Objective To establish an Oncomelania hupensis snail database based on smartphone and Google Earth. Meth?ods The HEAD GPS software was loaded in the smartphone first. The GPS data of the snails were collected by the smartphone. The original data were exported to the computer with the format of KML/KMZ. Then the data were converted into Excel file for?mat by using some software. Finally the results based on laboratory were filled and the digital snail data were established. The data were converted into KML and then were showed by Google Earth visually. Results The snail data of a 5 hm2?beach along the Yangtze River were collected and the distribution of the snails based on Google Earth was obtained. The database of the snails was built. The query function was implemented about the number of the total snails the living snails and the schistosome infected snails of each survey frame. Conclusion The digital management of the snail data is realized by using the smartphone and Google Earth.

Objective To make various schistosomiasis epidemic maps based on Google Earth. Methods The various ele-ments for schistosomiasis epidemic maps were marked in the Google Earth platform by adding the place mark, path, polygon, overlay and so on. Results Various schistosomiasis epidemic maps were produced and saved, such as the schistosomiasis epi-demic area map of the city, the map of Oncomelania hupensis snail distribution in the town, and the schematic map of snail envi-ronments. Conclusion The schistosomiasis epidemic maps based on Google Earth are clear and visual. The production process is very simple and easy to learn. It is suitable for the use in the grass-root schistosomiasis control stations.

Objective To investigate the method of reducing the formation of fibrous capsule by means of changing the surface capacility of silicone breast implants. Methods N vinyl pyrrolidone ( N VP),the hydrophilic monomer, was grafted onto the surface of silicone breast implants by 60 C oradiation. 10 rabbits were used in this study and the implants were buried in the bilateral subcutaneous layers of the back of rabbits. The unchanged implants were used as the control group. At various interval, gross and microscopic examinations were made to observe the fiber capsule formation around the implants. Results Compared with the control group, the grafting implants induced slight histological reaction and the thickness of fiber capsule was decreased statistically in every time point ( P

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective To discuss the clinical application of lapraroscopic subtotal cholecystectomy in the acute cholecystitis with severe inflammatory and fibrous adhesions at calot triangle. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data, surgical approaches, and short term and long term complications of 74 cases of acute cholecystitis in the period from January 2002 to September2005 in our hospital. Results In the 74 cases operated by subtotal cholecystectomy using laparoscopy, during laparoscopic procedure,71(95.9%) operations were successful;a case of Mirizzi syndrome could not be confirmed to have the residual stones in cystic duct and another case of the same syndrome was not confirmed to have the duodenum fistula. These two cases were then dealt with by conventional surgery and constituted 2.7% of the total cases. One case was dealtd with by second surgery because of the residual stones of cystic duct after lapraroscopic subtotal cholecystectomy and constituted 1.3% of the total cases. One case was found with minor bile leakage and constituted 1.3% of the total cases.Cholangiography was conducted 41 cases during operation,of whom,39 cases were normal and 2 cases failed. No death occurred with the operation of the lapraroscopic subtotal cholecystectomy. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy to treat acute cholecystitis with severe inflammatory and fibrous adhesions at calot triangle.

Objkctive To determine the potential ability of the area of each peak for the proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 H-MRS) in the diagnosis of DNS(Delayed neuropsychological sequelae after carbon monoxide poisoning). Methods MRI and STEAM(stimulated-echo-acquisition mode)were performed in 38 DNS patients and 18 healthy volunteers. The area of the peak of each organic compound were obtained in each volume of interest. Results The data spectra abtained from patients shows NAA(881±76),Cho(2 352 ±86),β、γGlx(3 024 ± 187).Compared with the control group, theβ、γGlx ratio and Cho area increased, but the NAA ratio decreased. The area of NAA,Cho,β、γGlx between DNS and control group were compared, the results showed significant differences (P <0.05).In spectroscopy, the Lip evaluated peak in 0.9~1.40 ppm were detected. Conclusion 1H-MRS may do some contribution to the diagnosis of DNS.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2010;08(3):191-195
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combined tuina manipulations with Qi Zheng Qing Peng paste for herniation of the lumbar intervertebral disc. Method: All 568 cases were randomly allocated into an observation group (189 cases), control Ⅰ group (187 cases) and control Ⅱ group (192 cases). Combined tuina with Qi Zheng Qing Peng paste, combined tuina with diclofenac diethylamine emulsions and tuina alone were adopted in the above three groups respectively. The efficacies in the three groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The total effective rates in the observation group, control Ⅰ group and control Ⅱ group were 89.9%, 86.6% and 84.9% respectively, showing a significant difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Combined tuina manipulations with Qi Zheng Qing Peng paste works well for herniation of the lumbar intervertebral disc.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(11):1680-1686
BACKGROUND:Both in vitro and in vivo studies have confirmed that, bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) regulates the differentiation of osteoblasts and chondroblasts, induces heterotopic bone formation, promotes fracture healing, and controls the morphology of skeleton in mammals.
OBJECTIVE:To treat chronic bone defects using particle gun containing BMP2 gene eukaryotic expression plasmid via local injection.
METHODS:A total of 72 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were applied to establish chronic bone defect model in the rabbit radius. According to the length of bone defect, the rabbits were divided into three groups:1.5 cm group, 2.0 cm group, 2.5 cm group. Each group was further randomly assigned into two subgroups:treatment group (BMP-2 gene transfection) and control group (natural y healing). X-ray examinations were performed at 1, 3, 8 and 9 weeks after transfection, and soft tissue between the bone defects was harvested to detect BMP-2 using western blot analysis;and radius specimens were taken for gross observation at the same time points, to evaluate the healing.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Gross specimen observation:bone cal us formation in treatment group was general y more than that in control group. (2) Lane-Sandhu X-ray score in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group at 1, 3, 8, 9 weeks after transfection (P<0.05). (3) BMP-2 concentration in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group at each time point (P<0.05). The local transfer of particle gun-mediated BMP-2 gene is an effective therapy of chronic bone defect.

Policy background and stakeholder theory were elaborated. It could be concluded that the key stakeholders of the policy were residents, training hospitals, healthcare administrators, primary healthcare institutions and patients of such institutions.Through analysis of these stakeholders, effects on the interests of all parties were investigated and strategies to improve feasibility of the policy were put forward. Two key points were suggested for such policy goals.First,top-level policies should be designed and be effectively implemented.Second, conversion of the residents from permanent hospital employees to “contractors”or“ freelancers”.
