Objective To investigate the relation among clinical nurses′resilience, emotional, the pressure load and self-efficacy with the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale. Methods A total of 449 nurse in Guangzhou were recruited to investigate by 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10), Kessler 10 Scale (K10), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Chinese Stress Overload Scale (SOS). Results The average score was 23.6±6.7 for CD-RISC-10 , 24.4±8.2 for K10,24.7±5.7 for GSES , 63.3 ±16.6 for SOS ,and the individual vulnerability scoring was (31.2±10.0) points, events load was (32.0±7.5) points. High mental toughness of nurses in general self-efficacy scores higher than that of low mental toughness group (t=-8.53, P<0.01), in the K10 dated, S0S scores were lower than low mental toughness group (t=11.23, 7.70, P<0.01). Nurse relevant regression analysis results showed that gender, general self-efficacy, K10 dated, SOS as the main factors influencing nurses mental toughness, could explain 40%of variances. Conclusions The CD-RISC-10 can better reflect the level of clinical nurses′resilience, and the gender, self-efficacy were the main effects, as well as effectively predict the nurses′emotional distress and stress level. However how to improve the toughness of the clinical nurses need more research.

Objective To investigate the menstruation status of reproductive age women of Han Nationality in Liaoning province. Methods From Apr. 2008 to Dec. 2008, 1611 women at age of 19-45 years from Shenyang, Yingkou, Benxi, Zhangwu were enrolled in this study according to epidemiologic cluster sampling method. The study was performed by questionnaire consisting of age of menarche, regularity of menstruatinn, menstrual cycle and dysmenorrhea, et al. Results In the survey of 1611 women, the average menarche age is 14.4 years old, there were significant difference on menarche between (14.2±1.5) years in women from city and (14.6±1.5) years in women from country (t=6. 58, P<0.01). The linear regression statistic method was used to analyze the relationship between age and menarehe age, the linear regression equation was gotten as Y=0. 074X+11. 855, which means 1 year increase was associated with decrease by 0.074 years in mennrche age approximately. About 86.34% (1391/1611) of women have normal and regular menstrual cycle at range of 21 to 35 days, while 11.05% (178/1611) of women have longer menstrual cycle(>35 days) and 2.61% (42/1611) of women have shorter menstrual cycle (<21 days). Of which 65.67% (1058/1611) women have regular menstrual cycle just after menarche, 94. 97% (1530/1611) of women would have regular menstruation in 2 years after menarche. The rate of dysmenorrhea was 42.09% (678/1611), of which 13.6% (92/678) women have high severe pelvic pain. Conclusion Our results suggested that the trend went toward younger ages of menarche, which was younger menarche age in women from city than country. About 95% women would have regular menstrual cycle within 2 years after menarcbe.

Objective To investigate the level of caregivers′burden and the coping style among parents of cancer children. Methods Totally, 229 parents of cancer children participated in the investigation by Chinese version of zarit burden interview (ZBI), Chinese version of coping health inventory for parents (CHIP) and self-designed general information questionnaire. The associations between caregivers′burden and coping styles were tested by Spearman correlation analysis. Results The caregiver′s burden on the parents was in the middle level with a total score of (30.50 ± 12.24). The coping style the parents took most frequently was to unite the family and keep a positive attitude and regard it as most effective. The caregiver′s burden was negatively associated with the positive coping style . Conclusion The parents of cancerous children suffer from middle level of burden . Nurses should assess the caregiver′s burden, provide targeted interventions to relieve it, help the to establish effective coping style and change their psychological and mental state and ultimately improve their quality of life.

Objective To probe into the psychological resilience and its influencing factor among parents of children with cancer. Methods A total of 125 parents were investigated by self-designed general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC),Chinese version of Parents' Perception Uncertainty in Illness Scale (PPUS),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Results The total score of psychological resilience was (54.86±12.88) and the illness uncertainty score was (91.52±14.66).The social support score was moderate with a total score of (39.86±7.99).The anxiety and depression among parents got a total score of (40.08±7.19) and (44.61±7.38) respectively.Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with illness uncertainty and depression, and was positively correlated with the social support. The depression, illness uncertainty, residence, children's age, clinical diagnosis entered into the multiple linear regression equation of psychological resilience, predicting 30.1% of total variation in psychological resilience. Conclusions Social support, illness uncertainty and depression are the important factors which affect psychological resilience among parents of children with cancer.Nurses should assess the social support that parents receive, the level of depression and the disease feeling of the parents, and provide targeted interventions to relieve it,help to establish effective coping style and improve their psychological state.

Objective:To explore the mediating effects of mindfulness and perceived stress between childhood trauma and psychotic-like experiences. Methods:In October 2021, 602 freshmen from a university in Guangdong Province were tested by childhood trauma questionnaire(CTQ), mindful attention awareness scale(MAAS), perceived stress scale(PSS), and community assessment of psychic experiences(CAPE). SPSS 21.0 and Mplus 8.3 were used for data analysis. Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the differences between groups, and Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation among childhood trauma, mindfulness, perceived stress and psychotic-like experiences. Bias-corrected nonparametric percentile Bootstrap method was used to examine the mediating roles of mindfulness and perceived stress between childhood trauma and psychotic-like experiences. Results:(1) In the past one month, 59.5% of the freshmen had psychotic-like experiences, and 8.5% of them experienced the distress. (2)Childhood trauma was positively correlated with perceived stress( r=0.29, P<0.01), frequency ( r=0.14, P<0.01)and distress( r=0.17, P<0.01) of psychotic-like experiences, and was negatively correlated with mindfulness( r=-0.28, P<0.01). (2)Mindfulness and perceived stress played individual mediating effects and chain mediating effect between childhood trauma and frequency of psychotic-like experiences, with effect size of 0.08, 0.04, 0.03, accounting for 53.33%, 26.67%, 20.00% of the total indirect effect(effect size=0.15), respectively. Mindfulness and perceived stress played individual mediating effects and chain mediating effect between childhood trauma and distress of psychotic-like experiences, with effect size of 0.07, 0.04, 0.03, accounting for 50.00%, 28.57%, 21.43% of the total indirect effect(effect size=0.14), respectively. Conclusion:Childhood trauma can affect psychotic-like experiences and distress through the indirect effects of mindfulness and perceived stress, or through the chain mediating effect of mindfulness-perceived stress.
