Objective To study signs of ultrasonography in multiple renal arteritis (MRA) by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and X-ray angiography. Methods 2-D ultrasonography and color Doppler were performed on 23 cases of MRA with 39 diseased blood vessels. The morphology and diameters of stenonsed renal arteries of the kidneys were observed respectively by 2-D ultrasonography and CDFI.CDFI was adopted to observe maximum of velocity(Vmax),minimum of velocity(Vmin),resistance index(RI),acclerate(ACC) and acclerated time(TA) of the renal arteries, and the values were compared with those by X-ray angiography and with those of the normal controls. Results MRA's renal volume and diameter were significantly different from those of controls ( P

ObjectiveTo study the effect of Rehabilitative Ankle-Foot Orthoses training program on walking function of hemiplegic patients after stroke .Methods95 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observed group (49 cases) and control group (46 cases). The patients of control group were trained by routine rehabilitation training program, the patients of observed group were trained by Rehabilitative Ankle-Foot Orthoses and routine rehabilitation training program.ResultsAfter training, either observed group or control group showed significant improvement at walking function and ADL(P<0.01), but the improvement on observed group were more marked than coutrol group(P<0.01 and P<0.05). ConclusionsThe ability of walking in acute stroke patients were obviously improved, and the degree of the disability of them was decreased by Rehabilitative Ankle-Foot Orthoses.

Objective To reduce the misdiagnosis rate of spondyloarthritis (SPA) by reviewing the rare cases misdiagnosed as SpA.Methods Cases misdiaguosed as SpA were collected from our hospital from January 2004 to April 2014.Reported cases among Chinese journals from January 1998 to October,2014 were also collected.According to the Assessment of Spondylo Arthritis international Society (ASAS) axial SpA criteria (2009) and peripheral SpA criteria (2011),the diagnostic accordance rate was studied. Results There were 112 cases within the objective scope, out of which,27 cases (24.1%) were infectious diseases,47 cases (42.0%) were heredity and metabolic diseases,25 cases (22.3%) were hematonosis or tumor,13 cases (11.6%) were osteoarthropathies. Also, only 10 cases (8.9%) out of 112 had the symptoms of inflammatory back pain (IBP),23 cases (20.5%) exhibited fever.Human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B27 was positive in 20.4% (21/103) of the cases.Eleven cases out of those 29 cases performed X-ray in the sacroiliac joint and showed blurred articular surface, narrowing of joint space or bone destruction.Four cases were diagnosed based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).18/91 (19.8%) cases met the criteria of ASAS axial SpA criteria (2009),2/6(33.3%) cases were in accordance to the ASAS peripheral SpA criteria (2011).Conclusion For patients with atypical back pain,if accompanied with fever, other diseases such as tumor, infection, heredity and metabolic diseases should be considered. The diagnosis should not only based on HLA-B27 for SpA diagnosis.Due to the ambiguity of X-ray in sacroiliac joint,CT or MRI may be recommended to assist the diagnosis.Careful clinical history taken is also with great significance.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of infants with cytomegalovirus(CMV)pneumonia. Methods The clinical and auxiliary examination data of 24 patients with CMV pneumonia, which were diagnosed by detection of serum CMV-IgM used enzyme immunodot technique. All patients were treated with ganciclovir (GCV).Results The most common clinical manifestations of CMV pneumonia were cough, breathlessness, fever, crackles and wheezing rale.Chest X-ray findings predominately revealed increased and thickened bilateral lung markings and patchy areas of increased opacity in both lungs.Sixteen cases were cured,8 cases improved. Conclusions Clinical manifestations of infant CMV pneumonia lack specificity. The presence of serum CMV-IgM antibody is a laboratory diagnostic evidence.GCV is the best choice of drug in treatment of infants with CMV pneumonia.

Objective To investigate the expression of sodium iodide symporter (NIS ) mRNA in differentiated thyroid Carcinoma (DTC)and further explore its value in clinical diagnosis and therapy of DTC. Methods The expression of NIS mRNA was detected and analyzed in 21 nodular goiter and 45 cases of DTC (including 35 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 10 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma)by using real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (real-time RT-PCR).Results Compared with that in nodular goiter, the mRNA expression of NIS in DTC tissue was significantly decreased (P < 0.05 ). Moreover, the mRNA expression of NIS was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and AJCC stage, respectively. The expression of NIS mRNA in DTC with lymph node metastasis was significantly decreased compared with that in DTC without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05).In addition, the expression of NIS mRNA in Ⅱ-Ⅳstage DTC was significantly decreased compared with that in Ⅰ - Ⅱ stage DTC (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Differential expression of NIS can provide evidence for individual 1 3 1 I therapy for DTC.

A new method to calculate and counterbalance the inertia force of slider-crank mechanisms in high-speed mechanical presses was put forward. By analyzing the kinematic characteristics of a center-located slider-crank mechanism whose crank rotates at a constant angular velocity, the kinematic parameters of the slide, connecting rod and crank were formulated approximately. On the basis of the results above, three inertia forces and the input moment in the mechanism during its idle running were investigated and formulated by dynamic analysis. A verification experiment was performed on a slider-crank mechanism at a high-speed press machine. The forces derived from the established formulas were compared respectively with those obtained by the ADAMS software and the classical method of connecting rod mass substitution. It was experimentally found that the proposed formulas have an improved performance over related earlier techniques. By use of these results, a 1000 kN 1250 rpm four-point high-speed press machine was designed and manufactured. The slide of this press is driven by four sets of slider-crank mechanisms with symmetrical layout and opposite rotation directions to counterbalance the horizontal inertia forces. Four eccentric counterbalance blocks were designed to counterbalance the vertical force after their mass and equivalent eccentric radius were formulated. The high-speed press machine designed by the proposed counterbalance method has worked with satisfactory performance and good dynamic balance for more than four years in practical production.
