Objective To observe the effects of anti lipopolysaccharide (LPS) immunoglobulin Y (IgY) on LPS in vitro . Methods The direct in vitro neutralization of different concentrations of IgY and LPS was conducted for the detection of the remained amount of LPS to observe the dose effect relationship. The primary cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were cultured for 48-72 h after addition of certain concentrations of fluorescein isothiocyanate LPS (FITC LPS) and IgY. Changes of the fluorescent intensity in HUVECs were observed at different time points. After addition of certain concentrations of LPS and IgY for incubation with HUVECs for 4, 8, and 12 h, the changes of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity were measured. Results The dose effect relationship was satisfactory when the ratio was 16︰1. At 4, 8, and 12 h, fluorescent intensity was somewhat strong in FITC LPS group, but weak in IgY group, especially at 8 and 12 h. At present, due to the opening and circulation of salt market, potassium iodate iodized salt, potassium iodide iodized salt, seaweed iodized salt and non-iodized salt may exist simultaneously in the edible salt market of a region, which brings new problems to the work of testing iodine content of edible salt in the laboratory. In order to carry out salt iodine detection for prevention and monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders, this paper introduces some methods which established by the author for a rapid qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative detection of iodized salt of different forms of iodine and non-iodized salt. And further application and discussion of the methods are described for reference of iodized salt monitoring.

Objective To explore the conversion rate of iodate ions (IO3-) being reduced to iodide ions (I-) by ascorbic acid (C6HsO6,VC) in simulated human gastric juice,and to provide references for further safety evaluation of edible salt iodized with potassium iodate.Methods An ion chromatography method was developed to detect iodide ions in simulated gastric juice.The conversion rate of iodate ions being reduced to iodide ions was used as the index for scavenging rate of iodate ions.In simulated gastric juice in vitro and in 37 C water bath,the scavenging effects of VC on iodate ions were determined in simulated gastric juice with different VC concentrations and simulated gastric juice acidities,as well as for different reaction time.Ion chromatography column:Dionex IonPac AS19 (250 mm × 4.0 mm);eluent:KOH 30 mmol/L (online produced),isocratic eluting,flow rate 1.0 ml/min,injection volume 100 μl,and detected by a conductivity detector.Results Performance of the method:within the range of 0-5 000 μg/L,iodide ions concentration and the chromatographic peak area had a good linearity (correlation coefficient r =0.999 7),and the detection limit of iodide ions was 20 μg/L.For quantification of iodide ions in simulated gastric juice,the relative standard deviation (RSD) of repeated measure for 6 times was ＜ 2.0％,the standard addition recovery rate was 97.6％-102.4％,and the overall average recovery rate was 99.4％.In the simulated gastric juice with a pH of 1.4 containing 5 mg/L and ≥ 10 mg/L VC,the reaction time to achieve 100％ conversion rate of iodate ions being reduced to iodide ions was 5 min and 2 min,respectively.In the simulated gastric juice with a pH of 3 containing 10 mg/L ascorbic acid,the reaction time to achieve 100％ conversion rate was 15 min.VC quantitatively reduced iodate ions to iodide ions by the stoichiometric relationship between reactants of the reduction reaction equation,and every 100 μg VC quantitatively reduced 24.0μg of iodine in iodate to iodide ions.Conclusions In simulated gastric juice,the reaction of iodate ions being reduced to iodide ions by VC is a stoichiometric reaction with relatively fast reaction rate,the scavenging rate of iodate ions by VC within the concentration level in human gastric juice can reach 100％.The results prompt that the iodate ions from edible salt iodized with potassium iodate in daily diet are reduced to iodide ions mainly in the human stomach.

