Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer and laparotomy in the treatment of early cervical cancer. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,102 patients with early cervical cancer in Taizhou Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group according to the digital table, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received traditional open surgery, the study group received laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative first exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, pelvic lymph node dissection and complication occurred in both two groups were observed and recorded in hysteroscopic cervical cancer. Results The operation time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group [(239.3 ±66.7)min vs.(156.9 ±41.5)min,t=5.65,P<0.01],the amount of intraoperative blood loss, the time of first postoperative exhaust and postoperative hospital stay of the study group were significantly less/shorter than those of the control group [(299.8 ±49.2)mL vs.(361.4 ± 60.3)mL,(44.6 ±6.7)min vs.(62.5 ±7.0)min,(6.5 ±2.3)d vs.(10.9 ±4.4)d,t=7.49,13.19,6.33,all P<0.01].And the number of pelvic lymph node dissection of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(28.2 ±3.9)vs.(18.8 ±4.1),t=11.86,P<0.01].The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was 9.8%,which in the control group was 25.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =0.092,P=0.035).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer is superior to traditional laparotomy in the treatment of early cervical cancer. It has advantages of good clinical efficacy and less complication. It is worthy of clinical application.

OBJECTIVE: This study aims to examine the parallel multiple mediators of depressive symptoms and sleep quality in the relations between stress and physical health-related quality of life (PHQOL)/mental health-related quality of life (MHQOL) among the women in late pregnancy. METHODS: Of 1120 pregnant women participated in the cross-sectional study which consisted of Perceived Stress Scale, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and MOS 12-item Short Form Health Survey. Parallel multiple mediator models were used to analyze the relations between stress, depressive symptoms, sleep quality and PHQOL/MHQOL. RESULTS: The effect of perceived stress on PHQOL was partially through the indirect path of sleep quality (β=-0.061). But in the model for MHQOL, depressive symptoms and sleep quality played parallel mediators, and the indirect path effect of depressive symptoms (β=-0.179) was higher than sleep quality (β=-0.029). CONCLUSION: The findings contributed to the understanding about the influential mechanism of stress on PHQOL/MHQOL. And it reminded the importance of sleep quality and depressive symptoms for improving QOL in late pregnancy.

Objective To explore the potential relationship between ubiquitination of transforming growth factor kinase 1(TAK1)/nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway mediated by ring finger protein 99(RNF99)and septic acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods Plasmid and siRNA transfection were conducted to overexpress or knock down RNF99 in MLE12,and expressions of p65 phosphate and p65 protein were analyzed. The protein interaction between RNF99 and TRAF6 or TAK1 was analyzed by immunoprecipitation assay.Forty mice were randomly divided into WT plus PBS,WT plus LPS,RNF99 specific expression(TG)plus PBS,and TG plus LPS groups, with 10 mice in each group.Sepsis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg LPS.Results As compared with vector group, protein expression levels of TRAF6 and TAK1 in MLE12 cells decreased significantly in RNF99 group(P<0.05).Ubiquitinated TRAF6 protein increased in MLE12 cells with RNF99 knockdown. As compared with LPS plus vector group, phosphorylation level of p65 in MLE12 cells was signifi-cantly lower in LPS plus RNF99 group(P<0.05).As compared with si-NC group, protein expression levels of RNF99 and IκBα in si-RNF99 group decreased significantly(P<0.05).As compared with LPS plus si-NC group, phosphorylation level of p65 in LPS plus si-RNF99 group increased significantly(P<0.05).The staining percentage of CD68 macrophages in lung tissues was significantly lower in TG plus LPS group than in WT plus LPS group(P<0.05).Phosphorylation level of p65 in lung tissues was significantly lower in TG plus LPS group than in WT plus LPS group(P<0.05).Conclusion RNF99 regulates NF-κB signaling pathway by interacting with the key regulator of NF-κB signaling pathway(TRAF6/TAK1),and improves lung injury after intraperitoneal injection of LPS in mice.

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of prolonging the use time of non-corng needles in totally implantable venous access ports for patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients implanted in the chest wall totally implantable venous access ports of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital in June to December 2022 were randomly divided equally into 7-day group and 8-day group by means of random number table according to the time of removing the non-destructive needle.Catheter function evaluation,catheter-related complications, comfort evaluation and cost calculation were used for investigation and analysis. Results In both groups, blood was returned from the infusion port catheter and the catheter flushed smoothly. There were 1 case of local skin allergy in 7-day group and 2 cases in 8-day group. In the comfort evaluation, comfort accounted for 86%in 7d group and 90%in 8d group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The maintenance cost of the infusion port per capita in the 7d group was higher than that in the 8d group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under certain circumstances, after evaluation by nurses, the use time of non-corng needles in totally implantable venous access ports of breast cancer patients can be appropriately prolonged, which can improve work efficiency and reduce costs.
