (2011),the diagnostic accordance rate was studied. Results There were 112 cases within the objective scope, out of which,27 cases (24.1%) were infectious diseases,47 cases (42.0%) were heredity and metabolic diseases,25 cases (22.3%) were hematonosis or tumor,13 cases (11.6%) were osteoarthropathies. Also, only 10 cases (8.9%) out of 112 had the symptoms of inflammatory back pain (IBP),23 cases (20.5%) exhibited fever.Human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B27 was positive in 20.4% (21/103) of the cases.Eleven cases out of those 29 cases performed X-ray in the sacroiliac joint and showed blurred articular surface, narrowing of joint space or bone destruction.Four cases were diagnosed based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).18/91 (19.8%) cases met the criteria of ASAS axial SpA criteria (2009),2/6(33.3%) cases were in accordance to the ASAS peripheral SpA criteria (2011).Conclusion For patients with atypical back pain,if accompanied with fever, other diseases such as tumor, infection, heredity and metabolic diseases should be considered. The diagnosis should not only based on HLA-B27 for SpA diagnosis.Due to the ambiguity of X-ray in sacroiliac joint,CT or MRI may be recommended to assist the diagnosis.Careful clinical history taken is also with great significance.
10. DNA barcode identification of original species in Aesculus Linn.
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(18):2593-2599
Objective: To screen the DNA barcodes for identifying the species in genus Aesculus Linn. Methods: The PCR amplification and sequencing efficacy, intraspecific and interspecific variation, and identification efficiency of nuclear ITS, ITS2, chlroplast psbA-trnH, rbcL, and matK sequences from 42 samples of 10 species in genus Aesculus Linn. were investigated. The screened sequences were determined by barcoding gap and NJ tree clustering analysis. Results: The PCR amplification and sequencing efficacy of psbA-trnH were 100%, the interspecific minimum variation was larger than the intraspecific maximum variation, and psbA-trnH had the highest identification efficacy. The psbA-trnH sequence had less polymerization of intraspecific and interspecific variation. By constructing the NJ tree, thorough verifying the three original plants could be used to separate with other related species. Conclusion: The psbA-trnH sequence is a powerful, though not perfect, barcode for the identification of species in Aesculus Linn.
