Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(17):3167-3170
OBJECTIVE:To summarize clinical application of various spinal implants to explore the effect of fixator implantation in spine or limbs on MRI.METHODS:A computer-based online search of PubMed database(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed)and CNK1(www.cnki.net/index.htm)was performed to search related articles with the key words"spinal, implants,MRI"in English and Chinese.Articles related with spinal implants and MRI were selected, published in recently or in authoritative journals in the same field.Repetitive or outdated articles were excluded.Finally,24 articles were included RESULTS:During spinal reconstruction, autologous lilac bone block and fibula have been commonly used as bone graft.However.bone graft acquisition frequently causes 20%-30%donor region complication and long-term donor pain. Therefore, allogenic bone and titanium mesh have been used to replace autologous bone graft However, due to low fusion rate and disease transmission caused by allogenic bone, titanium mesh bone graft has become a focus MRI detection shows that nickel, cobalt and iron have large shadow, and titanium alloy has the smallest shadow.Spinal cord and intraspinal structures are clearly displayed on sagittal T1 and T2 weighted and axial T1-weighted images.Vertebral plate clamp has large shadow, which affects observation of structures around the vertebral plate and the intraspinal structures.Pedicle screws have large shadow, which mainly affects observations of lateral vertebral canal, vertebral artery, intervertebral foramen, spinal nerve and posterior-laterally exserted intervertebral disk.CONCLUSION:There remain no uniform standards or favorable results, which are varied in patients with difierent disease conditions, economic conditions, and in different doctors.Titanium is the best implant for MRI,and implant long axis should be accordant with main field.Titanium alloy implant in the spine should utilize fast spin echo, short echo time, and minimize TE.The diagnosis should consider the shadow in combination with clinical manifestations.
2.Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy effect on non-target areas in various renal stones
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2017;33(11):1795-1798
Objective To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on non target areas for various renal calculi. Methods Six thousand, one hundred and forty-nine cases of renal calculi patients were divided into 3 groups based on the calculi positions ,including the superior renal calices group ,the middle renal calices group and the inferior renal calices group. We compared the renal CT perfusion parameters in the non target areas of renal stones, successful rates of removing stones and complications. Results Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy had renal injures on both target areas and non target areas. When the extracorporeal energy is greater than 11 kV,the kidney damages became severe rapidly. When the E < 9,lithotripsy successful rate was signifi-cantly higher than that of E≥9;when E≥11 ,the energy wave lithotripsy complication rates were less than that of E<11 energy wave lithotripsy. Conclusions When the shock wave energy is in the range of 9~11 kV,there is not only low injuries on non target areas ,but also low successful rates of removing stones and complication rates. So the shock wave energy in a range of 9~11 kV is the best choice of energy regimen in treatment of patients with renal stones.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the rationality and validity of chemical medicine tablet production equipment cleaning pro-cedure. METHODS:Among several chemical medicines prepared by similar production technology as Metoprolol succinate sus-tained-release tablets,Captopril tablets,Isosorbide mononitrate tablet and Metformin hydrochloride tablet,Metoprolol succinate sus-tained-release tablets had strongest toxicity and were included in validation test. The production equipment was cleaned and disinfect-ed according to cleaning procedure. The point which was most difficult to clean could be wiped and sampled by using the cotton swab method. The detection limit and the limit of quantitation of the residue limits were verified as well as the recovery rate of wip-ing,in order to evaluate whether the results meet the requirements. RESULTS:The cotton swab method is adopted to wipe sample and detect the point which is most difficult to clean. The visible foreign body has not been found in each sampling point. The amount of residual drug is <29.75 μg/cotton bud,and microbial limits are <50 CFU/cotton bud, indicating test items are in line with the standard. CONCLUSIONS:The cleaning method can effectively clean the production equipment, and can effectively pre-vent product contamination and cross contamination to ensure the quality, efficacy and safety of the next batch of products.

In this paper, a feature extraction algorithm of weighted multiple multiscale entropy is proposed to solve the problem of information loss which is caused in the multiscale process of traditional multiscale entropy. Algorithm constructs the multiple data sequences from large to small on each scale. Then, considering the different contribution degrees of multiple data sequences to the entropy of the scale, the proportion of each sequence in the scale sequence is calculated by combining the correlation between the data sequences, so as to reconstruct the sample entropy of each scale. Compared with the traditional multiscale entropy the feature extraction algorithm based on weighted multiple multiscale entropy not only overcomes the problem of information loss, but also fully considers the correlation of sequences and the contribution to total entropy. It reduces the fluctuation between scales, and digs out the details of electroencephalography (EEG). Based on this algorithm, the EEG characteristics of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) children are analyzed, and the classification accuracy of the algorithm is increased by 23.0%, 10.4% and 6.4% as compared with the EEG extraction algorithm of sample entropy, traditional multiscale entropy and multiple multiscale entropy based on the delay value method, respectively. Based on this algorithm, the 19 channel EEG signals of ASD children and healthy children were analyzed. The results showed that the entropy of healthy children was slightly higher than that of the ASD children except the FP2 channel, and the numerical differences of F3, F7, F8, C3 and P3 channels were statistically significant ( <0.05). By classifying the weighted multiple multiscale entropy of each brain region, we found that the accuracy of the anterior temporal lobe (F7, F8) was the highest. It indicated that the anterior temporal lobe can be used as a sensitive brain area for assessing the brain function of ASD children.

Tumor-specific neoantigens have attracted much attention since they can be used as biomarkers to predict therapeutic effects of immune checkpoint blockade therapy and as potential targets for cancer immunotherapy. In this study, we developed a comprehensive tumor-specific neoantigen database (TSNAdb v1.0), based on pan-cancer immunogenomic analyses of somatic mutation data and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele information for 16 tumor types with 7748 tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and The Cancer Immunome Atlas (TCIA). We predicted binding affinities between mutant/wild-type peptides and HLA class I molecules by NetMHCpan v2.8/v4.0, and presented detailed information of 3,707,562/1,146,961 potential neoantigens generated by somatic mutations of all tumor samples. Moreover, we employed recurrent mutations in combination with highly frequent HLA alleles to predict potential shared neoantigens across tumor patients, which would facilitate the discovery of putative targets for neoantigen-based cancer immunotherapy.
