AIM: To analyze factors affecting on adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in 122 cases, in order to avoid and reduce occurrence of ADRs. METHODS: The cases of ADRs by the pharmacist and the clinical reports were collected, and then counted up and analyzed. RESULTS: In 122 cases of ADRs, there were 11 severe cases, the others are ordinary. The most common clinical displays of ADRs were the lesion of skin and the append ants ( 50.82 %), followed by the lesion of digestive system ( 20.49 %) and nervous system responses ( 18.03 %). Anti-infective drugs showed the highest proportion of ADRs, accounting for 61.48% of the total. The affected patients ranged in age over 50 years ( 34.42 %) and low age ( 21.32 %). The most of ADRs were induced by IV drop ( 91.96 %). CONLUSION: For the child and the old man crowd clinical doctors must be prudent with the medicine, avoiding the unreasonable combination of the medications, use the anti-infective drugs reasonably and strengthen monitoring of its use, in order to reduce occurrence of ADRs.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgical excision combined with iodine-125 implants intmcavitary radiotherapy for neumglioma Method After excision,27 patients with nenroglioma were implanted with the iodine-125 into the tumor bed or the residual tumor tissues.Results Of all cases,there were no operative mortality and no serious complication.The survival time of 25 cases exceeded 6 months and 1 glioblastoma recurrence,22 cases exceeded 12 months,3 glioblastoma and 1 astrocytoma Ⅲgrade recurrence.There were 19 cases exceeding 24 months,15 cases no recurrence,3 cases died for cere bral hernia because of giving.up further tremment,1 case surviving.Conclusions Surgical excision Combined with iodine-125 implants intracavitary radiotherapy can improve partial control rate,prolonged the survival time of patients with neuroglioma,and complications is rare.It is an efficient therapy for neu roglioma

In this paper, Liuwei Dihuang pill was used to study the identification of Chinese patent medicine by fluorescence sequencing typing technology. The DNA of Paeonia suffruticosa was used as template to amplify by five pair of FAM fluorescence labeling primers. Then, the amplified products were sequenced. The sequencing results were analyzed by GeneMarker V1.80 to screen the best fluorescence labeling primers. As a result, psbA-trnH fluorescence labeling primer was used to identify the raw materials of Liuwei Dihuang pill. The results showed that three kinds of raw plant medicinal materials in Liuwei Dihuang pill were able to be correctly identified by psbA-trnH fluorescence labeling primer. The fluorescence sequencing typing technology can stably and accurately distinguish raw medicinal materials in Chinese patent medicine.

Objective To investigate the effect of recipient's pre-transplant triglyceride (TG) abnormalities on early graft function (EGF) after kidney transplantation.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,154 identified living-kidney transplant recipients in the 309 Hospital of Chinese PLA from Jan.2011 to Dec.2014 were enrolled in present study,including 124 males and 30 females,and aged of 31.9 ± 8.4 years.The cohort was divided into two groups:TG normal group (0.40＜TG≤1.70mmol/L,n=107) and TG abnormalities group (TG＞l.70mmol/L or require lipid lowering therapy,n=47).The incidences of poor early graft renal function (PEGF),slow graft function (SGF) and delayed graft function (DGF) were compared between the two groups,and then the serum creatinine (Scr) levels were compared among the patients showing immediate graft function (IGF) at 3rd,7th and 30th day after transplantation.The ROC curve was drawn up taking TG as diagnosis index to explore the optimal cut-offvalue for predicting PEGF,SGF and DGF after transplantation.Results Compared with the TG normal group,the TG abnormalities group showed significantly higher incidence of PEGF and DGF (P＜0.05).Among the IGF patients,the TG abnormalities group showed higher Scr level at the 7th and 30th day after transplantation (P＜0.05).The area under ROC curve (AUC) reflected TG levels for PEGF,SGF and DGF were 0.774,0.704 and 0.818,respectively (P＜0.05).The optimal cut-offvalues were all 1.37mmol/L.Conclusions Recipients with abnormal pre-transplant TG level may have worse EGF after renal transplantation.The risk of developing PEGF,S GF and D GF tends to emerge when pre-transplant TG level is higher than 1.37mmol/L.

