OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Autoserum eye drops in the treatment of filamentary kerati-tis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery. METHODS:46 patients (90 eyes) with filamentary keratitis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 23 cases(45 eyes)in each group. The control group was given clearing mesh+wearing soft contact lens+bFGF eye drops;the observation group was giv-en clearing mesh+ wearing soft contact lens + Autoserum eye drops. The clinical efficacy,cure time,recurrence rate and ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than that (82.2%)of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the cure time of observation group was(2.7±1.1)d,which was shortened significantly compared with control group [(3.5±1.2)d],with statistical significance(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of filamentous keratitis was 4.4% in observation group and 15.6% in control group;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). During the treatment,there were 1 case(1 eyes)of corneal epitheli-al edema in observation group and 2 cases (2 eyes) of corneal epithelial edema in control group,there was no statistical signifi-cance(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:In the treatment of filamentous keratitis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery,therapy of clearing mesh+wearing soft contact lens+Autoserum eye drops have high total effective rate,low recurrence rate and short cure period with less ADR.

How to improve the efficacy of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) is one of the key points for manufacture and application of CAR-T. In this review, the studies from the 57th American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting regarding to the strategies for optimal CAR-T activity were summarized, including pathway inhibitors, enhancement antigen expression of target cells, optimization of conditioning chemotherapy, as well as the novel technology for CAR-T generation.

Objective To study the sedation efficacy of propofol combined with midazolam and /or fentanyl in fibreoptic choledochoscope. Methods Ninty outpatients were randomly divided into three groups. Group PF (n=31)was given fentanyl 0. 05 m.g plus propofol 1 mg/kg intravenously, group PM (n=29) midazolam 2 mg plus propofol 1 mg/kg, and group PMF(n=30) fentanyl 0. 05 mg, midazolam 2 mg and propofol 1 mg/kg. Propofol 20 mg was used when needed. HR,MAP,SpO_2,sedation scores and amnesia were recorded. Results All patients were awakened in 20 minutes after procedures. The recovery time was shorter in group PF than that in the other two groups. There were 21(67. 70%) patients in group PF, who were aware of surgery. Fifteen(48. 4%) patients were satisfied in group PF. Conclusion Propofol combined with midazolam and /or fentanyl in fibreoptic choledochoscope has better sedation without any obvious side effects.

It overviews the typing and complications of unilateral neglect, and points out that the significance on the assessment and treatment of unilateral neglect.

Objective To investigate the aim antigen coursing the hyperacute rejection of xenotransplantation. Methods Documents about hyperacute rejection in xenotransplantation were reviewed and summarized in detail. Results Pig is thought to be one of the ideal donors of xenotransplantation, but the major obstacle is hyperacute rejection mediated by complement that is activated though human serum. ?-Gal is recognized as the major antigen and its expression is controlled by ?-1,3 galactosyltransferase. Immunoabsorption of pre-exsisted antibody, enzymatic digestion of ?-Gal, knockout ?-GT gene and transgenic technology have been used to solve this problem. Even so, there remain other antigens which can combine with natural antibodies in human serum, such as, 40?10 3 molecule in erythrocyte, 210?10 3, 10 5?10 3 and 50?10 3 antigen in pig embryo brain cell, etc. Conclusion ?-Gal is the major antigen which course the hyperacute rejection. Besides ?-Gal, many nonalpha-gal need further investigation.

Objective: To get the information about freshmen's mental health and it relationship with sex, city and countryside difference, and to provide the reference for effective mental health education and consultation. Methods: The situation of 1351 freshmen's mental health was surveyed by using UPI. Results: ①11.91% of the freshmen had serious mental derangement, 26.15% of them had a little psychological problem. ②The distinct difference existed not only between male and female, but also between city and countryside. The mental health of male students surpassed the female students, the city students surpassed the countryside students. Conclusion: The situation of medical freshmen's mental health should not be neglected, and its influence factors are various. Mental health education and consultation should be pointed to the students.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) with 16-slice spiral CT.Methods Forty patients with AAA were examinated with 16-slice spiral CT. Multiplanar reformation (MPR), maximal intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) were performed in all cases.Results Forty patients with AAA included seven cases of cystiform, twenty-three cases of shuttle and ten cases of shuttle-cystiform aneurysm. There were three cases of multiple abdominal aortic aneurysm. There was one case of pseudoaneurysm after the rupture of true aneurysm. MPR definitely revealed the site, modality and extent of aortic disease and demonstrated the mural thrombus in the aneurysm. The calcifications of abdominal aortic aneurysm’s wall or in mural thrombus were well depicted by MIP. VR definitely showed the relationship between aneurysm and arterial branches with three-dimension form.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT is the optimal imaging technique in diagnosing, following up pre-and post-operation of abdominal aortic aneurysms.

In recent years, there is some new recognition about the origin of prostatic carcinoma, prostatic carcinoma has been considered as a stem cell disease. Prostate cancer stem cells have close relationship with prostatic carcinoma formation, advancement, relapse, metastasis and drug resistance. As the development of science and technology continues, studies on the isolation and correlated phenotype identification of prostate cancer stem cells have lead us to further recognize prostate cancer stem cells, as well pave a new way for the diagnosis and therapy of clinical prostatic carcinoma.
