Objective To investigate the effects of anti-cell membrane associated DNA (mDNA) antibodies in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) lacking of specific autoantibodies including anti Sm,anti ds-DNA,and anti-nucleosome antibodies.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to measure anti-mDNA antibodies in serum of 145 SLE patients,and indirect immunofluorescence,Western-blot and ELISA were used to detect the anti-dsDNA ,anti-Sm and anti- nueleosome antibodies respectively to analysis the value of anti-mDNA antibodies on the specific autoantibodies negative patients with SLE.Results The sensitivity for anti-mDNA antibodies (69.7%) in SLE was significantly higher than anti-Sm (19.7%),anti-dsDNA ( 31.9% ) and anti-nucleosome (45.8% ).The incidences of anti-mDNA antibodies in SLE lacking of anti-dsDNA,Sm and anti-nueleosome antibodies (AnuA) were 64.3% ,70.2% and 60.3% respectively.Conclusion Anti-mDNA antibodies are serologic marker of SLE and important in diagnosis of SLE lacking of anti-dsDNA,Sm and nucleosome antibodies.

Objective To discuss the features of the alcoholic liver disease complicated with chronic subdural hemetoma and the use of neuroendoscopy in the disease’s treatment.Methods Clearing the hemetome by neuroendoscopic operation,hemostatic was injected through vein during the operation,the treatment of hemostasis and the liver’s protection were implied in postoperation.Results All of the patients were cured without death and complications correlated the liver disease and hemetoma.Conclusion Neuroendoscopy has a unique advantage in the treatment of the alcoholic liver disease complicated with chronic subdural hemetoma,it is worth promoting.

Objective To establish C6 glioma model in rat brain and to study its biological behavior(such as the incidence of tumor development, the process of cell invasion pathological characteristics of C6 and neoangiogenesis, the spontaneous regression of experimental gliomas and the best experimental time window).Methods C6 tumor cells and DMEM were implanted into the right caudate of 50 male Wistar rats. 9 rats implanted DMEM is the control group. The animals were examined by MRI and pathological staining at postoperative day (POD) 3, 7, 14, 21,28, 35, and 50. Matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2) and CD31 immunohistochemistry staining were used to study the histopathological features of the developed tumor. Methodology, physical findings and biological behavior were also discussed. Results 45 Wistar rats survived after surgery and tolerated MRI procedures well. On POD 7, there was a focal signal at the implantation site. The C6 cells sprout to the surroundings along the nerve fiber. During the day 14～28, the tumor exhibited a marked increase in size with focal mass effect, and immunohistochemical-staining shows MMP-2 and CD31 is overexpression; C6 cells were aggregated and blood brain barrier were destroyed greatly. Most of the tumor bearing rats died within 30 days. But, C6 cells in the two rats retrogress spontaneously after more leucocytes rounded 28 days. HE staining shows tumors.Conclusion The characteristics of rat C6 brain tumor model mimicked the human tumor with respect to its development, progression, and invasion. Although, part of C6 tumor spontaneously regressed, it is a useful animal model of glioblastoma for pre-clinical evaluation of various therapeutic strategies for the management of glioblastoma. The best experimental time window is 14 to 28 days.

[Summary] A selection of 528 unrelated subjects were enrolled(198 males, 330 females) with the mean age of(52. 23 ± 13. 41) years old. According to body mass index, 253 persons belonged to the normal weight group and 275 persons overweight/ obesity group. A total of 10 SNPs in CIDEB and CIDEC genes were detected. SHEsis online were used to get the haplotypes of these two genes. The relationship between above SNPs and obesity were analyzed under additive inheritance pattern. The main effects and interaction on obesity induced by two genes’ haplotypes were analyzed by logistic regression. rs2144493 in CIDEB gene was associated with obesity, C was a protective alleles, OR (95% CI) equals 0. 722(0. 525-0. 992). CCTT haplotype of CIDEB gene carriers and GCG haplotype of CIDEC gene carriers were more prone to obesity or overweight, there was an interaction between the haplotypes of 2 genes. CIDEB, CIDEC haplotypes may play independent and interactive roles in causing obesity.

ObjectiveTo observed the effects of auricular point sticking auxiliary treatment on ⅢB chronic prostatitis.Methods20 patients with ⅢB chronic prostatitis were assigned to auricular point sticking combined with KeDuo-Hua therapy (trial group) or KeDuo-Hua therapy alone (control group).In 1 month of treatment cycles,the improvement of NIH-CPSI score was observed.ResultsThe pain or discomfort symptoms,voiding symptoms,quality of life score were (14.65±2.06),(5.80± 1.06),(8.05± 1.23) in the trial group respectively,and (14.10±2.05),(5.65± 1.31),(7.45±1.50) in the control group respectively before treatment; these values turned to (5.80±0.83),(2.80±1.15),(3.75±0.76) in the trial group,and (8.90±1.10),(2.90±1.37),(4.20±1.77) in the control group respectively after the treatment.The difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionAuricular point sticking auxiliary treatment of ⅢB prostatitis is effective.

