OBJECTIVE:To study the cost-effectiveness of four kinds of calcium drugs in treating senile osteoporosis.METHODS:228cases of senile osteoporosis were collected and divided into four groups,which were Calcichew D 3 (A),Osteo?form(B),Calcium Citrate Tablets+Vitamin AD(C),Shengu Capsules+Vitamin AD(D).Data was evaluated using the phar?macoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS:The costs of four groups were938.05、1346.85、1946.35and1690.85yuan respectively.The effective rates of four groups were95.6%、80.0%、68.0%and72.0%respectively.Compared with scheme A,scheme B、C、D drug price need to be decreased by41.5%、65.6%、58.1%respectively so that their cost-effec?tiveness ratios can be better than scheme A.CONCLUSION:Among the four schemes,A is the best one.

Objective To determine the genetic polymorphism of 24 Y-STR loci haplotype and investigate its application value in legal physical evidence.Methods AGCU Y24 kit and 3130xl Genetic Analyzer were used to detect the distribution of 24 Y-STR loci including DYS391,DYS389Ⅰ,DYS439,DYS389Ⅱ, DYS438, DYS643, DYS456, DYS458, DYS437, DYS635, DYS448, DYS527a/b, Y-GATA-H4, DYS447, DYS19,DYS392,DYS522,DYS393,DYS388,DYS390,DYS385a/b and DYS444in 154 unrelated individuals of Dongxiang ethnic minority males in Gansu province of China.Results A total number of 153 haplo-types were detected in 154 samples, the haplotype diversity was 0.9915 and the discrimination power was 0.9940.Conclusion The 24 Y-STR loci system has high haplotype diversity and discrimination power.

Objective: To explore the relationship between interpersonal forgiveness and revenge and some influential factors in college students. Methods: Rumination Scale,Empathy Scale, Tendency to Forgive Scale and Revenge Motivation Scale were administered to 194 college students. Results and Conclusion: ① There were significant gender differences in the degree of seeking revenge and rumination. ② Most of interpersonal transgression indeed happened between fellow students. ③ Correlation analysis showed significantly negative correlation between forgiving and hurtfulness, revenge motivations, rumination, and between revenging and tendency to forgive, empathy; and positive correlation between forgiving and empathy and between revenging and revenge motivation, hurtfulness. Further regression analysis revealed that revenge motivations, rumination and empathy were significant negative predictors of forgiving; hurtfulness and revenge motivations were significant positive predictors of revenging.

BACKGROUND:At present, there are few reports about construction of the model of acute high altitude stress-induced gastrointestinal injury. Construction of a stable high altitude stress-induced gastrointestinal injury model has become a premise of the current studies on acute stress-induced gastrointestinal injury and related diseases. OBJECTIVE: To establish rat models of acute high altitude stress-induced gastrointestinal ischemia/reperfusion injury. METHODS:Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control (lower limit of high altitude) , sham (high altitude) and ischemia/reperfusion (high altitude) groups (n=8 rats/group). Rats from al groups underwent a rush for high altitude region. The root of the superior mesenteric artery of rats in the ischemia/reperfusion group was clamped by a vascular clip to completely block blood flow for 60 minutes, and then intestinal blood flow was recovered for reperfusion for 60 minutes. BACKGROUND:At present, a large number of studies have confirmed that reconstruction plate compared to Kirschner wire in the treatment of clavicular fracture showed good effects, but there is no precise report on the specific advantages at present. Clinical randomized controled study is less, and lacks of systematic evaluation. OBJECTIVE:To systematicaly evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of the clavicle fractures with the reconstruction plate and the Kirschner wire by using a meta-analysis. METHODS: We retrieved the MEDLINE, Embase, PubMed, Cochrane library, CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database from 2008 to 2015 by computer to colect al controled study relevant to reconstruction plate and Kirschner wire in the treatment of clavicle fracture, and screened the literatures that met the inclusion criteria. Al literatures were analyzed in strict quality evaluation. Excelent rate, delayed healing of incision, malunion, postoperative infection, loosening of internal fixation, postoperative fracture displacement, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and fracture healing time were selected as the evaluation indexes of a meta-analysis. Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5.2 software from the Cochrane Colaboration. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Finaly 12 Chinese articles published from 2008 to 2014 were included, with 911 patients. Meta-analysis results showed that compared with Kirschner wire, the reconstruction plate has a certain advantage in improving the excelent and good rate, shortening the delayed wound healing and reducing deformity healing, reducing postoperative infection, preventing the loosening of internal fixation and avoiding postoperative fracture displacement. However, the two surgical methods in the treatment of clavicular fracture were not significant in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time. These results suggest that compared with the Kirschner wire, reconstruction plate fixation for treatment of clavicular fracture had better curative effect. The reconstruction plate can be firstly selected in the permit of patient economic conditions and hospital conditions. Due to the limited sample size in this study, the multicenter, large-sample and long-term clinical randomized controled studies with more strict design are needed to increase the reliability of the evidence.

