Objective To observe the effect of tumor necrosis factorαstimulated gene-6 ( TSG-6 ) on hypertrophic scarring by using a rabbit ear model. Methods TSG-6 and PBS were injected intradermally in the right and left ear wounds, respectively. Collagen I and III expression detected by immunohistochemistry and scar elevation index ( SEI) was used to evaluate the extent of scarring. The expression of inflammatory factors interleukin-1β( IL-1β) , interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) and tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) was detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse tran-scription polymerase chain reaction. Transmission electron microscope ( TEM) and TUNEL analyses were used to detect fibroblast apoptosis. Results Compared with control scars, TSG-6-treated wounds exhibited decreased in-flammation significantly as evidenced by the lower levels of IL-1β, IL-6 , TNF-α. The apoptosis rate was higher and the SEI and the synthesis of collagens I and III were significantly decreased in the TSG-6-treated scars ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Immediate topical injection of TSG-6 during the wound healing process can reduce the severity of hy-pertrophic scarring in a rabbit model. The anti-cicatrix effect of TSG-6 may result from controlling inflammation, in-ducing fibroblast apoptosis and promoting collagen degradation.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
The needle-recording electrodes deviced by the author and the improved recording method were applied in this article. Firstly, the lumbar spinal evoked potentials (LPs) and cortial somatosensory evoked potentials (CPs)to the stimulation of tiable nerves and segmental (radcular) cutaneous nerves (superficial peroneal and sural nerves )were recorded in 50 normal volunteers. Then similiar thacings were recorded and observed in 48 patients with unilateral L_5 or S_1 root compression. We found that the LP to the segmental cutaneous nerve stimulation was abnormal in 85%, and its CP in 48%. The LP to the tiable nerve stimulation was abnormal in 33%,and its CP only in 8%.

Objective To establish a new allele specific PCR method for GPT typing: and study GPT polymorphism by FLDAS-PCR and PCR-RFLP. Method 248 unrelated individuals of Han were genotyped using FLDAS-PCR and PCR-RFLP. Results Three genotypes were identified with DP of 0.631 in Han population. Typing results by FLDAS-PCR were completely consistent with those by PCR-RFLP. The allele frequencies were GPT * 1 = 0.5423 and GPT * 2 = 0.4577. The population data fitted the Hardy-Weinberg law. Conclusion GPT-FLDAS-PCR and GPT-RFLP method is useful for forensic identification.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(4):940-944
Right-sided cardiac valvular diseases have traditionally been considered less important than disease of mitral or aortic valve. However, severe tricuspid regurgitation could lead to right ventricle dysfunction and reduce patients' survival rate. In clinic setting, tricuspid valve disease should be paid more attention for patients with secondary tricuspid regurgitation caused by left-sided valvular surgery combined with irreversible annular dilatation increasing the risk of reoperation. In this review, we summarize the epidemiology, anatomy, pathology, diagnosis, ultrasound and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging findings in patients with tricuspid regurgitation.

Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2010;27(2):1802-1805
Objective: Several generations of ultrasound contrast agents have been developed. Now the application of targeted microbubble is an important research field. Methods: Ultrasound microbubble contrast agents can be divided into two types: ordinary and special ones. First generation microbubble products are air bubbles. They lack a stabilizing shell and have large size. The second ones are stabilized by a sheU and have a smaller size ,instable gas cores consisting of air. The third ones have a stable shell and gas cores with perfiuorocarbons. Researches on new applications of targeted microbubble involve the targeted molecular imaging such as thrombus and inflammation imaging, thrombolytic therapy, drug/gene therapy and so on. Results: The stability of microbubble is increased gradually. Microbubble is injected intravenously and reaches the targeted tissue. At low ultrasound beam power imaging contrast can be improved. Low frequency ultrasound (1 MHz) can cause transient perfora-tion of cell membrane by cavitation effects and thereby improve drug/gene delivery efficiency. Conclusions: Ultrasound-target-ed microbubble has shown its advantages over other methods in the clinical diagnosis and treatment. While the bio-effects are not fully understood. And physical parameters affecting drug or gene delivery efficiency should be optimized.
