The reflective behaviors of teachers are a primary factor affecting teaching quality. However, the reflective behaviors of teachers can be propelled only by enhancing stimulus to teaching work, completing training system of continuing education on teaching theory and techniques to increase the teaching theory of teachers and performing teaching summarization of courses and assessment system.Only in this way can the teaching level and teaching quality of teachers be enhanced.

To enhance the immunogenicity of DNA and adenoviral vector vaccines expressing HIV-1 subtype B gp160, human interleukin 15 (hIL15) DNA adjuvant (pVR-hIL15) was constructed. BALB/c mice received DNA prime/protein boost immunization with pVR-HIVgp160/Ad5-HIVgp160 alone or combined with pVR-hIL15. Cellular and humoral immune responses were evaluated by IFN-gamma enzyme-linked immunosorbent spot assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively. Compared with those immunized with vaccines alone, the mice immunized with vaccines combined with pVR-hIL15 had significantly increased specific cellular response and antibody titer (P < 0.05). It suggests that the IL15 DNA adjuvant can enhance the immune responses induced by prime-boost regimen using DNA and adenoviral vector encoding HIV-1 subtype B gp160.

Objective To learn the information about the parents' knowledge and inquiry to the nursing participating of the consultant. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of parents were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. The rates of grade data was accomplished with statistical analysis. Results Knowledge of consultant: 82.5 percent eases parents knew their fight of consultant provided by the hospital. 70.32 percent of parents were satisfied with the nursing consultant for them. Parents of different ages had different ideas about the consultant contents and ranges provided by the doctors and nurses (P < 0.01). Styles of consulting: 67.5 percent of parents wanted to be consulted in prior. 53.33 percent wanted to be consulted at the suitable situation and be informed part of the contents. 78.53 percent wanted to be informed by the nurse in charge of the children. Lines of the consulting contents : the former three ones are as followings, staff of the department, environment, rules and discipline;kinds of the diet;function of the medication, purposes of the tests, items to be care about. Conclusions Parents agreed with the nursing consulting in the practice of medical affairs. More sufficient nursing consultants were needed. Consultant was the basic insure of their informed consents.

Artemisnin is a novel sesquiterpene lactone with an internal peroxide bridge structure, which is extracted from traditional Chinese herb Artemisia annua L. (Qinghao). Recommended by World Health Organization, artemisinin is the first-line drug in the treatment of encephalic and chloroquine-resistant malaria. In the present study, transgenic A. annua plants were developed by overexpressing the key enzymes involved in the biosynthetic pathway of artemisinin. Based on Agrobacterium-mediated transformation methods, transgenic plants of A. annua with overexpression of both HDR and ADS were obtained through hygromycin screening. The genomic PCR analysis confirmed six transgenic lines in which both HDR and ADS were integrated into genome. The gene expression analysis given by real-time quantitative PCR showed that all the transgenic lines had higher expression levels of HDR and ADS than the non-transgenic control (except ah3 in which the expression level of ADS showed no significant difference compared with control); and the HPLC analysis of artemisinin demonstrated that transgenic A. annua plants produced artemisinin at significantly higher level than non-transgenic plants. Especially, the highest content of artemisinin was found in transgenic line ah70, in which the artemisinin content was 3.48 times compared with that in non-transgenic lines. In summary, overexpression of HDR and ADS facilitated artemisinin biosynthesis and this method could be applied to develop transgenic plants of A. annua with higher yield of artemisinin.

Objective To research the effects of mechanic auxiliary expectoration on prevention of pneumonia of patients with artificial airway. Methods According to the admission number,116 patients with establishment of artificial airway were divided into treatment group and control group, and 58 cases in each group.Hama mechanic assisted expectoration was used in the treatment group, while traditional chest percussion in the control group. Then, expectoration effect, pulmonary infection, comfort of patients and operation feeling of nursing staff were observed and statistical analyzed. Results The incidence of pneumonia (5 vs 14),sputum volume [(38.6 ± 4.1 ml/d vs 33.8 ± 3.3 ml/d)],expectoration effective cases (18 vs 12),expectoration markedly effective cases (32 vs 26) between treatment group and control group were significantly significant (t/x2 =5.098,2.021,-2.334,respectively; P <0.05).Significant difference were found in the comfort of the patients and operating experience of nursing staff (x2/Z =-5.097,11.226,-3.250,respectively; P < 0.01).Conclusions Mechanic auxiliary expectoration can improve sputum drainage of patients with artificial airway, reduce the rates of lung infection and nursing workload, improve patient comfort. It' s worth popularizing in the clinical application.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the treatment for traumatic intervertebrae disk herniation in cervical thoracic junction.
METHODSFrom 2003 to 2008, there were 10 patients with trautimatic intervertebral disk herniation in cervical thoracic junction, which included 6 males and 4 females, aged from 23 to 66 years (means 41.5 years). All of them were performed through the transforminal approach combined with internal fixation. After operation all patient underwent hyperbaric oxygen treatment. The function of spine was evaluated by JOA score system.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up for 8 to 16 months(means 13 months). All patients got recovery of spine function to some extent except one case with complete spine damaged. The JOA scores was improved from (8 +/- 3) before operation to (15 +/- 2) after operation.
CONCLUSIONEarly and effective treatment by transforminal operation could be helpful for the recovery of spine function.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2012;47(6):725-729
Cytochrome P450 enzymes are composed of many isozymes and involved in the biotransformation of both exogenous and endogenous substances. A growing number of studies have found that the P450 enzymes do not always follow the classical Michaelis-Menten kinetics, but show atypical kinetic behavior, which is also the current research hotspot. In this paper, the category and mechanisms of atypical kinetics of the P450 enzyme were reviewed, providing theoretical basis for the research of enzyme kinetics.
