Analysis was made in 3 patients with central nervous system lymphoma(CNSL) with different manifestations;neuroradiological and immunocytological investigations were used to improve the clinical diagnosis of CNSL.Three patients with CNSL presented with 3 distinct profiles:diffuse meningeal invasion, intracranial masses of tumor and intramedullary spinal invasion. Both contrast enhanced CT and MR provided CNSL lesions in the brain parenchyma and meninges. It is suggested that combining CT,MR findings and immunological markers can improve clinical diagnosis of CNSL.

Inner ear malformations are anomalies linking to development insults at different periods of embryogenesis,which are common causes of congenital sensorineural hearing loss. The evaluation of pediatric sensorineural hearing loss mostly depends on high-resolution computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, which can excellently depict the temporal bones and inner ear malformations.

Objective To assess the efficacy of rociverine tablets combined with imrecoxib tablets and comfortable nursing in the control of bladder spasm after transurethral laser resection of prostate.Methods According to the digital table,120 patients who diagnosed as benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) were randomly divided into four groups.The patients in combined drug group (group A) were administered rociverine tablets(10mg tid) and imrecoxib tablets (100mg bid) from the day of surgery to the day of catheter removal.The patients in rociverine tablets group (group B) were treated with rociverine tablets (10rag tid),and the patients in imrecoxib tablets group (group C) were administered imrecoxib (100mg bid) from the day of surgery to the day of catheter removal.The patients in group D were administered indometacin suppositories in anus when they felt pain.All patients were given comfortable nursing.The frequency and duration of bladder spasm,the time of bladder irrigation,time needed for washing solution to turn clear,and the time of catheter indwelling in the four groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with group D,group A,group B and group C all had statistically significant differences in the frequency and duration of bladder spasm,the time of bladder irrigation,time needed for washing solution to turn clear,and the time of catheter indwelling (Fa =9.469,Fb =13.443,Fo =12.157,Fd =26.609,Fe =33.717,Ff =30.524,Fs =100.836,Fh =89.985,P3 ＜ 0.001).These parameters were lower in group A than those in group B and group C,and the differences were statistically significant (P1 =0.030,0.002,0.012,0.003,＜ 0.001,＜ 0.001,＜ 0.001,＜ 0.001;P2 =0.030,0.004,0.035,0.001,＜ 0.001,＜ 0.001,＜ 0.001,＜ 0.001).There were no statistically significant differences between group B and group C (all P4 ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Rociverine tablets combinined with imrecoxib tablets for the prevention and treatment of bladder spasm after transurethral laser resection of prostate was effective,which was worthy of clinic application.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of different acupoint combination on prevention and treatment of stress gastric ulcer and to search for a better acupoint combination.

METHODSThe theoretical basis and experimental research on treatment of stomach diseases with the combination of he-(sea) points and front-mu points as well as back-shu points and front-mu points are analyzed in this article.

RESULTSThe combination of he-sea points and front-mu points is suitable to be applied on acute diseases, febrile diseases and diseases of fu organs. While the combination of back-shu points and front-mu points is more applicable on chronic gastric diseases.

CONCLUSIONIt is proved that the combination of he-sea point (Zusanli ST 36) and front-mu point (Zhongwan CV 12) has reliable effect on prevention and treatment of stress gastric ulcer.

An LC-MS/MS method was developed to investigate the pharmacokinetic parameters in healthy Chi-nese volunteers following single and multiple oral administration of dimemorfan phosphate. In the Single-dose study,two-period and crossover study was conducted in 12 healthy volunteers,which were administered with single-dose of 10 mg or 40 mg of dimemorfan phosphate. And another 12 volunteers were administered with 20 mg. The values of AUC0-48 h,t1/2,and cmax were (11. 81 ±14. 46),(52. 60 ±96. 01 )and (34. 70 ±29. 59)ng. h/mL,(12. 11 ±2. 54),(12. 16 ±2. 01)and (12. 77 ±1. 27)h,and (0. 9653 ±0. 8178),(3. 150 ±3. 451)and (2. 167 ±1. 650)ng/mL for 10 mg,40 mg and 20 mg oral administration. The same 12 healthy volunteers as the group of single-dose of 20mg were participated in multiple-dose study,which were administered dimemorfan phos-phate 20 mg,three-time a day until the day-8,showed AUC0-48 h,t1/2,and cmax were (115. 9 ±135. 2)ng.h/mL, (11. 22 ±1. 61)h,and (7. 418 ±7. 010)ng/mL. The accumulation parameter Rcmax and RAUC was (3. 14 ±1. 34) and (3. 38 ±1. 22),respectively. Dose proportional of cmax and AUC was not concluded ranging from 10 mg to 40 mg after confidence interval criteria method. An accumulation was occurred after multiple -dose administra-tion with the consequence. And the results demonstrated significant individual difference.

Objcetive: To investigate the effect of resveratrol (RES)combined with cisplatin (DDP)on the cholangiocarcinoma cell line FRH-0201 in vitro. Methods: FRH-0201 cells were exposed to different concentrations of RES or (and)DDP. Cell morphological changes were observed by light and fluorescence microscopy. Inhibition of cell proliferation was measured by MTT and colony-forming assay. And the flow cytometry were performed to detect the cell apoptosis rate and cell cycle. Results: Resveratrol inhibited the proliferation of FRH-0201 cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner in the concentration of 5～320 ?mol/L and the IC50 values after the exposure of 24, 48, and 72 h were 55.35, 32.84, and 28.01 ?mol/L respectively. RES and DDP had synergetic effect in the inhibition of FRH-0201 cells. Conclusion: RES can inhibit the growth of FRH-0201 cells and has the synergetic effect with DDP.

Objective To investigate the application value of 3D arterial spin labeling (ASL) perfusion imaging for patients with unilateral carotid stenosis or occlusion.Methods Cervical MRA and cerebral 3D ASL were performed on 36 consecutive patients with unilateral carotid stenosis diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).The consistency of degree of stenosis between cervical MRA and DSA was analyzed.36 patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups by degree of stenosis,which was based on the DSA result.Variance analysis of cerebral blood flow (CBF) unilateral and contralateral changes were performed on three different groups.Patients with severe stenosis,diagnosed by DSA,were divided into symptomatic group and asymptomatic group.Analysis was carried out on unilateral and contralateral change differences between symptomatic group and asymptomatic group.Results There was no statistical significance between MRA and DSA in the cervical artery stenosis degree (kappa＞ 0.75,P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in CBF unilateral and contralateral changes between mild group and moderate group (P＞0.01).There was statistical difference in CBF unilateral and contralateral changes between severe group and other two groups (P＜0.01).There was statistical difference in CBF unilateral and contralateral changes between symptomatic group and asymptomatic group (P＜0.01).Conclusion 3D ASL as a safe,non-invasive,repeatable method,are meaningful for cerebral hemodynamics evaluation in patients with unilateral carotid stenosis.
