Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(19):1502-1504
Objective To explore the effects ofDoctor-nurse Integratingmode on the operation room nursing quality improvement. Methods From July 2014 to Dec. 2014,11 423 operations in our hospital were chosen as control group, while 10 897 operations from Jan. 2015 to June 2015 as intervention group. An administrating group of Doctor-nurse Integrating mode was formed, with both doctors and nurses acting as quality controllers. A144 Regular Meetings System was also formed. The author retrospected and analyzed 11 423 negative accidents which occurred during operation. Management details and responsibilities were specified, and training was enhanced. All these were monitored, controlled, implemented and improved by operation doctors, anaesthesia doctors and operation room nurses. Results The rate of negative accidents dropped from 1.226%(140/11 423) to 0.340%(37/10 897) since the implementation of Doctor-nurse Integrating mode of operation quality control. Conclusions Doctor-nurse Integrating mode of operation quality control has positive effects on the improvement of operation nursing quality.
2.Evaluation methods of anterior chamber and angle structures after laser peripheral iridotomy
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(2):174-178
Laser peripheral iridotomy ( LPI) is one of the main therapy for glaucoma due to its reliable efficacy of widening peripheral angle and therefore decreasing intraocular pressure by partially relieving pupillary block. The parameters of the anterior chamber angle following the LPI are the main evaluation indexes. At present, the detecting and diagnosis technique for the anterior chamber angle is deeply advancing, including gonioscopy, ultrasound biomicroscopy, anterior segment optical coherence tomography and Pentacam. These methods offer some useful parameters and also present with some limits in the application respectively in the evaluation of anterior chamber and angle structure. This review focuses on the application of Methods mentioned above and morphologic changes of anterior chamber and angle structure following the LPI.

bone fracture, mild col apse of the articular surface;femoral head deformation, bone fracture, articular surface col apse, hip degeneration. MRI of four categories of avascular necroses appeared as phase Ⅰ:line-like low signal of weight-bearing area of femoral head on T1WI, high signal on T2WI as the main change. Phase Ⅱ:clear boundary crescent-shaped uneven signal on T1WI, T2WI displayed moderately higher, uneven slightly lower signal around, showing a typical two-line sign. Phase Ⅲ:femoral head deformation, subchondral fracture, col apse, crescent formation, zonal low signal on T1WI, medium or high signal on T2WI. Phase Ⅳ, Ⅴ:complete destruction of articular cartilage, joint space narrowing, significant col apse and deformation of the femoral head, non-specific secondary osteoarthritis of the acetabulum, such as sclerosis, cystic degeneration and marginal osteophyte. The X-ray, CT, MRI performances of four types of avascular necroses at the same period were basical y the same.

BACKGROUND: Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system existed in bone tissue. Recent studies on antihypertensive drugs found that angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor type antihypertensive drug was possibly effective for osteoporosis. Perindopril is one of the commonly used antihypertensive drugs. Whether perindopril affected bone metabolism or could be used in anti-osteoporosis has not been reported.
OBJECTIVE: To observe effects of perindopril on bone metabolism in a rat model of osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.
METHODS: Fifty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups, with ten in each group. In the model group and each perindopril groups, rats were intragastricaly administered retinoic acid solution 80 mg/kg per day. After successful model establishment, rats in different perindopril groups were intragastrical y administered perindopril 2, 4 and 8 mg/kg per day, once a day, for 42 consecutive days. In the normal control and model groups, rats were given an equal volume of distil ed water. Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, bone mass and bone mineral density were detected in each group. Expression of bone specific alkaline phosphatase and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase mRNA in bone tissue was determined.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the model group, after treatment with perindopril, serum calcium and phosphorus levels were increased, alkaline phosphatase activities were significantly decreased, bone mass and bone mineral density were obviously increased in rats with retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis. Expression of bone specific alkaline phosphatase mRNA was higher in the perindopril 8 mg/kg group than in the perindopril 2 and 4 mg/kg groups and model group. Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase mRNA expression was higher in the perindopril 8 mg/kg group than in the model group. These results indicated that perindopril could improve partial bone metabolic biochemical markers in osteoporosis rats, promoted bone formation by up-regulating bone specific alkaline phosphatase mRNA expression, and had a certain preventive effect on retinoic acid-induced osteoporosis.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):1125-1130
In view of the problems of more artificial interventions and segmentation defects in existing two-dimensional segmentation methods and abnormal liver segmentation errors in three-dimensional segmentation methods, this paper presents a semi-automatic liver organ segmentation method based on the image sequence context. The method takes advantage of the existing similarity between the image sequence contexts of the prior knowledge of liver organs, and combines region growing and level set method to carry out semi-automatic segmentation of livers, along with the aid of a small amount of manual intervention to deal with liver mutation situations. The experiment results showed that the liver segmentation algorithm presented in this paper had a high precision, and a good segmentation effect on livers which have greater variability, and can meet clinical application demands quite well.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To study the respiratory function tests reference values of healthy children in China with impulse oscillometry(IOS).Methods The respiratory function tests reference values of 102 children were measured by using masterscreen IOS and analysed it.Results Impedance and airway resistance reference values decreased as age and body height increased step by step,at the same time capacitance decreased. The difference was significant while the predicted values compared to the measured data. Conclusion We shall use respiratory function tests reference values which are established by us,and the difference is significant compared with the foreign predicted(values.)

Joint contracture is currently one of the very common diseases in rehabilitation medicine department.Once it occurs,it likely leads to such functional disturbances in the patients as restricted joint activities, decreased muscle strength around a joint and abnormal gait, seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients.Studies on its pathogenesis can help doctors better understand and treat the disease. In this paper, pathogenesis of the disease and progress in its therapy are summarized.
