Objective Toinvestigatetheeffectofwhetherposteriorcommunicatingartery(PCoA) patent or not on hemodynamics of extracranial internal carotid artery (EICA)in patients with moyamoya disease.Methods Atotalof103consecutivepatientswithmoyamoyadisease(unilaterallesion) detected by transcranial color Doppler ultrasonography (TCD)and Color Doppler flow imagining (CDFI), and confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA)from August 2008 to April 2014 were enrolled. According to the patency of PCoA showed by DSA,the patients were divided into either a PCoA non-patent group (n=83)and a PCoA patent group (n=20). Eighty healthy subjects screened by TCD and CDFI in the same period were used as a control group. CDFI and TCD were used to detect the peak systolic velocity (PSV),end diastolic velocity (EDV),vascular resistance index (RI)and/or pulsatility index (PI)of EICA,and posterior cerebral artery (PCA)in subjects of both groups. Results (1 )There were significant differences in PSV,EDV and RI among the three groups (F=5. 76,12. 24,and 8. 10,respectively;all P<0. 05). The PSV of vascular EICA (42 ± 15 cm/s)and EDV (14 ± 7 cm/s)on the lesion sites in patients of the PCoA non-patent group were all lower than those in the control group (92 ± 24 and 38 ± 11 cm/s). The differences were statistically significant (all P<0. 05). The PSV of vascular EICA on the lesion sites in patients of the PCoA patent group was lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05),but EDV was higher than the control group (P<0. 05). (2)Compared with the control group,the RI value was increased in the PCoA non-patent group (P<0. 01)and that was decreased in the PCoA patent group (P<0. 01). (3)PSV and EDV of PCA in the moyamoya disease group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),andthePIvaluewaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Conclusion Whether PCoA patent or not in patients with moyamoya disease have different influences on hemodynamic parameters of EICA. PSV and EDV of the patients with PCoA non-patent are lower than those of the healthy subjects and their RI values are increased. EICA of the patent group is lower than PSV and RI of the control group, and their EDV is increased.

Objective To investigate the clinical value and characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal ductus arteriosus narrow.Methods 22 pregnant women were screened by ultrasound in the hospital (the disease group),In the same period,50 cases of fetus in pregnant women were selected as control group,The arterial catheter inside diameter,systolic and diastolic velocity flow were compared,and different facets of the ductus arteriosus in ultrasonography were observed.Results The ductus arteriosus diameter of disease group gestational age (28-36 weeks) and gestational age (＞ 36 weeks) were (2.25 ± 0.68) mm and (4.29 ± 0.14) mm,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(t =3.01,2.98,all P ＜ 0.05).The systolic flow rate of disease group gestational age (28-36 weeks) was (0.39 ± 0.20) m/s,which was significantly higher than (0.32 ± 0.31) m/s in the control group (t =2.96,P ＜ 0.05).The systolic and diastolic flow velocity of disease group gestational age (＞ 36 weeks) were (0.42 ± 0.17) m/s,and (0.24 ± 0.08) m/s,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (t =2.91,3.04,all P ＜ 0.05).The color Doppler ultrasound of fetal ductus arteriosus narrow showed arterial catheter lumen thinner,blood flow velocity was significantly faster,including five cases of arterial stenosis showed right atrium,right ventricle; 3 cases showed the right atrium and right ventricle increased,with severe tricuspid regurgitation.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can identify fetal ductus arteriosus braid and can objectively and comprehensively assess it.It has important diagnostic value for fetal ductus arteriosus stenosis.

Objective To study the clinical value of vascular ultrasound examination in detection of carotid artery disease. Methods 53 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease who served as experimental group,tested 387 vessels; and used the same period 55 cases of healthy persons as control group, tested 394 blood vessels. Comparison of two blood flow parameters between groups with differences in plaque detection. Results The results of vascular ultrasound examination could detect the visual display and quantitative carotid artery lesions in the experimental group a significant thickening of carotid artery IMT,carotid artery plaque prevalence was significantly higher than control group (P ＜0.01). Conclusion Vascular ultrasound examination was an effective screening method to detect ischemic cerebrovascular disease.

BACKGROUND:MATLAB has capabilities of large numerical calculation, mathematical drawing and simple finite element analysis. It can establish models rapidly and can be able to identify the grayscale with BMP and JPG
format, and it can directly transform the identified data into ANSYS finite element software-readable format, thus avoiding personal error produced by the repositioning and secondary treatment in the Autocad software.
OBJECTIVE:To find a simple, convenient and accurate method to construct the model of lumber fusion and to analyze the biomechanics of lumbar motion segment after lumbar fusion.
METHODS:Lamel ar CT and Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) scientific computing software combining Ansys finite
element software was used to construct the models of lumber fusion. Then the models were loaded to analyze the biomechanical change of the fusion model.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The established models were loaded with axial, bending and stretching loads, and the biomechanical analysis showed that interbody fusion had the best stability among al the fusion models. Combined with joint fusion, the axial displacements of interbody, rear side and rear fusion models were
decreased by 5%, 1%and 4%than that of simple interbody fusion, posterolateral fusion and posterior fusion models. Under the stretch-buckling load conditions, the rotation angles were reduced by 23%, 11%and 45%. Stress concentration to the fusion parts showed fusion block could increase the load displacement. The
technology of lamel ar CT, Matlab software and Ansys finite element software can accelerate the construction of lumber fusion model and make the model more accurate. Facet joint fusion combined with interbody fusion,
posterolateral fusion and posterior fusion can get better lumbar stability, and this increased stability is more significant in the rear fusion. Stress distribution of posterior fusion is more reasonable.

