Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To explore the modality of multi-disciplinary team (MDT) applied in surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer. Methods The literatures about the applied status and opinion of the modality applied in the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results The modality of MDT in surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer is still in the primary stage. Conclusion There are lots of problem of this modality such as construction and collaborative needed more research.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To explore the concept, contents and existing problems of the fast-track programmes in colorectal surgery. Methods The literatures about the applied status and opinion of the modality applied in the surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer and fundament investigation in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results The fast-track programmes enhance recovery of the patients who underwent the colorectal resection with the combination of multimodal techniques and approaches. Conclusion The fast-track programmes in colorectal surgery is the typical modality of the multi-disciplinary treatment, this modality can decrease the complications and reduce the hospital stay with preserve the well physiological fundament of the patients.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2010;45(6):684-93
Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) viral infectivity factor (Vif), one of the accessory proteins, which is a small basic phosphoprotein, is essential for viral replication and pathogenesis. The best well-characterized function of Vif is its ability to neutralize the host cell antiviral factor, apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme catalytic polypeptide like 3G (APOBEC3G), which makes the viral particles more infective. In addition, Vif can regulate the reverse transcription and the advanced stage of replication of the virus particle, as well as induce the termination of cell cycle at G2 stage and so on. The designed drug aimed directly at Vif can efficiently block the maturation and infectivity of HIV-1. In this review, the structure, function and especially the related inhibitors of Vif are reviewed.

ObjectiveWE transfected the recombinant expression plasmid of pcDNA3. 1-HIF-1α into the prostate cancer cells, to research the effect of HIF-1α on proliferation of prostate cancer cell PC-3.MethodsWe selected a stable expression cell line with G418 were selected by transfection of the recombinant expression plasmid of pcDNA3. 1-HIF-1α into the prostate cancer. The protein and mRNA expression of HIF-1α was assayed by western - blot and RT-PCR. The cells growth curves were described by MTT and the ability of invasion was assayed by Transwell.ResultsThe expression of HIF-1α mRNA was not obviously increased compared to the untransfected prostate cancer cell by RT-PCR, but the expression of HIF-1α protein was up-regulated by western-blot after the recombinant expression plasmid transfected into PC-3. The ability of cell proliferation and invasion was significantly enhanced by MTT and Transwell assays.ConclusionThe stable expression cell model of HIF-1α was successfully constructed, which enhanced the proliferation and invasion of prostate cancer cell PC-3.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 1997;0(04):-
Objective To explore the clinical and laboratory feature of disseminated Penicillium marneffei(PSM) infection in patients with AIDS and to analysis treatment and prognosis. Methods Study clinical data of eight case with PSM infection in patients with AIDS in our hospital from 1999 were definite diagnosed PSM infection in patients with AIDS. Results (1)Eight patients including five females, at a mean age of 26~53, suffered from the diseases for a period of 1~4 months;(2)The most common clinical presentations include fever, stomatomycosis, lymphadenectasis papular skin lesion, anemia, abdominal pain, hepatomegaly, Plenomegaly, Herpes progenitalis, Subcutaneous nodule, Pleural effusion, bad bone ache. Laboratory examination showed elevated hepatic enzymes, coagulated dysfunction, hemocytopenia. Chest X-ray showed nonspecific include bilateval interstitial or alveolar. (3) Fungus cultured: yeast like cells were found in the culture at 37℃ or in tissues. The fungi outside the host cells were elongated, often curved, Sausage like and with clear cemral septate. When cultured at 25℃,the fungus was mycelia-like and produced a characteristic red Pigment, diffusing into the medium. (4) CD4 cell count was reduced significantly, HIV-RNA was high.(5)Mortality was high. Conclusions Definite diagnosis of disseminated Penicillium marneffei requires culture of the pathogenic fungus from clinical specimens. No specific clinical manifestation for Penicillum marneffei infection was found and Amphotericin B are effective in treating penicillosis marmeffei.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2003;0(08):-
Objective To understand the clinical profiles of arthritis after human parvovirus B19(B19) infection. Methods Four cases were described and the clinical and laboratory characteristics were analyzed. Results The median onset age of the 4 patients(2 females and 2 males)was 34 years old.Typical clinical manifestations included joint symptoms,flu-like malaise and erythematous rash.Anti-Bl9 IgM antibodies were all positive in 4 patients.B19 DNA was detected in blood samples of 3.Other types of arthritis were excluded. No relapses were noticed after followed-up of 1~3 years. Conclusion The Anti-B19 lgM and B19 DNA should be detected in patients suffer from arthritis with unknown origin.
