The county health service planning is a very important link in county health reform, the planning process involves many professional problems, such as the setting of total bed number and proportional allocation. To solve these problems, it is needed to find a feasible method. Methods:Using operational research theory and method of linear programming to estimate whether the resource amount could satisfy the needs, and further explore the problem of the health resources in county-township-village. Results:(1) Operational research method could be used to judge whether the total bed amount and rate in county and township are suitable;(2) but linear programming to allocate capital budget model still exist some defects. The blind expansion and the pursuit of institution beds scale expansion are the phenomenon at present stage, the linear programming method could effectively help to determine whether these resources is really insufficient or excess. The method could be expanded to urban areas so as to supervision whether health resources are over expanded.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of using single epidural injection of S-Ropivacaine Mesylate to ease the pain after gynaecology and obstetrics operations.Methods 180 patients who need gynaecological operations were randomly divided into two groups.The group of therapy was injected the analgesic(ropivacaine + morphia)at once when suturing the skin.And the comparing group only injected 5～6ml of analgesic at the stage of skin suture,then selfoperated analgesia pump will be used.The changes of hemodynamics and SpO_2 pf the two groups,the analgesic activities after 48 hours,occurrence of adverse reaction,etc were analyzed.Results The differences of MAP,SpO_2,and HR had statistical significance(P＞0.05);After the surgery,the effept of analgesic of 24h and 48h grade 0(pain-free rate)in therapy group is much more obvious than comparing group(χ~2=3.974,4.031,P＜0.05);Neither group has severe adverse reaction.Conclusion The effect of using sihgle epidural injection of S-Ropivacaine Mesylate to ease the pain after gynaecology and obstetrics surgeries is gopd,and has little adverse reaction.

Objective To set up a method for determining the protocatechuic aldehyde in Qingshenjianfei tablets. Method HPLC method, Elite HypcrsilC18 column (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m) was used, mobile phase:Methanol-0.5% Acetic Acid Glacial (12∶88), the detecting wavelength was at 280 nm. Result The standard curve was linear within a range of 0.05～0.60 ?g. The average recovery and RSD were 100.49% and 1.61%. Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, and can provide a scientific index for quality control of Qingshenjianfei Tablets.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and X-ray changes of cervical vertigo patients caused by cervical instability before and after the manipulation treatment in supine position. METHODS: Sixteen cervical vertigo patients who underwent supine manipulation treatment were reviewed retrospectively. After the treatment, the changes of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography of cervical vertebral artery and X-ray of cervical spine were observed. RESULTS: Before the treatment, the mean blood flow velocity of vertebral artery was (48.6+/-3.1) cm/s, much higher than that of the normal group (P<0.05), the means of the horizontal displacement of C3,4 and C4,5 were (3.18+/-0.42) mm and (3.46+/-0.26) mm respectively. After the treatment, the blood flow velocity and the C3,4 horizontal displacement decreased significantly (P<0.05). The effective rate of the manipulation treatment was 100%. CONCLUSION: The manipulation treatment is an effective method for cervical vertigo patients caused by cervical instability, and the effect is correlated with the improvement of the blood flow of cervical artery and the restoration of cervical stability.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of systemic nursing intervention on constipation after coronary heart disease. Methods 145 patients were randomly divided into intervention and control group. Patients in invention group were given systemic nursing intervention, including diet, exercise, health education and so on. The patients in control group were treated with cathartic.Results There was significant difference between intervention and control group in incidence of constipation or related complication(P<0.05). Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention is helpful to reduce constipation and prevent the related complication.

To analyze the clinical results of orbicularis muscle shortening surgery and eyelid skin orbicularis muscle resection for senile entropion.
●METHODS: From January 01, 2006 to December 31, 2012, senile patients with lower eyelid were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. Group A with the orbicularis muscle shortening improved operation in 20 cases (38 eyes), group B used the eyelid skin orbicularis muscle resection in 21 cases (36 eyes). The effects of surgery were followed-up postoperatively.
●RESULTS: Patients were followed up for 1 - 2a, 20 patients ( 38 eyes ) in group A were cured without recurrence; 7 eyes recurred in group B, the recurrence rate was 19%, the recurrence rate after surgery both groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON: The effect of orbicularis muscle shortening improved operation for senile entropion is good and stable.
