1.Kawasaki disease and allergic diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(3):234-236
Kawasaki disease (KD) is one of the most common causes of acquired heart disase in children, the development of which is closely related to the allergic diseases.Recent studies have manifested that the incidence of allergic diseases in children with KD is far higher than that in those children without KD.Meanwhile, the morbidity of KD in allergic children is significantly higher than that in those who do not have family medical history of allergic diseases.By far,the mechanisms causing interaction between KD and allergic diseases still remain unclear.Possible mechanisms include IgE-meditated immune response, release of large quantity of cytokines and inflammatory meditators as well as atopic family history.
2.Progress in the role of steroids in Kawasaki disease therapy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(4):367-370
Kawasaki disease(KD) is the most common reason for acquired heart disease in children, which is closely related to autoimmune response and the release of cytokines in vascular endothelial cells.Steroids are strongly effective in countering inflammation as well as immune response. In the time of being,it has become a hot spot that steroids play an important role in the initial treatment for acute KD and for incomplete and refractory KD.
3.Study on relationship between efflux pumps and Candida albicans resistance mechanism
Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 1997;0(04):-
Objective To investigate whether efflux mechanism is involved in azole resistant Candida albicans strains isolated in China. Methods We compared rhodamine 6G uptake and glucose induced efflux between azole sensitive and azole resistant strains to elucidate resistance to azole due to efflux pump, then measured mRNA level of efflux gene cdr1 and cdr2 by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results Rhodamine 6G moved from extra into the intracellular compartment in both azole resistant and azole sensitive strains quickly when in glucose free incubation condition. However, efflux of rhodanmine 6G was enhanced significantly in azole resistant strains and decreased in azole sensitive strains while adding glucose in the media. The mRNA level of efflux gene cdr1 and cdr2 was higher in clinical azole resistant strains and fluconazole induced resistant strains than strains reverted from resistance to sensitivity. However, all such strains had higher efflux gene expression than azole sensitive strains. Conclusions Efflux mechanism is associated with the resistance to azole in Candida albicans strains isolated in China. Fluconazole can induce efflux pumps expression leading to resistance to azole but the resistance to azoles can be reversed after withdrawing fluconazole.
4.Percuteneous Brachial Artery Puncture for Cathetenization(Areport of 42 Cases)
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(03):-
Over a 2 year period,53 transbrachial approachs were selectively performed in 42 cases.5~6F catheters were insertend directly over a guide-wire vie a puncture site 1~3cm over the antecubital fossa of left arm, where the artery would be less mobile.Selective cathetenization of the hepatic artery, superior mesenterie artery, infradiaphragmatic artery, renal artery, internalilliac artery, femoral artery and their branches were suessesfully achieved. No significant complications were encountered. This method proved to be a safe, reliable and well-tolerated ahernetive, though the exemination technique was more in demanding. The indications, techniques and complications of the method were discussed.
5.Multiplex gene expression genetic analysis system and its application in cancer research
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(4):267-270
The multiplex gene expression genetic analysis system is a novel analytical platform, characterized by its primer design with gene-specific and universal sequences. The fluorescence capillary electrophoretic separation is used to compare and analyze the expression levels of multiplex PCR products. This technology is simple, rapid, productive and cost-effective,and holds great promise for cancer classification and biomarkers discovery.
6.Expression of tenascin and CD34 in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2008;24(6):393-395
Objective To investigate the expressions of tenascin(TN)and microvessel density(MVD) in esophageal squamors cell carcinoma. Methods The experessions of TN and MVD were observed by immunohistochemiccal methods in 91 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 47 cases of ono-esophageal carcinoma. Results ①The expression of tenascin in esophageal cancer was much high than that in t he normal tissue(t=12.331,P<0.01).②Over expression of TN was related to th length(F=12.373,P<0.01),the invasion(F=11.039,P<0.01),the lymphatic metastasis(F=6.882,P=0.01)and the pathologic trade(F=5.060,P=0.003)of cancer.③The expression fo MVD in the esophageal carcinoma tissues was stonger than that in the nonesophageal carcinoma tissues(t=6.023,P<0.01).④Over expression of NVD wsa related to the length(F=9.033,P<0.01),the lymphatic metastasis(F=12.429,P<0.01)and the pathologic grade(F=5.717,P<0.01)of cancer.⑤The positive expressions of TN and MVD were associated(P=0.001).Conclusion TN;s voerexpressions may be a biological marker in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma..It was associated with the expression of MVD.The levels of TN and NVD were useful molecular markers for evaluating malignancy degree and lymph node metastasis of esopageal carcinoma.

Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(6):1161-1164
Neurological complications of viral hepatitis mainly include hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic myelopathy, peripheral neuropathy, meningoencephalitis, and epilepsy.Hepatic encephalopathy is a common complication with mature diagnosis and treatment methods, and the other complications are relatively uncommon and lack treatment methods. This article introduces the classification, clinical manifestation, and treatment of each complication,in order to find the optimal therapies for neurological complications of viral hepatitis.

9.MicroRNA in the injury of glomerular mesangial cells
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(12):928-930,931
MicroRNA could participate in a variety of physiological and pathological processes via iden-tifying the target genes by their seed sequences and regulating gene expression at post-transcriptional level. Glo-merular mesangial cell is one of the most chief cells of the glomerulus and plays an important role in the renal fi-brosis. The mesangial cellular proliferation and dysfunction may appear once attacked by pathogenic factors. Then, the extracellular matrix increases in the stimulation of inflammatory cytokines, eventually, resulting in glo-merular sclerosis and renal fibrosis. Reports have shown that series of microRNA could take part in the process of injury of mesangial cells and lead to renal fibrosis. MicroRNA could be a potential therapeutic target for early chronic kidney diseases.
