In recent years, cancer had become one of the main causes of death in children and adolescents, which had great adverse effects on their physiology and psychology, leading to serious physiological and psychological problems. Adventure based counseling had the effect of improving physical and mental health and quality of life, and had been widely used in the nursing of children with cancer. This paper reviewed the concept, intervention methods, applicable population and its application in the nursing of children and adolescents with cancer, in order to provide reference for the further research and application of adventure based counseling in children and adolescents with cancer in China.

Objective:To search, evaluate and integrate the best evidence of exercise rehabilitation intervention after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction, so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical doctors and nurses to intervene in exercise rehabilitation of patients. Methods:We searched PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data and other domestic and foreign databases, guide websites and professional association websites about the evidence of exercise rehabilitation intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI. The search period is from January 2010 to June 2021. The quality of the included literature was evaluated by two researchers, and the literature evidence in accordance with the quality standard was extracted. Results:A total of 20 articles were included, and 39 pieces of evidence were summarized from 11 aspects, such as the establishment of multidisciplinary team, evaluation, exercise prescription, exercise monitoring and so on.Conclusions:This study summarized the best evidence of exercise rehabilitation intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI, and provided theoretical support for clinical practice. It is suggested to combine the clinical situation and patients' wishes to promote the transformation of the best evidence to clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2022;38(10):865-871
Objective:To investigate the association between cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) and muscle strength, and the influencing factors of CRF in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods:It was a single-center cross-sectional study. Patients who were treated with regular MHD from September 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 were recruited. Baseline data of MHD patients including body circumference (upper arm circumference of non-fistula, triceps skinfold thickness, and calf circumference), exercise capacity [6-min walking test (6MWT), timed up and go test (TUGT)] and upper and lower limb muscle strength (grip strength, knee extension strength) as well as clinical and biochemical data, Charlson comorbidity index were collected or measured. Cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) was used to test peak oxygen consumption per kg body weight (peakVO 2/kg) for reflecting CRF. Pearson correlation or Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between peakVO 2/kg and clinical parameters. Multiple linear regression analysis (stepwise) was performed to analyze the influencing factors of peakVO 2/kg. Results:A total of 48 patients were enrolled in the study, of whom 34 were males (70.8%). The age was (60.31±10.44) years old. The median dialysis duration was 48(15, 84) months, and the peakVO 2/kg was (12.37±2.71) ml·kg -1·min -1, which was well below the normal value of 30-50 ml·kg -1·min -1. Furthermore, peakVO 2/kg was positively correlated with lower extremity muscle strength ( r=0.322, P=0.026) and 6MWT ( r=0.307, P=0.034), and negatively correlated with age ( r=-0.300, P=0.038). Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that lower extremity muscle strength ( β=0.241, P=0.009) and age ( β=-0.235, P=0.022) were the influencing factor of peakVO 2/kg. Conclusions:CRF of MHD patients is significantly decreased. The decrease of lower extremity muscle strength is an influencing factor of CRF reduction.

This article discusses the overview of virtual reality (VR) technology and chronic pain kinesiophobia, elucidating the principles by which VR technology reduces chronic pain kinesiophobia and its effectiveness in the treatment and rehabilitation training of patients with this condition. The advantages and limitations of VR technology are summarized, aiming to provide references for clinical practitioners to better apply VR technology in the treatment and rehabilitation management of chronic pain kinesiophobia. The goal is to improve patients' fear of movement, fear-avoidance beliefs, pain related to movement injuries, physical function, motivation for training, and patient satisfaction.

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of spiritual care needs among elderly stroke inpatients, in order to provide reference for formulating targeted interventions. Methods:A total of 417 elderly stroke inpatients were selected in five Third-A hospitals from August 2021 to January 2022 by convenient sampling. The questionnaire was conducted using the General Data questionnaire, the Nurse Spiritual Therapeutics Scale (NSTS), the Stigma Scale for Chronic Illness (SSCI) and the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of spiritual care needs of elderly stroke inpatients. Results:The total score of NSTS among 417 elderly stroke inpatients was 31.98 ± 4.39. The dimension of highest and lowest average score were "create good atmosphere" (3.23 ± 0.58) and "help religion" (2.01 ± 0.62), respectively; the results of regression analysis showed that religious belief, education background, course, stigma, and social support were the main factors influencing spiritual care needs among elderly stroke inpatients ( t values were -6.54-7.11, P<0.05). Conclusions:The spiritual care needs among elderly stroke inpatients were moderate. It is suggested that nurses should strengthen their own spiritual care knowledge and ability, and take targeted spiritual care measures according to the individual characteristics and differences of patients, reduce their stigma, improve the social support, to meet their spiritual care needs to the greatest extent.

Objective:To establish core items of nutrition literacy for general population in China. Methods:The framework system and preliminary items of nutrition literacy were established through literature review and experts′ consultation. Content validity test was used to determine the nutrition literacy item. Thirteen experts in the field of human nutrition, health education and nutrition and diseases were invited to score the importance of each nutrition literacy item via Email. The judgment basis and familiarity of experts towards the items, active coefficient, and content validity were analyzed to generate the final list of nutrition literacy items.Results:92.3% of questionnaires in two rounds were collected. The active coefficient of experts was satisfied and the authority coefficient was 0.96.In the content validity evaluation, the correlation I-CVI value of each item was above 0.83 and the κvalue was above 0.74. The evaluation result was excellent. After the second round of expert consultation, all selected items met the inclusion criteria. We identified the final list of nutrition literacy items consisting of three scales (knowledge and concepts, lifestyles and dietary behaviors, and basic skills), ten subscales (basic nutrition philosophy, food classification and nutrition knowledge, healthy weight, eating behavior and culture, balanced diet, exercise health, food assessment, nutrition information acquisition and decision, nutrition safety, and weight management)with 25 items in total. Conclusions:The framework system and core items of nutrition literacy are established for Chinese people based on the content validity evaluation. The experts involved in the consultation process present a performance with good representativeness, enthusiasm and authority, and the content validity evaluation result is satisfied.
