1.Interpretation and discussion about the Chinese physician group model and the prevention and control of its legal risks
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(3):29-32
This paper introduces the development situation and mode of physician group in China, and analyzes its main legal risks and countermeasures. The main legal risks include: the nature of the Physician group is fuzzy and specific laws and regulations lack a clear stipulation;the legitimacy of the cooperative mode of the physician group is difficult to define and lacks legal protection for its contract effectiveness and implementation;the practice is driven by the interests and loopholes in legal norms and physicians may illegally transfer the patients;the multipoint practice policy is not perfect and brought legal risks for the development of the physician group. Therefore, the following measures are proposed to take adequate precautions: firstly, the nature of the physician group and its standards of supervision and taxes should be identified and clarified;secondly, the legitimacy standard for the physician group should be established for its cooperation mode to standardize the doctors` behavioral standards;and finally, we should make sure the multipoint practice policy and physician practice law are coherent during implementation.
2.Correlations between illness uncertainty and social support of family members of elder patients with colostomy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(18):1337-1341
Objective To investigate the illness uncertainty state of the family members of elder patients with colostomy, explore their correlation with social support. Methods A total of 138 family members of elder patients with colostomy in two hospitals from September 2013 to November 2014 were recruited in this study. The General Information Questionnaire,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Family Member Form (MUIS-FM) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used to investigate the family members of elder patients with colostomy and analyse the correlation between illness uncertainty of family members and its influencing factors and social support. Results The average total score of illness uncertainty was (72.17±9.44) scores. There was significantly different of the family members of elder patients with colostomy in total uncertainty on degree of education, the relationship with patient, stoma nature and economic conditions (P<0.05).The average total score of social support was (37.14±5.25) scores. The level of illness uncertainty was negatively associated with social support (r=-0.526,P<0.01).Conclusions The illness uncertainty was mostly in higher levels in the family members of elder patients with colostomy and was negatively correlated with social support.Clinical practice should improve social support of family members to relieve illness uncertainty,so as to provide better services of family and promote physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients.
3.Hair cortisol concentration measurement in researches on stress-related diseases
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(2):108-114
Stress-related diseases are closely related to an abnormal cortisol secretion.Recent research implied that hair cortisol concentration which retrospectively records long-term cortisol basal level might possess superiority in the diagnosis of stresS-related diseases. This paper reviewed recent progresses in application of hair cortisol concentration in stress-related diseases (metabolic syndrome, obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression,PTSD,etc.) which showed abnormal long-term cortisol secretion in a wide range of situationS.This review proposed that the future research needs to take into accounts exclusion and/or balance of the influence factors,a longitudinal design in combination with acute-stress and chronic-stress biomarkers, and to develop new bio-markers related to hair cortisol concentration for study of stress related diseases, and establishment of standard protocols and clinical standards.
5.The alteration of gene expression in cortex tissue following BALB/c rat aging
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(03):-
Objective To identify and clone rat aging-related genes to provide clues for human aging mechanism. Methods Improved different display reverse transcript-PCR method was applied to identify differentially expressed genes in cortex tissues of 4-month and 24-month old BALB/c mouse. Results Forty-two cDNA fragments with differential expression were identified, and 21 with increase and 21 with decrease of expression in old mice. Among them, 17 represented genes with known protein function, 12 represented known gene sequences but their protein function was unknown, and the other 13 probably belonged to new cDNAs. Among the genes with known protein function, 2 genes were associated with oxidative stress, 3 with energy production, and 4 with protein metabolism, respectively. Additionally, gene expression alterations were also found in those related to cell apoptosis, neurodegenerative disorder, and growth and development regulation. Conclusions Rat aging might be related with the alteration of oxidative stress status, energy production and protein metabolism.
6.Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Three Drugs for Patients with Hypertension
China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the curative effects and pharmacoeconomical efficacy of three drugs in the treatment of patients with hypertension.METHODS:A total of 90 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups:30(Group A) were treated with enalapril,30(Group B) with groLosartan, and 30(Group C) with metoprolol, all with a treatment course of 6wk.The clinical effects were observed and the cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted among the three schemes. RESULTS:The total effective rates of the 3 groups (A,B,and C) were 93.1%,96.7%,and 83.3%,respectively;the incidence rates of ADR were 10.3%,10.0%,and 16.7%,respectively;the cost-effectiveness ratios were 77.39,338.78,and 180.40,respectively;The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of Group B and C were 7 098.61 and —798.16,respectively as against Group A.CONCLUSION:Group A(enalapril) treatment programs is a more reasonable drug program.
7.Construct a Harmonious Physician-Patient Relationship by Carrying out Humanistic Care
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
As an important component of the social system, physician-patient relationship plays a guiding and fundamental role in creating a harmonious healthcare environment. However, due to certain social, ethical and moral factors, the current physician-patient relationship is not favorable, and various contradictions in physician-patient relationship are becoming barriers in building up a harmonious society. In order to enable medicine return to its "merciful" nature, restitute the respect for patients, the dignity of doctors, find the memorable warmth in the medical service world, hospitals must pay close attention to humanistic care in the management dimension in order to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
8.Determination of Entrapment Efficiency of Gemcitabine Hydrochloride Liposome
China Pharmacy 2005;0(19):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determining the entrapment efficiency of gemcitabine hydrochloride liposomes(GHL).METHODS: The liposome and the free gemcitabine hydrochloride were separated by ultrafiltration, and the content of free gemcitabine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.The entrapment efficiency of gemcitabine hydrochloride liposomes was computed as well.RESULTS: The recovery rate in ultrafiltration methods was 97.8%~100.1% for blank substance versus 99.0%~100.1% for sample. The linear range of gemcitabine hydrochloride was 1.0~80.0 mg?L-1(r=0.999 3) and its average recovery rate was 98.7~101.2%,and its inter-day and intra-day RSD were all less than 3% and its average entrapment efficiency was 81.21%.CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and applicable for the determination of the entrapment efficiency of gemcitabine hydrochloride liposomes.
9.Relationship between LAPTM4B gene polymorphism and susceptibility of lung cancer
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(03):-
Objective: To investigate the possible association between the allelic variation of LAPTM4B and the genetic susceptibility of lung cancer. Methods: The genotype of LAPTM4B was analyzed in 134 unrelated healthy adult individuals and 166 patients with lung cancer by utilizing polymerase chain reaction based on special primers. The genotypical distribution of LAPTM4B was analyzed by ? 2 test. Results: The allelic frequencies of the *2 were 40.1% and 28.0% in the lung cancer group and the healthy control group respectively, which was significantly different between the two groups (P 0.002). There was a significant difference in the overall genotypical distribution between the patients and the controls (P0.005). The risk of suffering from lung cancer was increased 1.91 times in the individuals of the *1/2 genotype (95%CI: 1.178-3.110) and 3.26 times in the individuals of the *2/2 genotype of LAPTM4B (95%CI:1.338-7.929) compared with the *1/2 genotype. No association was observed between the genotypical distribution of LAPTM4B and the clinical information on patients of lung cancer such as gender, age, pathological type, differentiation classification of TNM and infection of HBV. Conclusion: This study suggests that the allele *2 of LAPTM4B might be the risk factor of lung cancer, which could be associated with genetic susceptibility of lung cancer.
