Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):284-285
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cefotaxime combined with gamma globulin on neonatal septicemia. Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 88 cases of neonatal septicemia admitted in Jiangyou No.903 hospital from April 2014 to April 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 44 cases. The control group was given symptomatic treatment and cefotaxime, while the observation group symptomatic treatment, cefotaxime and gamma globulin as well. After 7days of treatment, the overall effective rates, case fatality rates, clinical symptoms (body temperature, resistance to milk, neurological symptoms), time for improvement and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%, much higher than 72.73% of the control group (P<0.01). The observation group had much lower case fatality rate than the control group did (2.27% vs 18.19%) (P<0.05). The time the observation group took for improvement in the condition of body temperature, resistance to milk, neurological symptoms, and hospital stay was (3.25±1.07) days, (4.93±1.96) days, (5.92±1.58) days, and (6.80±1.94) days respectively, all significantly shorter than the time the control group took (P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of cefotaxime and gamma globulin is effective in the treatment of neonatal septicemia. It can significantly reduce case fatality rate and shorten the time for clinical symptoms and hospital stay.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(9):85-88
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of ischemia modified albumin(IMA), N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and dynamicelectrocardiogram(DEG) in the diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia. Methods: IMA, NT-proBNP and DEG of 114 patients with silent myocardial ischemia who were suspected coronary heart disease were detected, and then these results were compared and analyzed with the results of coronary angiography(CAG).Results: In 114 patients with suspected coronary heart disease, 68 cases(59.65%)were positive as the results of CAG. And there were 60 cases were positive as the results of IMA detection, and the specificity and sensitivity of IMA compared with CAG were 82.61% and 88.24%, respectively. There were 63 cases were positive as the results of NT-proBNP, and the specificity and sensitivity of NT-proBNP compared with CAG were 80.43% and 92.64%, respectively. There were 57 cases were positive as the results of DEG, and the specificity and sensitivity of DEG compared with CAG were 86.96% and 83.82%, respectively. While there were 66 cases were positive as the combined detection of the three methods, and specificity and sensitivity of the combined detection compared with CAG were 95.65% and 97.06%, respectively. Therefore, the specificity and sensitivity of combined detection were significantly higher than that of alone detection of IMA, NT-proBNP and DEG (F=140.637,F=255.467,P<0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive analysis for the combined detections of IMA, NT-proBNP and DEG can increase both of the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis, and it can be used as a important screening method for earlier finding silent myocardial.

China Medical Equipment 2016;13(9):86-88,89
Objective: This study aims to investigate the clinical effect of bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis (BTB). Methods:158 patients admitted into our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n=80) and control group (n=78). The control group was treated with standardized systemic chemotherapy, and the observation was treated by bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy based on the control group in order to compare the negative rate of sputum bacteria, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the turn rate of the observation group was 98.75%, significantly higher than that of the control group (89.74%) (x2=5.964, P<0.05). Clinical effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group, significantly higher than the control group (84.62%) (x2=8.119, P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the observationt group were 5.00% and they were 12.82%in the control group. There was no statistical significance between the two groups (x2=2.236, P>0.05). Conclusion:It has obvious clinical curative effect of bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy in the treatment of BTB. With simple operation, it has a higher negative rate of sputum bacteria and lower incidence of adverse reactions. It also can effectively improve the pulmonary function and protect lung tissue, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
5.Cerebral collateral circulation and ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;20(9):701-705
The establishment of cerebral collateral circulation is a secondary compensatory mechanism after cerebral ischemia. The expression of endogenous angiogenic growth factors is up regulated, angiogenesis and arteriogenesis are initiated, and the establishment of collateral circulation is accelerated after cerebral ischemia. Some drugs may promote the establishment of collateral circulation after ischemic stroke and improve the prognosis of patients.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(23):15-17
Objective To evaluate the effects ofperioperative enteral nutrition on host immunologic function in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor. Methods Eighty elderly patients with gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor were divided into two groups by random digits table with 40 cases each: experimental group was given enteral nutrition and control group was given parenteral nutrition.Peripheral blood samples were collected at the fifth and the first day before operation, and the fust and the seventh day after operation to examine the NK cell,T-lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4,CD8) and immunoglobulin (lgG, lg A, IgM ). Result There were significantly increased in NK cell [(40.1 ± 4.9)%], CD3[(69.40 ±7.10)%], CD4[(39.20 ± 5.83)%], IgA[(2.94 ±0.56) g/L] and IgM[(1.34 ±0.72) g/L] of experimental group compared with those of control group [(26.4 ± 4.9 )%, ( 61 .40 ± 8.32)%, ( 29.20 ± 5.65 )%, ( 1.72 ±0.76) g/L, (0.97 ± 0.89 ) g/L] (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of enteral nutrition in perioperative period can improve the immunologic function of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor, reduce surgical risk and postoperative complications.
7.The Relationship Detween Interleukin-6 and Drain Bamage in the Neonatal Rats
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 1998;0(03):-
Objective To test whether IL 6 has any harmful effects on developing brain in neonatal rats, and try to illustrate its probable pathogenesis. Methods The neonatal rats were injected with different doses of rhIL 6 intravenously or intraventricularly. Animals were killed at 24 or 48 hours after injection to observe the pathological changes of brain tissues. Results Among animals killed at 24 hours after the intravenous injection with 1 000 U or 5 000 U rhIL 6, perivascular edema and ischaemic changes of neurons appear in their brain. There is no difference in the pathological changes in the brain of the rats treated with different doses. 72 hours after the intravenous injection, edema is still obvious, and ischaemic cell change in neurons aggravates into homogenizing cell change. When the brains are examined at 24 hours after intraventricular injection with 1 000 U rhIL 6, the pathological changes are the same as those treated by intravenous injection. Subarachnoid hemorrhage occurs more frequently in animals examined at 24 hours after 5 000 U rhIL 6 intraventricular injection than in those with intravenous injection. Besides, there appears local demyelination in the brain examined at 72 hours after the intraventricular injection of 5 000 u rhIL 6. Conclusion IL 6 by intravenous injection and intraventricular injection has harmful effects on the brain of neonatal rats.
