2.Dissolution Determination Method for Nisoldipine Tablets

Objective:To establish a dissolution determination method for nisoldipine tablets. Methods: The detection was car-ried out according to the second method described in ChP VolumeⅡappendix XC. The medium was 600 ml hydrochloric acid solution (0. 1 mol·L-1 ) containing 0. 05% SDS, the rotation speed was 75 r·min-1 , and the UV detection wavelength was at 238nm. Re-sults:The linear range of nisoldipine was 4-14 μg·ml-1(r=0. 999 9),and the average recovery was 100. 5%(RSD=1. 1%, n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the dissolution determination of nisoldipine tablets.
3.The effects of frontal rhytidectomy by BTX-A injection on sebum secretion and quality

Objective To investigate the efficacy of frontal rhytidectomy by different injection site of botulinum toxin type A on sebum secretion and quality.Methods Thirty-two volunteers with forehead ryhtides (moderate to severe) were received frontal rhytidectomy by BTX-A (BOTOX) intramuscular injection which was administered to 5 injective sites,and randomly divided into 2 groups according to different injection site (Dermal injection group and muscle injection group).Baseline and post-treatment (2,4,6,8 weeks after injection) sebum production (the region 0.5 cm far around injection point,the region 0.6 1.5 cm far around injection point) and elasticity were measured.Results Significant reduction of sebum secretion was showed on the regions of 0.5 cm far around injection point and 0.6-1.5 cm far around injection point after BTX-A injection for 4,8 weeks (P < 0.05).4 weeks after treatment,the levels of sebum secretion in two regions were (94.6 ± 10.3)μg/cm2 and (97.2 ± 11.2) μg/cm2,which significantly decreased in dermal injection group than those of muscle injection group [(106.2 ± 12.7)μg/cm2,(107.2 ±9.4)μg/cm2,t =7.62,6.73,P <0.05].The levels of R2,R5 and R7 increased significantly in two groups after 4 weeks treatment (P < 0.05),and the levels decreased from 8 weeks after treatment and no significant difference was observed after 16 weeks (P > 0.05).Conclusions Intramuscular injection of BTX-A could reduce the sebum secretion of the region 1.5 cm far around the injection point after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment,and increase the elasticity after 4 weeks treatment.
4.Acupuncture with facial muscle training for peripheral facial paralysis

目的探讨针灸配合面部肌力训练对不同时期周围性面瘫的疗效、预后影响及治疗时机的选择。方法随机将61例周围性面瘫患者分为治疗组31例和对照组30例,治疗组采用针灸配合面部肌力训练治疗,对照组采用常规针灸治疗。结果治疗组有效率97%,对照组有效率80%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合面部肌力训练疗法优于常规针灸治疗,其预后与病程有关,治疗介入时机宜早。

7.Determination of Ammonia in Air by Ion Chromatography

Objective To develop a sensitive, safe and quick method for determination of ammonia in the air. Methods The air samples collected with multi-hole absorbing tubes were determined by ion chromatography after sampling. Results The recovery rates, precision (relative standard deviation) and detection limit were 97.6%-99.8%, 1.08%-2.93% and 0.05 ?g/ml,respectively. There was no significant difference between this method and chemical method. Conclusion The method is simple, quick, sensitive and suitable for determination of ammonia in the air.
8.Ecological and biological analysis of scutellarin in Erigeron multiradiatus

AIM: To study the regular change of scutellarin in Erigeron mul tiradiatus (Wall.) Benth, from different areas, different seasons and differ ent parts of plant by means of RP-HPLC. METHODS: The herbs of Erigeron multira diatus were extracted with CH 3OH-H 2O(1∶1) wixture, The sa mples were separated on an ODS column with the mobile phase CH 3OH-H 2O-HAC(39∶61∶0.6). The flow rate was 0.8ml/min, the detection wavelen gth was set at 335nm and the temperature was at 35℃. RESULTS: The determination of scultellarin was different from diffe rent areas and different seasons, Scutellarin content of terraneous including stem、leaf and flower was higher than that of subterraneous root. CONCLUSION: Variation in Erigeron multiradiatus was influenced by the combined effects of genotype and ecological conditions.
9.Pharmacognostical studies on Erigeron multiradiatus

Object To engage in a systematic pharmacognostical study on Erigeron multiradiatus (Wall.) Benth. Methods The cross sections of leaf and stem, the graphs were observed by the optical microscope, and it's fingerprints were given by HPLC. Results Morphological, histological characters of the Chinese folk medicine E. multiradiatus were described and illustrated with line drawing, HPLC analysis of the above drug was also applied. Conclusion These studies provide reference information for further development, quality control, and identification of this crude drug.