Objective To observe the effects of Bupi-Guhuo decoction in treating astringent Ⅰ,Ⅱ degree of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods 70 Women patients with stress urinary incontinence in outpatient of urology of Xiyuan Hospital of CACMS from December 2012 to October 2011 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bupi-Guhuo decoction,twice daily,1package per time; while the patients in the control group were treated with pelvic floor muscle training therapy.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The score of ICS-Q-SF and the amount of urinary incontinence comparison:2 weeks after treatment [the treatment group was (6.42～0.79) and (8.85～ 1.07) g respectively; the control group was (6.81～0.91) and (9.35～ 1.23) g respectively].Both groups had obvious improvement than before the treatment [the treatment group (7.73 ～ 1.52) and (12.92 ～2.08) g respectively,the control group was (7.71～ 1.48)and (13.28～2.43) g respectively] (P＜0.01).4 weeks after the treatment [treatment group was(2.68～0.91)and(2.62～1.08) g respectively,the control group was (6.25～0.81) and (8.02～ 1.32)g respectively].Compared with the effects of 2 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01) in the treatment group,while with no significant change (P＞0.05) in the control group.At the 2 weeks,4 weeks treatment,the effects in the treatment group and the control group had statistical difference (P＜0.05 or 0.01).(②)Clinical curative effect comparison:After treatment,the total effective rate was 67.7％ (21/31) in treatment group and 37.0％ (10/27) in the control group,showing significant difference (P=0.000,P＜0.01).Conclusion Bupi-Guhuo decoction had better therapeutic effects than pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of female Ⅰ,Ⅱ degree of stress urinary incontinence,also with a time-effect relationship.

In this paper, Liuwei Dihuang pill was used to study the identification of Chinese patent medicine by fluorescence sequencing typing technology. The DNA of Paeonia suffruticosa was used as template to amplify by five pair of FAM fluorescence labeling primers. Then, the amplified products were sequenced. The sequencing results were analyzed by GeneMarker V1.80 to screen the best fluorescence labeling primers. As a result, psbA-trnH fluorescence labeling primer was used to identify the raw materials of Liuwei Dihuang pill. The results showed that three kinds of raw plant medicinal materials in Liuwei Dihuang pill were able to be correctly identified by psbA-trnH fluorescence labeling primer. The fluorescence sequencing typing technology can stably and accurately distinguish raw medicinal materials in Chinese patent medicine.

Akebia trifoliate has been reported to have many pharmacological activities and the roots, petioles and seeds are used to different symptoms. However, the structure and anatomy of its seeds was almost not reported until now. In the present study, we investigated the morphological characters of the fruit and seed, and the anatomical characters of the testa, micropyle, embryo and endosperm, which could provide evidences for the study on classification, identification and application of A. trifoliate. Our results showed that the testa of A. trifoliate consisted of an epidermic cell layer, the sclerenchyma cells layer, the parenchyma cells layer and an innermost pigment layer. At the micropylar region, the outermost epidermal cells were specialized the white caruncle-like structure and the testa included a lot of lignified tissues. Endosperm comprises two layer cells. Outermost yellowish-brown layer cells contains lots of fat droplets, and innermost white layer cells contains lots of aleurone grains and crystalloids.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy ofLingshao-Zaoren particle combined with Tolterodine Tartrate tablet in the treatment of overactive bladder in women.Methods A total of fifty female patients diagnosed with overactive bladder were randomized to receivingLingshao-Zaoren particle combined with Tolterodine Tartrate tablet group(treatment group,n=25) or only Tolterodine Tartrate tablet group(control group, n=25). Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Changes of scores from the Overactive Bladder Symptom Scale (OBASS) and the Urgent Urination Scale were assessed.Results The scores from the OBASS improved significantly after treatment than those before treatment in both groups(in the treatment group: 3.24±0.61vs.12.16± 1.39,P<0.01; in the control group: 8.81±1.55vs.13.12±1.45,P<0.01) and so did the Urgent Urination Scale (in the treatment group: 1.04±0.72vs. 3.99±0.78,P<0.01; in the control group: 2.61±0.88vs.4.01±0.71,P<0.01) . There were significantly greater improvements in the scores from the OBASS and the Urgent Urination Scale in the treatment group than those in the control group(allP<0.01).ConclusionLingshao-Zaoren particle combined with Tolterodine Tartrate tablet was superior to only Tolterodine Tartrate tablet for the treatment of overactive bladder in women.