BACKGROUND: In recent years, the progression of transplantation of allografts has put forward to a new way to repair massive bone and joint defect caused by various reasons, which was a difficult subject in the past.OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effect of massive allograft and interlocking intramedullary nail on rebuilding bone and joint after bone tumor resection.DESIGN: Self-control observation SETTING: Department of Orthopaedics, Yunnan Provincial Tumor Hospital PARTICIPANTS: From April 1998 to January 2003, totally 18 patients with 15 cases of malignant bone tumor and 3 of osteoma-like disease, accepted bone tumor focus removal followed by intrmedullary nailing and allogenic bone transplantation, consented to join the study, were recruited.INTERVENTIONS: Allografts were taken from fresh cadaveric bone (Prepared and stored in Yunnan Provincial Tumor). The bone segment of osteoma was cut completely and the allografts were transplanted at the bone defects. The proximal and distal intrmedullary nailing were inserted in order. Auto cancellous bone particles were transplanted at the bone joint to promote the healing at bone end. The upper part of shoulder bone was transplanted to perform reconstruct of retotar and triangular muscle; half knee joint was transplanted to attach important muscle and ligament. After external fixation of 4 to 6 weeks following operation, the functional exercise was conducted in order sequence. Evaluating the curative effect of functional recovery of the limbs at postoperative 3,6 and 12 months as well as follow-up was carried out according to the criteria of Mankin(excellent ,good , moderate , unsatisfied).MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ①Functional recovery of limb of the patients. ② Adverse and side effectRESULTS: Date of totally 18 patients was entered result analysis. ①Functional recovery result of the limbs: According to evaluated criteria put forward by Mankin. In this group, 7 cases of excellent, 6 of good, 4 of moderate and 1 of unsatisfied. Bony callus and the concentration of nuclide were increased gradually in the examination at month 6 and 12. About 10-14 months after operation, the osteotylus would cover the end of allograft, substituted the allograft gradually. ② Adverse events and side effect:In this group, no tumor was survived in 16 cases, two cases died of primary lesion and pulmonary metastasis at postoperative 12 months and 18 months respectively. No infection, bone nonunion, flexible internal fixation or ruptures were found in the limbs of other patients. No one was found with shortened limbs. The patient with part joint transplantation has limitation in joint move, but the joint was stable.CONCLUSION: This operation has the highest stabilization .The patients can do exercise earlier to recover function, and injury arthritis could be prevented. It is suitable to rebuild the bone after bone tumor resection.

Field studies were conducted for a season to determine potential for alterations in the rhizosphere fungi quantity dynamics and dominant populations of 4 wild sugarcane clones(S.spontaneum L.) with different UV-B sensitivity under an enhanced ultraviolet-B(UV-B,280 nm～310 nm) radiation.The quantity of rhizosphere fungi was most in tillering stage,second in seedling stage and lest in elongating stage and maturing stage,the sequence wasn’t alternated by UV-B radiation.The rhizosphere fungi quantity of tolerant clone was obviously increased and greater than the sensitive clone under the enhanced UV-B radiation,however,the number of dominant populations decreased and Penicillium was the dominant population during the periods of 4 wild sugarcane clones.

Objective:To differentiate human embryonic stem cells ( hESCs ) into keratinocytes ( K-hESCs) and analyse the expression characteristics of biomarkers of K-hESCs.Methods: The hESCs of line H9 were seeded on matrigel in mTeSR1 medium.The hESCs were directly differentiated into kerati-nocytes in epithelial differentiation medium with bone morphogenetic protein 4, retinoic acid and N2 sup-plement.The karyotype of K-hESCs was analyzed, comparing the gene expression differences of K-hESCs with human gingival epithelial cells (HGECs), human immortalized oral epithelial cells (HIOECs) and HaCaT by Real-time PCR.Molecular characteristics of the cell differentiation were observed throughout the process by immunocytochemical techniques.Results:H9-hESCs were successfully differentiated into the cells that exhibited characteristics of keratinocytes in epithelial differentiation medium.The karyotype of K-hESCs was 46, XX; and the keratinocyte gene p63 expression in K-hESCs was significantly lower than that in HaCaT ( P<0.05) , but there was no significant difference of p63 expression in K-hESCs, comparing with that in HGECs and HIOECs ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion: H9-hESCs could be directly differentiated into K-hESCs.The gene expression of K-hESCs was similar to that of epithelial cells in the early stage of monolayer cells differentiation with high proliferative activity.

Objective To observe the expression of adrenomedullin (ADM) mRNA in hepatic tissue of rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) complicated with hepatic injury.Methods Sixty-four SD rats were randomly divided into control group and ANP group with 32 rats in each group.In ANP group,ANP model was induced by retrograde injection of 5％ sodium taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct of rats.Rats in control group only received sham operation and pancreas manipulation.All the rats were sacrificed at 3,6,12,24 h after the operation.The serum levels of amylase,alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and ADM were detected.Pathological changes in pancreatic and hepatic tissue were examined.The expressions of ADM mRNA in hepatic tissue were evaluated by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results The serum concentrations of amylase,ALT,AST were (7229 ±968),(174.2 ±28.0),(657.7 ± 139.0) U/L,which were significantly higher than those in control group [(2036 ± 292),(104.3 ± 22.1),(419.7 ± 86.3) U/L],and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜0.01).Pathological injury of pancreas and liver tissue in ANP gradually aggravated with time,and the pathological scores at 12 h were (11.60 ± 1.51),(2.60 ± 0.89),which were significantly higher than those in control group (1.20 ± 0.77,0),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The serum concentrations of ADM in ANP group increased at 3 h after ANP induction,and reached (38.53 ± 6.25)pg/ml at 12 h,which was significantly higher than that in control group [(28.99 ±3.92)pg/ml] ; the concentrations of ADM in liver tissue increased at 3 h after ANP induction,and reached (3.00 ± 1.49) at 6 h,which was significantly higher than that in control group (1.04 ± 0.20),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusions The expression of ADM mRNA in rat 's hepatic tissue increases in the early stage of ANP,and the serum concentration of ADM also increases.
