Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
AIM: To observe the effect of Yiru Granule on the female rat of hyperprolactinemia models. METHODS: Subcutaneous injection of maxolon was applied to establishing the mice model with hyperprolactinemia.Rats were at random divided into five groups, model control group, bromocriptine group,Yiru Granule of high dose, middle dose and low dose, and one normal group. The treatment lasted 30 days, serum levels of PRL,T,FSH, LH,P and E_2 were measured. Finally, the apoptosis regulatory protein bcl-2 and bax were assayed through immunohistochemical method and we used picture-analysing instrument to dispose the data. RESULTS: The middle and high dosage of Yiru Granule could not only inhibit the level of prolactin of the hyperprolactinimia rat models, but also increase the levels of estrogen and progesterone(P
2.Research progress of the relationship between miRNAs and pancreatic carcinoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(4):435-438
MiRNA is a small non-coding single stranded RNA(ssRNA)which is made up by 21~23 nucleotide. This ssRNA has a double effect as tumor suppressor genes and oncogenes , and plays an important role in cell proliferation , differentiation and apop-tosis.Pancreatic carcinoma is a highly malignant tumor with poor prognosis and high mortality rate , and the early diagnosis is difficult . In the last decades , growing studies highlighted the interactions between miRNAs and pancreatic carcinoma .This review provides a re-search overview between miRNAs and pancreatic carcinoma .Meanwhile , the significance of Expression Profile in pancreatic carcinoma′s diagnosis ,treatment and prognosis is also discussed .

Objective To establish appropriate correction models of serum marker α -fetoprotein (AFP) multiple of the median (MOM) for prenatal screening on patients with neural tube defect (NTD) at the second trimester to replace the foreign data currendy used in Beijing with a higher sensitivity. Methods A sample of 5815 mid-gestation pregnant women with normal pregnancy outcome were selected including 5557 cases of age < 35 years and 258 cases of age ≥35 years. The regression relationship between AFP median and gestational age was builded by exponential model and the regression relationship between MOM and weight was builded by power model in age < 35 years. The regression relationship between AFP median and gestational age was builded by S model and the regression relation ship between MOM and weight was builded by quadratic model in age ≥35 years. The normal reference values in two age sections were estimated approximately by percentiles method. Results Corrected AFP MOM values with mean value (age < 35 years:1.001; age ≥35 years:1.113) and median value (age < 35 years:0.934;age ≥35 years:0.990) obtained by regression analysis were more close to 1.00 than the data from the software[mean value(age < 35 years:1.164; age ≥35 years:1.254) and median value (age <35 years:1.093; age ≥35 years:1.149)].There were significant differences (age <35 years:t =65.120,P =0.000;age ≥35 years:t =9.812,P =0.000).Conclusion Correction model for maternal serum marker is more applicable for Beijing population at the second-trimester prenatal screening.

Objective To investigate radiological features on computed tomography (CT) in the di agnosis of portal venous and intestinal wall gas in patients with ischemic bowel disease. Methods The clinic-pathological data of 17 patients with portal venous and intestinal gas associated with ischemic bowel diseases from Wenzhou People's Hospital (n =6),Yueqing People's Hospital (n =5),Shanghai Xuhui Dahua Hospital (n =3) and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (n =3) from January 2013 to October 2016 were analysed retrospectively. All the patients have been fasting for 8 h prior to CT scans.Enhanced CT study was performed following routine CT with no abdominal pressure for breath less scanting.Portal venous gas, intestinal wall gas, intestinal thickness and density, mesentery thickness, celiac effusion, and severity of intestinal wall enhancement were recorded. Results All the 17 patients ex perienced abdominal distension and pain.Additionally, nausea and vomiting was observed in 9 patients,di arrhea in 7,melena in 7,periumbilical tenderness in 11 and rebound tenderness in 8.CT scans of these 17 patients showed portal venous gas, including massiveprune-tree signs of hepatic vein and portal vein (n =11) and scanty gas shadows in distal hepatic vein (n =6).Intestinal gas sign was determined in all these patients (n =17),including single bubble shadow (n =8),multiple bubble shadow (n =7),and band-shaped bubble (n =2).Furthermore,CT study indicated extensive intestinal wall thickening with edema (n =13),predominate luminal extension of thinner bowels (n =4),scanty celiac effusion (n =3).Enhanced CT scans demonstrated 8 patients with decreased enhancement of intestinal wall and mesentery with diseases, target and halo signs observed in enhanced scans. Conclusions Portal venous and intestinal wall gas may demonstrate distinctive CT imaging.CT study could have superior sensitivity and spe cialty in clinical diagnoses of ischemic bowel diseases.

ObjectiveTo explore the role of autofluorescence bronchoscopy in lung cancer operation and the meaning of choice lung cancer operation mode.MethodsTo retrospectively analyze 32 non-small cell lung cancer patients. Before lung cancer operation, white light bronchoscopy (WLB) and autofluorescence bronchoscopy (AFB) had been done routinely.Compared the different invasive tumor conditions by WLB and AFB,operation modes were decided by the edge of the tumor which were proved by biopsy pathology.ResultsIn 32 cases,19 cases underwent pulmonary lobectomy. One case underwent carinal resection and reconstruction.8 cases underwent sleeve lobectomy.4 cases underwent other therapy because of tumor airway metastasis. In 8 cases which underwent sleeve lobectomy,3 ca ses were found by WLB and AFB together,5 cases were found only by AFB.In 4 cases who had no operation chance,2 cases were found by WLB and AFB together,2 cases were only by AFB.The sensitivity for the detection of bronchial premalignant lesions was extremelyhigher withthe addition of AFB than WLBalone ( P < 0.05 ).ConclusionAutofluorescence bronchoscopy is a safe and efficient technique which could improve the sensitivity of diagnosis in lung cancer than WLB.It is important to select operation mode.

Objective: To clone the Fab gene of a monoclonal antibody (mAb) BDI against human bladder cancer and its expression in E. coli. Methods: Fd and K genes of mAb BDI were cloned by RT-PCR and inserted into an Fab expression vector. Phage displaying Fab and soluble Fab were expressed in E. coli. The N-terminal sequence of VH region was corrected by PCR mediated mutagenesis. The antigen-binding characteristics of the Fab were tested by ELISA and immu-nohistochemistry. Results: Fd and K genes were cloned into the expressing vector p3MH and the phage displaying antibody and soluble Fab were expressed in E. coli, which showed weak binding activity to bladder cancer cells. Correction of the N-terminal sequence of the VHimproved the biding activity dramatically. The feasibility of the application of the Fab in phage antibody library screening was confirmed by a simulated panning procedure. Conclusion: The Fab gene of an anti-human bladder cancer mAb was expressed in E. coli. The importance of the N-terminal sequence on antibody binding activity was suggested.
