1.Preparation of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-Release Tablet and Its Content Determination
Herald of Medicine 2016;35(8):870-874
Objective To establish a method of preparing metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet and its content determination. Methods The formulation was optimized through the orthogonal design test by using release rate of the drug as an indicator. The different batches of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets were determined by HPLC. Results The tablets could release drug steadily and slowly as designed, which was similar to imported tablets. The linear range of metoprolol succinate was 10-70 μg?mL-1( r=0.999 8) . Conclusion The releasing rate of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet prepared in optimum condition can meet the requirement. This preparation technology is simple, the assay method is rapid, sensitive and reproducible.

2 cm). All patients received combination chemotherapy of abdomen and vein with CAP regime and TP regime after sections. Results:Total five year survival rates were 11% in epithelial ovarian carcinoma in stage Ⅲ. The 1-.3-.5-year survival rates of the cases which had less than 4 cycles of chemotherapy were lower than those ≥6 cycles, and the recurrent rates were higher than those ≥6 cycles. The 1-.3-.5-year survival rates of TP regime were higher than those of CAP regime, and the recurrent rates were lower than those CAP regime. Conclusions:There are many relationships between prognosis and residual tumor, nucmber of chemotherapy cycles or regime after resection, which influence results of recurrent ovarian cancer after repeated tumorectomy.

Objective To investigated the prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome (MS) and the relationship of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with MS in Hangzhou of Zhejiang province. Methods A total of 3500 subjects who were negative for hepatitis B surface antigen marker were selected to take physical examinations. Body height, body weight, blood pressure, alanine aminotransferase, fasting blood glucose,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyeerides were recorded. B-ultrasonography of the liver and gallbladder was undertaken. Results The prevalence of MS in the NAFLD or normal control group was 25.49% and 8. 61%, respectively ( P < 0. 05 ). In multivariate logistic regression analyses, MS patients were 3. 927 times more likely to be NAFLD-related. Increased body mass index (BMI) and triglyceride were significantly associated with NAFLD among MS patients. Conclusion BMI and triglyceride level may be the main risk factors of NAFLD-related MS.

In this paper, the common errors in medical devices test reports are classified and analyzed. And then the main 11 influence factors for these inspection report errors are summarized. The hierarchy model was also developed and verified by presentation data using MATLAB. The feasibility of comprehensive weights quantitative comparison has been analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process. In the end, this paper porspects the further research direction.

Objective To know the relationship between the uterine fibroid symptom severity and the quality of life andthe correlation among all the subscales of the quality of life base through analysis of the questionnaires of the uterine fibroids health-related quality of life. Methods Retrospectively analyze the UFS-QOL subscales and SF-36 subscales of the 302 women with uterine fibroids who underwent ultrasound ablation in the high intensity focused ultrasound center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2013.Results The Cronbach'sa of the UFS-QOL symptom severity subscale and the HRQL subscales were 0.794 and 0.953,reflecting adequate internal consistency.Except the sexual function field, the symptomatic group reported significantly greater symptom severity and worse health-related quality of life(HRQL) than the asymptomatic group(P< 0.05).Spearman's correlations between the symptom severity subscale and each HRQL subscales were moderately in the asymptomatic group, there was a linear positive correlation between the UFS-QOL subscales of activities,energy/mood and control(P< 0.05).In the symptomatic group, there was a linear negative correlation between the symptom severity subscale and the UFS-QOL subscales of concern,activities,energy/mood(P<0.05),and there was a linear positive correlation between the UFS-QOL subscale of activities and the UFS-QOL subscales of concern,energy/mood.Conclusion Uterine fibroids related symptoms have an impact on the quality of life in women with uterine fibroids, and the assessments among the subscales of the quality of life influence each other.

Objective To investigate the effects of medium-and long-chain fatty acid triacylglycerols on lipid metabolism in different age's male subjects with hypertriglyceridemia. Methods A randomized double-blind and controlled clinical trial was carried out among 74 male cases with hypertriacylglycerolemia. They were divided into two groups, one group was randomized to taking long-chain fatty acid triacylglycerol oil(LCT),and the other one to medium-and long-chain fatty acid triacylglycerol oil(MLCT).All cases in two groups asked to consume 20~30 g oil daily.Anthrepometric measurements and blood biochemical variables were measured at the initial and final time of the study. Results There were 34 and 33 cases left in LCT and MLCT group, respectively.A greater extent of decrease in the levels of blood TG,TC,apoB,apoA Ⅰ,apoAⅡ,apoC Ⅱ,apoC Ⅲ,apoE and LDL-C in male subjects aged less than 60 years was found in MLCT group than in LCT group after 8 weeks study(P

Purpose: Observe the varities of lymphocyte subgroup of patients suffering from primary hepatic carcinoma ( PHC) during the treatment by hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and Hyperthemia Peritoneal Perfusion (THPP). Methods: Twenty seven patients were treated with TACE and THPP a week after TACE. We tested for lymphocyte subgroup three times with the flow cytometry (FCM) for pre-TACE, post-TACE and THPP a month later. The control group, twenty seven patients, were also tested for lymphocyte subgroup three times with the TACE. Results: The lymphocyte subgroup among the patients suffering from PHC were disordered. CD4+,CD4+/CD8+.CD19+NK+ were decreased, (P

2 cm) who were treated with endoscopic polypectomy in 2 different means, respectively. Methods The clinic data of 68 children with giant colonic polyps were review analyzed.Thirty-five cases were received endoscopic clips ligation and the other 33 cases were received endoscopic snare resection. Results All the 35 cases out of endoscopic clip ligtion group were sucessfully cured. There were only 3 cases showedl a little bleeding in this group. In the endoscopic snare resection group, there were 10 cases showed bleeding,8 cases showed polypectomy syndrome,1 case transferred into(operation). Conclusions The complication incidence in endoscopic clips ligation group is lower than that in endoscopic snare resection group. The endoscopic clipping brings about an effective and safe way to treat giant colonic polyps in children.
