7.Advances on biomechanics and kinematics of sprain of ankle joint.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2015;28(4):374-377
Ankle sprains are orthopedic clinical common disease, accounting for joint ligament sprain of the first place. If treatment is not timely or appropriate, the joint pain and instability maybe develop, and even bone arthritis maybe develop. The mechanism of injury of ankle joint, anatomical basis has been fully study at present, and the diagnostic problem is very clear. Along with the development of science and technology, biological modeling and three-dimensional finite element, three-dimensional motion capture system, digital technology study, electromyographic signal study were used for the basic research of sprain of ankle. Biomechanical and kinematic study of ankle sprain has received adequate attention, combined with the mechanism research of ankle sprain, and to explore the the biomechanics and kinematics research progress of the sprain of ankle joint.

8.Analysis on postoperative curative effect in 36 cases of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy combined radical operation of esophageal carcinoma
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(1):78-80,83
Objective To analyze the influence of thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy for radical operation of esophageal carcinoma and open ones on the perioperative effects and postoperative quality of life. Methods The data in 74 esophagus cancer patients in the thoracic surgery department of our hospital from October 2012 to June 2015 were collected and divided into the endo-scopic group and open group according to different operative ways. The perioperative effects and complications in the two operation ways were analyzed. The EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-OES18 were used to conduct the questionnaire investigation and comparative analysis. Results The mean intraoperative blood loss, postoperative catheter drainage, hospitalization time, occurrence rates of post-operative complications such as pneumonia, hydrothorax and gastric emptying disorder in the endoscopic group were lower than those in the open group, while the operative time was longer than that in the open group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The total healthy status and function scores at postoperative 1,12 weeks in the two groups were decreased and symp-tom scores were increased, which at postoperative 24 weeks were back to close to preoperative level. The scores in the aspects of to-tal healthy status, physical functioning, role functioning, social functioning, fatigue, pain, dyspnea and difficultly coughing at postop-erative 1,12 weeks in the endoscopic group were superior to those in the open group,in which the scores of total healthy status, physical functioning and fatigue symptom at postoperative 24 week were still superior to those in the open group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy for radical operation of esophageal carcinoma has the advantages in the aspects of intraoperative blood loss, catheter drainage, hospitalization time, some postoperative complications and QOL scores, but the operative time is longer.
9.Substitute popliteal vein valve operation for primary deep vein insufficiency of lower limbs
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the clinical value of substitute popliteal vein valve operation (SPVSO) for primary lower limb deep vein insufficiency(DVIS). Methods The clinical data of 859 cases(907 legs) of DVIS who underwent SPVSO in the past 10 years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Symptoms of edema and fatigue distinctly reduced or disappeared after the operation.Pigmentation in the lower portion of the leg began to disappear in 1 week, and nearly or totally disappeared within 2 weeks after the operation.Ulcer in the lower portion of the leg recovered three weeks after the operation. Patients were followed up for 6 to 120 months. The effective rate within 60 months was 96.8%, and the effective rate over 60 months was 87.2%. Conclusions The curative effect of SPVSO on primary deep vein insufficiency of lower extremity is definite and it is worthy to be clinical practice.
10.Prevention and treatment of vascular complications of inguinal hernia repair
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2016;15(10):978-981
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of complications of vascular injury after inguinal hernia repair. Methods The retrospective cross-sectional and descriptive study was adopted. The clinical data of 22 patients with vascular injury after inguinal hernia repair who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between June 2005 and March 2016 were collected.Observation indicators included:(1) the vascular complications after inguinal hernia repair:vascular injury, peritoneal interstitial hemorrhage or hematoma formation, thrombosis and vascular embolization,(2) treatment,(3) follow-up.Patients were followed up by telephone interview at 15 days after discharge up to April 2016,and conditions of patients, recovery of symptoms and subsequent pharmacotherapy were detected. Results (1) The vascular complications after inguinal hernia repair:of 22 patients, peritoneal interstitial hemorrhage or hematoma formation was detected in 8 patients (vascular injury of corona mortis in 2 patients, inferior epigastric artery injury in 3 patients and unexplained peritoneal interstitial hemorrhage in 3 patients),femoral vein injury in 3 patients, femoral artery injury in 1 patient, deep vein thrombosis of the double lower limbs in 8 patients (including 2 with pulmonary embolism) and femoral and popliteal artery embolism in 2 patients.(2) Treatments:20 of 22 patients had good therapeutic effect,1 patient with arterial embolism received timely treatment avoiding the necrosis of limbs,1 ischemic necrosis of partial toes and the other patients had good effect through vascular repair or construction. One patient with inferior epigastric artery injury and 1 with femoral vein injury died of hemorrhagic shock.(3) Follow-up:20 of 22 patients were followed up for 2 weeks, with good conditions.Patients' hemorrhage had been improved. The symptoms of patients with deep vein thrombosis and arterial embolism of lower limbs didn't become obviously aggravated, and they took the medicine as medical advice. Conclusion The different treatments are conducted according to the occuring characteristics of vascular complications, with better outcomes.
