Acute leukemia marks the main type of non-solid cancer in children.Studies have proved that long non-coding RNA plays important roles in the pathogenesis of hematological malignancies and can be applied as a biomarker for diagnosis, prognosis and efficacy monitoring of leukemia patients.This article briefly reviews the roles of long non-coding RNA in the tumorigenesis and progression of childhood acute leukemia.
2.Analysis of HFRS vaccination against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome during 1999-2000 in Laiwu City.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect the vaccine of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS).
METHODSData of totally, 1095 individuals who were immunized with HFRS vaccine type produced by Shenyang Baiao Biotechnology, Ltd were analyzed. 1999-2000 in Laiwu City.
RESULTSMost of the individuals belonged to rural population. In most cases the vaccination was done in spring and autumn. Persons between ages 18-40 years dominated the series. The side effects of the vaccination were seen in 1.71% in which local reaction was 1.35%, general reaction 0.30%, abnormal reaction 0.06% and the lowest reaction rate was seen in the group between ages 7-17.
CONCLUSIONSThe vaccine was quite effective. Both antibody positive ratio and GMT level of antibody were high.

3.Association of ring-finger protein 3 (MKRN3) gene rs2239669 polymorphism with central precocious puberty susceptibility

Objectives To explore the association between the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs2239669 in makorin ring-finger protein 3 (MKRN3) gene and the susceptibility to central precocious puberty (CPP). Methods A case-control study including 246 children with CPP and 269 healthy children was performed.The genotype and MKRN3 expression levels of patients were analyzed by PCR-HRM and RT-PCR,respectively. Results SNP rs2239669 genotype (TT,TC,CC) and allele frequencies (T and C) were different between cases and controls,with higher CC genotype in CPP patients. Under recessive model (CC/TT+TC),CC genotype was higher in CPP group and associated with higher risk of CPP (95%CI:1.062-2.143,P=0.021). MKRN3 expression levels were different among patients with different genotypes,of which TT genotype had the highest level followed by TC and CC (0.376±0.094, 0.330±0.068, 0.250±0.072, P=0.041). Conclusions MKRN3 SNP rs2239669 was associated with increased risk of CPP, and patients with TT genotype had higher MKRN3 levels.
4.Exploration on "3.5 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.5" work-learning integration teaching mode in medical imaging technology of five-year higher vocational education

Medical imaging technology is a "medicine plus engineering" major,with high practicality.It has characteristics of various courses,professional teaching,and expensive and rapidly-updated special equipments.Current investment in education cannot meet the training teaching requirements for cultivating the talents in medical imaging technology.Therefore,cooperation of school and hospital is necessary.The enrolled student of the five-year higher vocational education is the fresh graduate of junior high school.The practice proves that methods like progressive teaching,theory-practice integration,situational teaching and work-learning integration are suitable for five-year higher vocational education.In our study,the "3.5+0.5+ 0.5+0.5" work-study integration teaching mode in medical imaging technology of five-year higher vocational education is explored.
