1.Research progress of siRNA in head and neck neoplasms
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):842-845
RNA interference which focuses on siRNA becomes a studying focus in malignant tumor of gene therapy due to its high efficiency and effect, the sequence of specific characteristics and action fast. In recent years many research shows that constructing and transfecting malignancy related gene targeting specific siRNA, can effectively suppress tumor growth and invasion. Combination with other conventional treatments can improve the curative effect. It's a promising new method of gene therapy in head and neck neoplasms.

5.The Effect of Controllable Blood Pressure Depression in Combination with Acute Hypervolemic Hemodilution in Thoracic Operaion
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of controllable blood pressure depression in combination with acute hypervolmic hemodilutien (AHH) during operation. Methods 40 patients with esophageal or cardiac carcinomas were randomly divided into controllable blood pressure depression in combination with AHH group(group I)and control group (group Ⅱ), each group containing 20 patients. MAP, CVP and HR were monitored during operation. And Hb,Hct and Plt were aslo monitored before operation, 1h after AHH and 24h after operation. The volume of solution infusion, blood loss and blood transfusion were recorded during operation. Results MAP after operation in group I was significantly lower than that before operation in groups I and Ⅱ(P
6.A Comparative Study on IVA-CPT in Children with Chronic Tic Disorders
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To explore the characteristics of control response and sustained attention in children with chronic tic disorders (CTD). Methods: 38 children fulfilled DSM-Ⅳ diagnosis of CTD and 38 normal children are involved in the study. All participants were assessed with the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT). The differences of sustained attention and control response were compared. Results: Most of the values of IVA-CPT were lower in children with CTD compared with normal children. There was no significant difference between the visual and auditory sustained attention and control response in children with CTD. Conclusion: The present study suggests that control response and sustained attention are both impaired in children with CTD.
7.Distribution and Antimicrobial Susceptibility of Anaerobic Bacteria in Periodontal Pocket of 84 Patients with Chronic Periodontitis
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(6):69-72
Objective To study the distribution and antimicrobial susceptibilities of anaerobic bacteria from periodontal pockets of patients with chronic periodontitis, so as to guide the anti-infection therapy. Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic periodontitis were enrolled in this study. The anaerobes were isolated from periodontal pockets of patients with chronic periodontitis. Antimicrobial susceptibility of the anaerobes to seven kinds of antibiotics (like metronidazole, penicillin, cefmetazole, etc.) was tested with the agar dilution technique. Results A total of 305 cultivable anaerobes were isolated from periodontal pockets of 84 patients with chronic periodontitis. All patients were infected by anaerobes. 59.34%of cultivable anaerobes were gram-positive anaerobes, and 40.66%were gram-negative anaerobes. The P.melanin ogenica and P.gingivalis were the most common among the cultivable anaerobes, accounting for 51.19% and 55.95%, followed by P.intermedia (36.90%), P.micros (35.71%), F.mucleatum (33.33%), Capnocytophaga ssp (27.38%), Actinomyces ssp (10.71%), and so on. Most isolated anaerobes were sensitive to seven antibiotics. All isolated anaerobes were susceptible to Chloromycetin and Imipenem. 98.03%of isolated anaerobes were susceptible to Amoxicillin. Approximately 76%to 88%of isolated anaerobes were susceptible to Cefmetazole and Metronidazole. Susceptibility to Clindamycinum and Penicillin were 65.91%and 55.73%. Conclusions There is a close relationship between chronic periodontitis and anaerobes. P.melanin ogenica and P.gingivalis are the most frequently isolated anaerobes from periodontal pockets of patients with chronic periodontitis. Chloromycetin and Imipenem can be used for the treatment of anaerobes infected chronic periodontitis.
8.Rule of breaking Ferula fukanensis seed dormancy under low-temperature and content changes of endogenous hormone
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(02):-
Objective To study the rule of breaking Ferula fukanensis seed dormancy under low-temperature and content changes of endo-hormone.Methods The seeds were treated with stratification under 4 ℃ and germinated under 20 ℃.The content of endo-hormone,such as Z,GA_3,IAA,and ABA,was mensurated by HPLC.Results The seed germination rate achieved as high as 14% in 20 d and more than 60% in 40 d.Among breaking the seed dormancy, the content of endo-hormone was decreased gradually, while the rate of GA_3 and ABA was increased quickly in 10—20 d under 4 ℃ stratification.ConclusionThe stratification under 4 ℃ could break the seed dormancy. The rate of GA_3 and ABA is a pivotal factor of the seed dormancy. The endo-hormones IAA and Z have the significant effect on seed germination.
9.Empirical analysis of economies of scale in public hospitals of Zhejiang Province
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(medical Science) 2010;30(1):91-93
Objective To analyse the economies of scale in public hospitals in Zhejiang Province. Methods One hundred and twenty-five public hospitals in Zhejiang Province with qualification no less than class two level two were selected as sample hospitals. Douglas production function was employed to analyse the relationship between investment and output in sample hospitals between 2004 to 2006, with two types of production models established by medical service and incomes in hospitals as dependent variables. Results From 2004 to 2006, the medical service and incomes of sample hospitals were in line with economies of scale. The production increase rate was higher than investment increase rate. The medical service, incomes, total assets and number of staff in class three hospitals were higher than those in class two hospitals (P =0.000). Conclusion Economies of scale is the ultimate incentive to continuous outstretch for hospitals. Hospitals should rationally control the scale so as to avoid problems in medical service caused by overstretch.
10.Pharmacological Effects of Qinhouliyan Chongji
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Qinghouliyan Chongji can markedly inhibit the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and the edema ofhind paw induced by egg white in rats. It can also decrease the weight of cotton pellet granuloma in rats.Numbers of writhing responses induced by acetic acid was reduced and pain threshold was elevated in mice bythis preparation, beside its bacteriostatic effects.
