1.THE ROLE OF PROTEIN KINASE B IN THE APOPTOSIS OF GASTRIC CANCER CELLS INDUCED BY 12-O-TETRADECANOYLPHORBOL-1,3-ACETATE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To study the role of protein kinase B(PKB) in gastric cancer BGC-823 cells treated by TPA. Methods Flow cytomety(FAC) and fluorescence microscope were used to detect the effect of TPA on gastric cancer BGC-823 cells, after cells were treated by BrdU and stained by DAPI,respectively. The effect of TPA on the expression level of PKB protein and its phosphorylation of Ser 473 and Thr 308 were investigated by Western blotting. When nuclear and cytoplasmic protein fractions were prepared through lysis of cell and centrifugation, the effect of TPA on the expression level of PKB protein and its phosphorylation of Ser 473 in cytoplasm and nuclei were detected by Western blotting.Meanwhile, the effect of TPA on the distribution of PKB was observed under laser-scanning confocal microscope with immunofluorescence technique. Results TPA induced the apoptosis of gastric cancer BGC-823 cells. It also induced the inhibition of PKB protein expression in a TPA concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner in gastric cancer BGC-823 cells, regardless of dephosphorylation of PP2A.TPA inhibited the phosphorylation of PKB at Ser 473,but it did not affect its phosphorylation at Thr308.TPA only attenuated the expression level of PKB and its phosphorylation of Ser 473 in nuclei, whereas it did not change the distribution of PKB in BGC-823 cells. Conclusion These data suggest that the inhibition of PKB plays an important role in mediating the effect of TPA in gastric cell line.Apoptosis induced by TPA is partly due to the inhibition of PKB and its phosphorylation of Ser 473 in nuclei.

3.A complexity analysis of Chinese herbal property theory: the multiple formations of herbal property.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2012;10(11):1198-205
Chinese herbal property theory (CHPT) is the fundamental characteristic of Chinese materia medica different from modern medicines. It reflects the herbal properties associated with efficacy and formed the early framework of four properties and five flavors in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica. After the supplement and improvement of CHPT in the past thousands of years, it has developed a theory system including four properties, five flavors, meridian entry, direction of medicinal actions (ascending, descending, floating and sinking) and toxicity. However, because of the influence of philosophy about yin-yang theory and five-phase theory and the difference of cognitive approach and historical background at different times, CHPT became complex. One of the complexity features was the multiple methods for determining herbal property, which might include the inference from herbal efficacy, the thought of Chinese Taoist School and witchcraft, the classification thinking according to manifestations, etc. Another complexity feature was the multiselection associations between herbal property and efficacy, which indicated that the same property could be inferred from different kinds of efficacy. This paper analyzed these complexity features and provided the importance of cognitive approaches and efficacy attributes corresponding to certain herbal property in the study of CHPT.
4.A complexity analysis of Chinese herbal property theory: the multiple expressions of herbal property.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2012;10(12):1321-7
Chinese herbal property is the highly summarized concept of herbal nature and pharmaceutical effect, which reflect the characteristics of herbal actions on human body. These herbal actions, also interpreted as presenting the information about pharmaceutical effect contained in herbal property on the biological carrier, are defined as herbal property expressions. However, the biological expression of herbal property is believed to possess complex features for the involved complexity of Chinese medicine and organism. Firstly, there are multiple factors which could influence the expression results of herbal property such as the growth environment, harvest season and preparing methods of medicinal herbs, and physique and syndrome of body. Secondly, there are multiple biological approaches and biochemical indicators for the expression of the same property. This paper elaborated these complexities for further understanding of herbal property. The individuality of herbs and expression factors should be well analyzed in the related studies.
5.Research progress of the antidepressants targeting the glutamate receptors
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(9):1197-1200
Depression is a worldwide neuropsychiatric disorder. Currently most preclinical and clinical studies of depression focus on monoaminergic system. However, there is growing evidence which suggests that glutamatergic system plays a critical role in the pathophysiology of depression. This review focuses on the de-velopment of new antidepressants that target glutamatergic sys-tem, summarizes the current mechanisms of antidepressants, and also highlights new insights to the pathophysiology of depression.
6.Psychological comfort care in the examination and treatment of coronary heart disease
China Medical Equipment 2014;(12):150-151
Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing interventions on mood in patients with coronary heart disease, who performed after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods:Retrospective analysis of all patients who Performed PCI in Shunyi District Hospital in 2012. Results: All patients during in the examination room underwent psychological care and transporting in progress of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative, which reduced surgical complications and adverse reactions, meanwhile increased surgical success rate. Conclusion:Psychological care and intervention can effectively reduce the feeling of discomfort and anxiety in patients during surgery of coronary intervention, which is an important part of the modernphysical-psychological-socialmedical model.
7.Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Pneumonia Mixture by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Pneumonia mixture. METHODS: The separation of samples was performed on a column of Spheri-5 RP-C18 (250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphate (8.5∶91.5) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 328 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.00~100.00 ?g?mL-1 for Chlorogenic acid(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.15%,(RSD=3.68%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method was rapid, simple and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Pneumonia mixture.

METHODS: Domestic medicine periodicals were searched between 1978 and 2005,and 72 cases with anaphylactic shock caused by Shuanghuanglian Injection were analysed by literature metrologic method. RESULTS: There were large proportion of young sufferers from age 18 to 44 in the case reports, and male 52.11%,female 47.89%,the primary affections were mainly upper respiratory tract infection, the occurrence of ADRs was commonly within 30 mins after injection, seven patients died of the terrible anaphylactic shock. CONCLUSION: Shuanghuanglian Injection may induce dangerous, even fatal anaphylactic shock, its mechanism includes many factors, such as patient's physical constitution.
10.Infection Control Management in Disaster Tent Medical Posts Impact Factors and Countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE To discuss about the infection control management in medical posts located in disaster tents. METHODS The experience of hospital infection control in disaster tent medical posts under special conditions was summarized. RESULTS Under the difficult conditions due to strict management system of infection control and strengthening the posts management, strict disinfection to reduce the spread of the infection was prevented. There were 15877 injured victims treated in disaster tents medical posts and 80 of them were seriously injured, but no infectious disease outbreak incidents were happened, and the safety of every victim and medical staff was ensured. CONCLUSIONS Strengthening management and strictly conducting disinfection and isolation system especially in primitive conditions could prevent the onset and spread of the nosocomial infection.
