1.Relation of mobile phone addiction to perceived social support and subjective well-being in college students
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(11):868-873
Objective:To explore the relation of mobile phone addiction to perceived social support and sub-jective well-being in college students. Methods:Totally 4000 college students were selected from 2 colleges, and they were assessed with the Mobile Phone Addiction Inventory (MPAI),Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and subjective well-being scale (SWB). Results:The college students of mobile phone addiction were 1420 cases, accounting for 37. 9%. Except the dimension of negative emotion, the PSSS total scores and its factor scores, the SWB total scores and its factor scores were lower in the Mobile Phone Addiction (MPA)group than in the non-MPA group (Ps<0. 00 1 ). Regression analysis indicated significant negatively predictability of MPAI to subjective well-being and PSSS had significant positively predictability to SWB. The test of mediating effect found that PSSS and its 3 dimensions played a partly mediating role between MPAI and SWB,and the mediation effect account for the total effect 24. 89%,16. 1 1%,17. 33%,17. 78% respectively. Conclusion:There may be a close relation of mobile phone addiction to perceived social support and subjective well-being. Mobile phone addiction could directly affect subjective well-being and indirectly affect subjective well-being through perceived social support.
2.Application of Four-dimensional Ultrasound with HD Flow in Evaluation on Fetal Pulmonary Vein
Journal of Sun Yat-sen University(Medical Sciences) 2017;38(1):128-132
Objective]To investigate the application value of four-dimensional ultrasound with high definition flow(HD flow) in the observation of fetal pulmonary vein.[Methods]From June 2015 to June 2016,130 fetuses in our hospital underwent prenatal fetal echocardiography were included in this study. Color Doppler and high definition flow imaging were used to observe and count the number of pulmonary veins in the fetal four chamber view. In the condition of opening HD flow ,the 3D volume data was collected from the heart of the fetal four chamber view, and the 3D images of the fetal pulmonary vein were obtained by using the post processing software. Comparisons were made between the three methods for visualization numbers of the normal fetal pulmonary veins. For 5 cases of abnormal pulmonary venous drainage,STIC combined with HD flow technique was used to carry out three-dimensional reconstruction of pulmonary veins,to observe the abnormal drainage.[Results]The display rate of HD flow on fetal pulmonary veins was higher than that of color Doppler. For the 17~32 weeks fetal,four-dimensional ultrasound combined with HD flow could better observe the spatial location of pulmonary veins.[Conclusions]STIC combined with HD flow technology can display fetal pulmonary veins better in the second and early-third trimester of pregnancy ,and three-dimensional reconstruction of the image is more intuitive ,helpful to understand the spatial relationship.

4.A comparative study on the effect of radial head replacement and radial head resection
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(18):2762-2763
Objective To compare the clinical outcomes between radial head replacement and radial head resection for patients with radial head fractures. Methods 26 radial head fracture patients with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ according to Mason classification were treated.14 cases were treated with radial head replacement,12 cases were treated with radial head resection. Results All the 26 patients were followed up for 16.5 months in average, the excellent and good rate was 71.4% of the radial head replacement group, while the excellent and good rate was 50.0% of the radial head resection group in elbow joint score. The difference was statistically signifcant between the two groups ( x2 =4.98,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Radial head replacement could achieve better stability of elbow joint than radial head resection.
5.Study of impact of operation time interval after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for locally progressed rectal patients’ outcome
China Oncology 2015;(8):635-640
Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) is used to downstage locally advanced rectal cancer before surgery, in order to increase the chance of radical resection, reduce local recurrence, and improve overall survival. Accumulating data suggest that tumor response to nCRT is time dependent. A delay between nCRT and surgery may increase the proportion of patients that achieve a favorable response, and 4-6 weeks are considered to be a universal interval. However, delayed surgery beyond 6-8 weeks may increase the technical dififculty, and the risks of surgical complications and recurrence or metastasis. This article brielfy reviews the relevant literature to evaluate the efifciency and safety of delayed surgery.

Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1997;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the relationship of the intensity of Schistosoma japonicum infection with the variation in individual egg counts. Methods Stool specimens were collected from residents in a village in Jiangxi Province and examined with Kato-Katz thick smear method for seven consecutive days. Two smears were prepared and microscopically examined for each specimen. 570 individuals completed the investigation. Coefficient of variation (CV) was used to assess the intra-individual variation of the egg counts, in relation to the demographic characteristics including age, sex, occupation, and the intensity of infection. Results The proportion of individuals with at least one positive finding increased from 33.0% in a single measurement to 56.5% by seven measurements (P0.05). Conclusion The prevalence and intensity of S. japonicum infection by single Kato-Katz test was obviously lower than the real figures. The intensity of infection may be an essential factor that affects the intra-individual variation of egg counts.

10.Correlation between Ambulatory Arterial Stiffness Index and Renal Abnormalities in Primary Hypertension
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(5):479-480
Objective To investigate the relationship between ambulatory arterial stiffness index (AASI) derived from blood pressure monitoring and early signs of renal damage in patients with primary hypertension. Methods 74 primary hypertensive outpatients were divided into two groups according to their AASI values: normal AASI group (AASI≤0.51, n=40) and high AASI group (AASI>0.51, n=32). The urinary micro-albumin, glomerular filtration rates (GFR) were measured and compared. The relationship between AASI and micro-albumin, GFR were tested with Pearson correlation and multiple Logistic regression. Results Compared with those in the normal AASI group, the patients in high AASI group showed a higher level of urinary microalbumin (P<0.05) and a reduction in GFR (P<0.01). AASI was positively correlated with urinary microalbumin (r=0.32, P<0.001), and negatively correlated with GFR (r=0.44, P<0.001). After adjusting the potentially confounding variables, the odd ratio (OR) of AASI to renal damage was 2.18 (P=0.008,95%CI:1.76~4.34). Conclusion The increase of AASI is associated with early signs of renal damage in patients with primary hypertension.