Objective To explore the hemodynamics changes of patent foramen ovale (PFO) ofnewborn and early infant.Methods Two groups of cases were analyzed in the study.One group was 60 cases of left-to-right(L-R)shunt in fossa ovalis(FO),the other group was 31 cases of PFO that were foundduring corrective heart surgery but no shunts in FO detected by echocardiography.ACUSON 128 was used.The main indexes were mobility of FO valve,phase,direction,velocity of shunt in FO,jet width.Results ①Valve of FO moved from left to right and right to left with the change of cardiac-period;②44 cages appeared that the jet with<5 mm,Doppler spectrum was two-peaks, positive continuity,peak flow velocity <0.5 m/s;③1 6 cases appeared that the jet width>6 mm,postive wide spectrum,continued from latesystole to diastole,peak flow velocity>0.6 cm/s;④Inside diameter in surgery group was 2～6 mm,meanvalue was 3.4 mm.Conelusions FO valves appears two-directional shunt,the PFO of newborn and early infant mostly appears left-to-right shunt.Atrial septal defect could be diagnosed when the jet width>6 mmand peak flow velocity>0.6 m/s.

Objective To probe into the proper ratio of doctors and nurses and appropriate nursing programs in community health service. Methods A number of methods were used, including task analysis, use of old handsexperience, sociological survey, and literature review. Results Medical consultation took 1 105 minutes, taking blood pressure took 141.5 minutes, transfusion took 493.5 minutes, intramuscular injection took 44.5 minutes, and drawing blood took 77.5 minutes. According to the above results, the ratio of doctors and nurses was respectively 3.18∶1, 0.94∶1, and 2.02∶1. Also, by analyzing in a comparative way the nursing programs already developed both at home and abroad and taking into consideration the reality, suggestions were put forward as to the kind of nursing program communities ought to start. Conclusion The findings are of referential value to administrative departments of health and medical institutions.

[Objective] This paper discusses the perioperative nursing of rectal cancer patients treated with laparoscopy. [Methods] A total of 35 rectal cancer patients with laparoscopic treatment were included in the sample. Patients were provided with preparative psychological care, and were guided in postoperative nursing including diet, position, stoma, activities and other relevant conditions. Also likely complications were under careful observation and care.[Results] Al 35 surgeries were smoothly performed with no nursing-related complication. Fol ow-up data reported satisfying postoperative recovery and a good quality of life. [Conclusion] For rectal cancer patients who receive laparoscopic treatment, safe and effective perioperative nursing contributes directly to better postoperative recovery.

BACKGROUND:How to effectively improve the airway management and improve oxygen supply at the same time through a simple and effective method becomes an operation key for physicians in fiberoptic bronchoscopy. OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effect of self-made simple masks in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy. METHODS:A total of 60 patients receiving painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy, 32 males and 28 females, with a mean age of (57.8±10.9) years were randomized into two groups: test group with self-made simple mask during painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy and control group with laryngeal mask. In the course of examination, the changes of oxygen saturation, mean arterial pressure and heart rate were observed at different time points. And adverse events of both groups were also recorded. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Patients from both groups successfuly completed fibre bronchoscopy. The oxygen saturation, mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the two groups were not significantly different (P > 0.05). However, the test group (one case of bucking) was superior to the control group (seven cases of sore throat) in terms of adverse events (P < 0.05). The simple mask can improve the oxygen supply and reduce the adverse events.

Objective To study the psychological stress level of medical nurses when the hospitalized cancer patients died and to investigate the related factors.Methods Toally 72 medical nurses on duty who encountered cancer patient's death between May 2013 to November 2015 were enrolled in the study.SCL-90 was used to investigate the mental stress levels in the medical nurses on days 3 and 7 after the patient's death,which were compared with the norm.The correlations between psychological stress level and related factors were studied.Results The score by SCL-90 on day 3 was significantly higher than that on day 7 (147.15±29.09 vs.133.62±20.37,t=6.64,P=0.00).Compared to the norm,the scores on 9 dimensions of SCL-90 were significantly different 3 days after the patient's death;dimensions of SCL-90 were significantly different 7 days after parternt's death (P＜0.05).Professional working was factor for medical nurse's acute stress disorder.Conclusion Cancer patients' deaths render huge impact on medical nurses,with acute stress disorder most manifest.In order to improve the the psychological quality of nurses,especially the young and inexperienced ones,we have to enhance the death education,helping them to seek for social support.