Objective To study the expression of macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α),inter-feron gamma inducible protein 10(IP -10)and angiopoietin -1 (Ang -1)in primary acute myelogenous leukemia (AML),and clarify their clinical significance.Methods ELISA was used to detect the expressions of MIP -1α,IP-10 and Ang -1 in serum samples from 54 AML patients(observation group),and twenty volunteers(normal control group).Results The expression levels of MIP -1α,IP -10 and Ang -1 in the observation group[(198.813 ± 53.923)pg/mL,(2.332 ±0.745)ng/mL,(1.593 ±0.447)ng/mL]were significantly higher than the normal control group[(153.309 ±44.475)pg/mL,(1.569 ±0.485)ng/mL,(0.838 ±0.333)ng/mL](t =3.369,5.133,6.856, all P <0.05).Subgroup analysis,during the groups of better -risk,intermediate -risk and poor -risk,the contents of MIP -1αwere (141.524 ±27.510)pg/mL,(196.370 ±31.966)pg/mL,(269.892 ±54.795)pg/mL;the contents of IP -10 were (2.085 ±0.332)ng/mL,(2.307 ±0.696)ng/mL,(2.685 ±0.348)ng/mL;the contents of Ang -1 were (1.248 ±0.454)ng/mL,(1.599 ±0.386)ng/mL,(1.951 ±0.359)ng/mL.The levels of MIP -1αand Ang -1 in the better -risk group were significantly lower than those in the intermediate -risk group and poor -risk group (q =6.100,11.438,3.603,5.742,all P <0.05).While the levels of IP -10 had no closely correlation with NCCN risk status(q =1.225,2.643,2.016,all P >0.05).There were remarkable correlation between the serum expression levels of MIP -1αand Ang -1 (r =0.324,P <0.05).Conclusion There are differences of serum MIP -1α, IP -10 and Ang -1 in the different NCCN prognosis groups,which reflect they may have certain guiding significance in the choice of clinical treatment and the prognosis for newly diagnosed AML.

Objective: To investigate changes in species and amounts of intestinal flora after reconstruction of upper digestive tract, and the relationship with the infective complications.Methods: 52 patients with advanced malignancy being performed reconstruction of upper gastrointestinal tract was prospectively observed .The species of bacteria and counts of the colony forming units(CFU) were measured from juice taking from the upper jejunum through nasointestinal tube during operation, the second day and the fifth day after operation. Meanwhile, the plasma endotoxin concentration was determined with the modified chromogenic limulus assay.Results: There weren't significant changes of intestinal flora in species and amounts between groups (P＞0.05.) No any signs of bacterial translocation were seen. There was no significant difference for the level of plasma endotoxin between groups.Conclusion: There is no disorder of intestinal flora and bacterial translocation during the perioperative period after upper digestive tract reconstruction successfully.

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of inactive schistosome ova on trinitrobenzesulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced colitis in mice and its mechanism.Methods Murine colitis was induced by administration of 3 mg of TNBS.Sixty mice were divided into control group(n=20),treatment group(n=20)and model group(n=20).Ten thousand frozen inactive schistosome ova were intraperitoneal injected at 14th and third day before TNBS induction in treatment group.The mice in model group were intraperitoneaUy injected with saline. All survival mice were killed at 7th day and mortality rate was calculated and morphological and pathological changes were eveluated.Expression of interleukin-10 and interferon-γ at colon tissue and serum were measured by real-time PCR and ELISA,respectively.Results The mortality rate in treatment group was lower than that in model group(20%vs 50%,P＜0.05)and the colonic inflammation alleviated(Ameho-criteria score:1.58±0.5 vs 4.18±0.8,P＜0.05)compared with the model group.Meanwhile,compared with model group,the expression of interferon-γ was decreased[serum:(48.33±16.59)pg/ml vs(29.79±6.97)pg/ml,colon tissue:2.31±1.08 vs 7.23±3.52 P＜0.05]and interleukin-10 was increased significantly[serum:(28.87±5.74)pg/ml vs(38.22±9.96)pg/ml,colon tissue:3.68±1.58 vs 7.44±3.04 P＜0.05]in treatment group.Conclusions IntraDeritonealy injection of inactive schistosome ova can alleviate inflammation of TNBS-induced colitis in mice,which may be the result of increased IL-10 and decreased IFN-γ expression in colon and serum.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs)are small,non-coding RNAs that regulate the translation of specific protein coding genes. Recent studies have revealed the role of miRNAs in a variety of basic biological and pathological processes.Previous studies have suggested miRNAs can be servered as a new tumor biomarker in the early diagnosis,treatment and assessment of prog-nosis of CRC,which also can be servered as the treatment target in vivo of CRC patients.This paper reviews the expression and targets of miRNAs,its mechanism of the development and prospect in clinical application in CRC.
