Objective:To study the change rule of rats'pulse waves after kidney resection. Methods:To collect the pulse waves of femoral artery in each side of rats in Drugged state. Then do one-side kidney resection operation, after fully recover from it,collect the pulse waves again. To average the pulse waves in the same cycle length and then do the LSQ regression by 6 harmonics which are correspond with the cycle lengths, analyze the phase and the amplitude of vibration of fundamental wave and harmonics by statistical method. Results:The amplitude of vibration of the 3rd harmonics of pulse waves of femoral artery in the same side with operation and the amplitude of vibration of the 1st to 5th harmonics of pulse waves of femoral artery in the other side with operation has reinforced, the phase of the 1st and 2nd harmonics also have changed regularly. Conclusion:There're some regular changes in the pulse waves of rats after one-side kidney resection operation, which shows that the pulse waves of artery on the body surface can reflect the splanchnic changes. This research can offer some scientific foundation to the pulse-diagnosis in TCM.

Objective To evaluate the value of the thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitator in the emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods Fifty cardiac mspiratory sudden stop patients with thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitator from January 2004 to December 2007 were recruited into treatment group, and 80 cardiac respiratory sudden stop patients with barehanded CPR from May 2000 to December 2003 were recruited into control group. The SBP and blood oxygen saturation 5 to 10 minutes after the resuscitation was compared. The rate of restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC),hospitalization and the complication in the two groups was compared. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the SBP and blood oxygen saturation(P<0.05).The rates of ROSC and hospitalization in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(44%,40%and 25%,21%).P<0.05.The rate of complications had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Thumper cardiopulmonary resuscitator Can surmount the factors of medical staff or patients. It can make the CPR more standard andmore effective.MeanwhileitCan raisethe SBP,strokevolume and blood supplv to the heart and brain, and then mcrease the successful rate of CPR.

Objective To analyze the situation and study trend of large-scale nurses'health cohort studies based on Web of Science,to help design clinical guidelines and scientific research for nursing staff in China. Methods Articles of large nurses'health cohort studies published from 1993 to 2023 were retrieved from Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection.Citespace and Bibilometrix were used to perform the bibliometric analysis. Results 2882 studies were included in this study.Total volume of papers was enlarging by year.Clustering results showed that the main keywords could be divided into 3 categories:risks of women's health, risks of cardiovascular disease and reproducibility. Results of keywords burst showed that lifestyle, cardiovascular disease, women reproductive health and mental health were the highlights of studies in recent 5 years. Conclusion Research on large-scale nurse health cohorts holds significant scientific significance. It is recommended to establish a nationwide large-scale nurse health cohort as soon as possible. In the study, appropriate exposure factors should be selected, with reproductive health, mental health, and psychiatric disorders being the primary outcome measures, and chronic physical illnesses being the secondary outcome measures.By systematically describing the factors influencing the physical and mental health of nurses in China,we can better safeguard their well-being and promote the development of the nursing discipline.

OBJECTIVES:
Health workers are at risk of workplace violence, which can seriously affects their mental health and work status. This study aims to explore the mediating role of depression between workplace violence and job burnout among healthcare workers.
METHODS:
From January 10 to February 5, 2019, a questionnaire was distributed to frontline healthcare workers through the wenjuanxing platform using convenient sampling (snowball sampling). The questionnaire included the Chinese version of the Workplace Violence Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory, and Patient Health Questionnaires (PHQ-2). Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and mediation model tests were conducted on the cross-sectional data collection.
RESULTS:
The study included 3 684 participants, with (31.63±7.69) years old. Among them 2 079(56.43%) were experienced workplace violence, 687(18.65%) were screened positive for depression, and 2 247(60.99%) were experienced high levels of occupational burnout. Correlation analysis showed positive association between workplace violence and depression, workplace violence and occupational burnout, depression and occupational burnout (r=0.135, r=0.107, r=0.335, respectively, all P<0.001). After controlling for covariates, workplace violence had an indirect effect on occupational burnout through depression, with a standardized coefficient of 0.25 (SE=0.02, 95% CI 0.21 to 0.28), accounting for 13.87% of the total effect.
CONCLUSIONS
The study highlights the close relationship between workplace violence, depression, and occupational burnout among healthcare workers, with depression acting as a mediator between workplace violence and occupational burnout. This study suggests that it is necessary to improve the communication skills of healthcare workers, increase the installation of security systems and emergency plans, use new media platforms to convey positive energy between doctors and patients, and open channels for medical consultation and complaints. It is also necessary to provide guidance for healthcare workers' depressive emotions. Addressing depression among health care workers will help reduce the harm caused by workplace violence, protect the physical and mental health of healthcare workers, and reduce work burnout.

There is still a lack of sufficient evidence-based basis for the treatment of simple gaming disorder. The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of gaming disorder intervention, in order to provide references for the treatment of patients with gaming disorder. With the development and popularization of the Internet, the adverse events caused by the pathological use of online games have attracted wide attention. At present, gaming disorder has been listed in the International Classification of Diseases, eleventh edition (ICD-11) by WHO. This paper reviewed the latest interventions measures about gaming disorder at home and abroad in the past decade, including psychological, pharmacological and physical intervention methods, and analyzed and summarized these intervention measures, so as to provide references for patients with gaming disorder to formulate a reasonable intervention plan.