BACKGROUND:Now a lot of studies have confirmed that in contrast with the dynamic hip screw, the proximal femoral nail anti-rotation has a better therapeutic effect on the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly, but there is no definite conclusion on the specific superiority at present. OBJECTIVE:To compare the curative effects of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation and dynamic hip screw in repair of intertrochanteric fracture using a meta-analysis. METHODS: We searched VIP database, Wanfang database, PubMed database and Embase database from 2011 to 2015, and colected randomized controled trials on proximal femoral nail anti-rotation and dynamic hip screw in repair of intertrochanteric fracture. Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stays, fracture healing time, Harris score, length of incision, bed time walking after the operation were used as evaluation indexes of meta analysis. Data were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In the end, we used 9 literatures, which contained 858 patients of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. The time of publication was from 2011 to 2015, and al of them were published in Chinese. The results of Meta-analysis showed that, compared with dynamic hip screw, proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly could effectively reduce operation time, blood loss, hospital stays, fracture healing time, length of incision and the time of walking after the operation was earlier, and it could obtain better recovery of hip function. We can point out that compared with dynamic hip screw, proximal femoral nail anti-rotation has certain advantages in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. In some conditions, the patients and the hospitals can give priority to choose the proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.

Objective To study the genetic relationship of the Y chromosomal short tandem repeat gene loci in Lanzhou Han population and other 25 populations .Methods The frequency of alleles of Y-STRloci was obtained from a sample of 500 unrelated individuals living in Lanzhou City , and other 25 populations in different areas collected from the published data were used to calculate the genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance .Phylogenetic trees based on the genetic distance were established .Results Populations of Lanzhou , Beijing, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia were in an identical cluster .Compared with minorities , the genetic distance between Lanzhou Han population and Inner Mongolia Mongolian population was dramatically smaller from other subpopulations .The populations in Malays and Indians were far from the other groups .Conclusion The Y-STR gene frequency distribution in 26 populations has identified differentiation in race, clime and evolution, and it is basically identical with the classification of human races which is similar to or according with other molecular anthropology research conclusions .

Objective To detect the atherosclerotic progression in low density lipoprotein receptor (LDL-R) gene knock-out mouse by ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM) technique,and to monitor the intima media thickness (IMT) and changes in plague of aortic wall.Methods 10 male LDL-R gene knock-out mice of 16 weeks age and 10 LDL-R gene knock-out mice of 24 weeks age were in the experimental group,and 10 male C57BL/6 mice of 16 and 24 weeks age were in the control group.The shapes of their aortic roots,ascending aorta,aortic arch and CCA were detected by UBM,and the IMT at aortic root view and carotid artery bifurcation were measured,then the data were compared with histopathology of the corresponding vascular segments.Results The difference between the IMT of aortic root and carotid artery bifurcation of the 16 week old LDL-R mice and the control group of the same age had no statistical significance.The difference between the IMT of carotid artery bifurcation of the 24-week-old LDL R mice and the control group of the same age had no statistical significance.The IMT of aortic root thickened compared with control group of the same age(P ＜0.01).Conclusions The UBM technique can be used to detect the atherosclerotic progression in LDL-R gene knock-out mouse.

Objective This study was provided the evidence of infection respiratory tract clinical treatment through examining 695 cases of pathogen .Methods Using indirect immunofluorescence(IFA) IgM antibody with 9 respiratory pathogen in serum of 695 patients from August 2015 to March 2016 with respiratory tract infection from espiratory ,pediatrician ,thoracic surgery clinics were detected in this paper in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment .Results The results showed that single pathogen de‐tection positive rate was 33 .9% in 695 cases ,The top three of positive rate were MP(14 .1% ) ,IFB(9 .6% ) ,RSV(4 .8% );the posi‐tive rate of two mixed infection was 7 .79% ;The postive rate of MP ,IFB have obvious difference in seasons ,but which of Coxiella burneti was no obvious seasonal difference;there was an obvious difference between the sex ratio .Conclusion MP ,IFB ,RSV infec‐tion were given priority to detection rate in our region .
