2.Study on Skin Tests of 43 Patients with Seasonal Contact Dermatitis
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(01):-
To study the etiology and pathogenesis of seasonal contact dermatitis (SG),some skin tests including pollen allergen patch test were performed in 43 cases of SG.Sixty-two patients with al- lergic contact dermatitis(NSG) and 50 healthy individual(HG) were used as control. The results showed that the level and positivity rate of total serum IgE in SG,and the positivity rate of specific IgE,pollen allergen prick test and patch test in SG were higher than those in NSG and HG.The speeific IgE,pollen allergen prick test and pollen allergen patch test were significantly correlated, and showed high consis- tency. These results indieate that the pathogenesis of seasonal contact dermatitis he obviously associated with pollen allergen-induced IgE-mediated late-phase reaction.
3.Analysis and Countermeasures of Microbial Contamination in Methadone Hydrochloride Oral Solution
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1691-1693
Objective:To analyze the causes of microbial contamination in methadone hydrochloride oral solution used for the ma-intenance treatment of heroin addict in Guangxi and propose the relative countermeasures. Methods:The samples of methadone hydro-chloride oral solution were obtained from 10 maintenance treatment clinics, and then the microbial limit test and identification were per-formed,the content of preservative was detected and the relationship between the preservative content and microbial contamination was studied. Results:The total number of aerobe in the samples of methadone hydrochloride oral solution from the 10 clinics was all over the standard limit value of 100 cfu·ml-1 ,and the main contaminating germ was Burkholderia cepacia. The contents of sorbic acid were 78. 2%-98. 3%,the four batches with the lowest concentration of preservative were detected with higher total number of aerobe. Con-clusion:The microbial contamination in methadone hydrochloride oral solution from the 10 maintenance treatment clinics is severe, and the environment of medicine packaging, content of preservatives, packaging machine and storage conditions are the primary causes for the microbial contamination. To ensure drug quality safety, it is suggested that the environment cleanliness of medicine packaging be improved, suitable content of preservatives be added, packaging machine be clean, the products be stored in shade and the quality be tested regularly.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2008;15(5):430-432
Objective To expolore the changes of coagulation index in newborns of different age and its clinical significance. Methods We studied 129 newborn infants without complication admitted to the neonatal department in an all-around hospital in Gnangzhou from January to December in 2005. These neonates were divided into two groups, including 63 cases of full-term infants and 66 cases of premature infants. Prothrombin time (PT), activated partial prothrombin time (APTT), Fibrinogen (Fg), thrombin time (TT), D-dimer (D-D) of these newborn infants were assayed on the first day, the third day and the tenth day. Results In the postnatal three periods of time, there was no difference in PT and D-dimer between two groups(P >0.05), but APTT and TT in premature infants were higher than that in full-term infants( P < 0.05), and Fg in premature infants were lower than that of full-term irfants(P<0.05). PT,APTT, TT,Ddimer were in decrease tendency and Fg increased as age increased( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Geststional age and age had effect on coagulation index in newborn infants, and both can provide clinical references to clinical diagnosis and therapy.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To study the clinical features and treatment of horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (HC-BPPV).Methods The clinical features of 27 patients with HC-BPPV and the treatment results with otolith repositioning maneuver of Barbecue rotation were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients with HC-BPPV had vertigo attack and this kind of vertigo attack presented with some characters such as brief, positioning, latency and no fatigability. Geotropic nystagmus was seen in 21 patients and apogeotropic nystagmus was seen in 6 patients when head was turned to either side in supine position. After Barbecue rotation, all symptoms disappeared in patients with geotropic nystagmus and did not change in patients with apogeotropic nystagmus. Conclusions The diagnosis of HC-BPPV is based on typical clinical features and test of turning head to either side in supine position. Geotropic nystagmus is associated with canalithiasis and apogeotropic nystagmus is associated with cupulolithiasis, and the therapy of Barbecue rotation is very effective to HC-BPPV patients with geotropic nystagmus.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
It was reported that Os-thole(Ost) was isolated from the fruits of Cnidium monnieri(L. ) Cusson, possessesanti - arrhythmic action and depressed the aortic pressure action in animal studies. Its calcium -antagonistic effects were studied on the isolated rabbit aortic strips.Ost shifted the dose response curves for NE, CaCl2 and KC1 nonparallelly to the right, and depressed their maximal response; pD2' value is 3. 16, 4. 28 and 4. 39 respectively. It produced neither ?- a-drenoceptic stimulating nor ? - adreno-ceptic blocking effects. At the concentration of 100 ?mol ? L-1, Ost significantly inhibited the intra cellular Ca2+ dependent component of NE - induced contraction of the aortic strips, however, it didn't in-hibit the extra cellular Ca2+ dependent component of NE - induced contraction of the aortic strips, These results indicated that Ost produced relaxation on vascular smooth muscle might result from its antagonistic effect to Ca2+ and mainly blocked calcium influx through PDC, and the mode of its anta -gonism is similar to that of verapamil.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2021;44(1):72-76
Objective:To explore the correlation between lower gastrointestinal tract symptoms and diabetic retinopathy and lower extremity artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus. Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus from August 2016 to March 2018 in Central Hospital of Shengli OilField were retrospectively analyzed. The general clinical data and laboratory indexes were recorded. The score was evaluated by lower gastrointestinal symptoms rating scale (LGSRS). Patients with the LGSRS score ≥6 scores were as positive group, and those with LGSRS score<6 scores were as negative group. Fundus photography and ultrasonic scanning of lower extremity artery disease were performed for each patient. The correlation between LGSRS score and diabetic retinopathy, lower extremity artery disease was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results:Positive group had 66 cases, and negative group had 62 cases. The age, duration of diabetic, LGSRS score and incidence of diabetic retinopathy in positive group were significantly higher than those in negative group: (64.24 ± 10.43) years vs. (59.57 ± 12.50) years, (14.67 ± 1.28) years vs. (10.98 ± 1.25) years, (8.65 ± 2.38) scores vs. (2.77 ± 1.49) scores and 98.48% (65/66) vs. 69.35% (43/62), and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05 or<0.01). There were no statistical difference in gender, body mass index, glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol and incidence of diabetic retinopathy between 2 groups ( P>0.05). After adjusting for age, duration of diabetic, glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride and total cholesterol, the LGSRS score showed positive correlation with diabetic lower extremity artery disease ( OR = 1.174, 95% CI 1.065 to 1.470, P = 0.001), but there was no correlation between LGSRS score and diabetic retinopathy ( P = 0.313). Conclusions:In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, lower gastrointestinal tract symptoms has positive correlation with diabetic lower extremity artery disease, and no correlation with diabetic retinopathy. It suggests that there may be a common pathological mechanism between lower gastrointestinal tract symptoms and diabetic lower extremity artery disease.
