The roles of information section of medical information construction are very important. By combining with the information working experience of hospital,the functions of information section in medical information construction are introduced from five aspects,including the role of decision-making staff,the role of organization and coordination,the role of management support,leading role and the role of information service,which can offer the experience for information construction of the other hospitals.

Cytochrome P450 are abundant in Streptomyces which play an important role in the biosynthesis of secondary products and metabolism of exotic chemicals of Streptomyces. Recent progress and function of cytochrome P450 in Streptomyces were reviewed in this paper. The problems in study of Streptomyces Cytochrome P450, and the prospects for future study of cytochrome P450 and its application were also discussed.

Objective To verify the significance of the morphological changes of the macula and its relationship to visual function by using optical coherence tomography (OCT) after scleral buckling procdure. Methods The macula of retinae of 68 patients (70 eyes) with reattached retinae after scleral buckling operation for retinal detachment were examined by OCT to scan the macula through fovea vertically and horizontally. Results Among the 70 eyes, 22 eyes revealed normal macula with thickness of neurosensory retina meant (146.47?20.59) ?m. In the other 48 eyes (68.60%) with abnormal macula, 19 eyes showed extensive subretinal interspace, 9 eyes showed local subretinal interspace, 8 eyes showed macula edema, 4 eyes showed thin macula, 4 eyes showed subretinal proliferation and 4 eye showed epiretinal membrane over macula. In the normal macular structure group under the OCT, the visual acuity (VA) of the operated eyes was more than 0.3 in 6 eyes 2 weeks after operation and in 14 eyes 3 mons after operation. In the macula edema group, the VA was more than 0.3 in 1 eye 2 weeks after opoeration and 2 eyes 3 mons after operation. In the subretinal interspace group, the VA was more than 0.3 in 5 eyes 2 weeks after operation and in 23 eyes 3 mons after operation. Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLCs) and impaired immunity by assessing the apoptosis and expression of Fas and Bcl-2 in PBLCs of patients with secondary syphilis. Methods Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect PBLC apoptosis as well as Fas and Bcl-2 expression in 33 patients with secondary syphilis and 30 normal controls. Results The Fas expression on PBLCs and CD4+ cells was significantly higher in patients than that in controls (P 0.05). The apoptosis levels were significantly higher in PBLCs and CD4+ cells in patients than those in controls (P 0.05). Objective To explore propofol dosage difference between in morning and at after-noon undergoing gynecological clinic short operation.Methods One thousands and nine hundred fifty eight female patients,aged 1 6-50 yr,of ASA physical status Ior II,undergoing gynecology clinic short operation,according to the operation time,were divided into two groups,Group morning (8:30-1 1:30,n =1047)and group afternoon (14:00-1 7:00,n =91 1).Each patient was intravenously injected fentanyl 0.01 μg/kg,and then propofol 2.5 mg/kg.When the observer’s assessment of alertness/se-dation (OAA/S)scores reached 0 score,the operation began.If the body moved,the surgery was stopped and 25 mg propofol was intravenously injected quickly.After 10 seconds observation,if the body movement existed,25 mg more propofol was performed,until the movement disappeared.Re-cord patients’year,height,weight,body mass index,and the heart beat,blood pressure of pre-op-eration,the number of times of cervix uteri expansion per vagina,the history of labor per vagina,the total dosage of propofol and the time length of sedation.Results The dosage of group afternoon (1 52.1 6±65.90)mg was higher than group morning’s (135.69±37.67)mg (P <0.05).There was no significant difference of time lengths of sedation between the two groups.Additional use of propofol in the afternoon group 387 (42.5%)was higher than group morning’s 1 99 (23.5%)(P <0.05).Conclusion In gynecological clinic short operation,the propofol dosage in afternoon was higher than that in the morning group.But the sedation time length in afternoon was not longer than that in the morning.

Objective To investigate the glial activation in the spinal cord in a rat model of persistent postoperative pain. Methods Forty-eight adult male SD rats weighing 200-250 g were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 24 each): group Ⅰ sham operation (group S) and group Ⅱ persistent postoperative pain. Persistent postoperative pain was evoked by skin/muscle incision and retraction (SMIR) as described by Flatters. Pawwithdrawal threshold to yon Frey hair stimulation was measured before operation (baseline) and at 1, 3, 12, 22and 32 d after establishment of the model. Four animals were sacrificed at each time point and lumbar segment of the spinal cord was removed for determination of expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in the astrocytes by immunofluorescence histo-chemistry assay. Results The mechanical threshold started to decrease at 1 d after establishment of the model, and peaked at 12 d after establishment of the mode. Immunofluorescence histochemistry assay demonstrated that GFAP expression in the dorsal horn was significantly increased at 3 d after estabhshment of the model and reached the peak at 12 d and was maintained at the high level until 22 d after establishment of the model. Conclusion Glial activation is involved in the mechanism of persistent postoperative pain evoked by SMIR.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of surgical technique improvement in thyroid lobectomy for prevention of recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) injury. MethodsThe clinical data of 85 patients of thyroid disease undergoing 126 lobectomies from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients undergone accurate thyroid lobectomy with accurate envelop anatomic dissection,skeletonized blood vessels. Recurrent laryngeal nerve was all dearly exposed.ResultsNo-bleeding surgical area was achieved.The RLN was exposed.Unilateral temporary RLN injury occurred in 2 cases.The rate of RLN injury was 1.59％(2/126). There was no bilateral and perpetual RLN injury.ConclusionsCarrying through the accurate thyroid lobectomy,the incidence of RLN injury is low.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side-effects of 595 nm pulsed dye laser (PDL) in the treatment of cutaneous vascular diseases.Methods We analyzed 572 cases of cutaneous vascular diseases treated with 595 nm PDL retrospectively and compared the efficiency among different type of diseases.Results There were totally 243 cases of infantile hemangioma,186 cases of port wine stain,69 cases of telangiectasis,42 cases of spider angioma and 32 cases of rhinophyma.The efficiency was 93.8％,54.3％,95.7％,100％ and 56.3％,respectively,with 2.27％ of side-effect rate.The efficacy was correlated to age,type and location of the diseases.Conclusions 595 nm PDL is a safe option for cutaneous vascular diseases with high efficacy and low side-effect rate.

A 13-year-old girl suddenly developed hypertrophic rough-surfaced plaques on both elbows, knees and ankles without obvious precipitating factors at 3 years of age.Because there was no subjective symptom or other discomfort, no treatment was given.Thereafter, the lesions neither faded nor spread.Skin examination revealed lesions covered with 1-2 mm-sized keratotic papules on the elbows and knees, which were clustered together and confluent in some areas.Circular keratotic plaques were observed on the ankles.Histopathology showed epidermal hyperkeratosis with mild parakeratosis, follicular keratotic plugs, acanthosis, broadened dermal papillae, telangiectasis and perivascular mononuclear infiltration in dermal papillae, infiltration of a few nonspecific cells in the superficial dermis.According to the clinical manifestations and histopathological findings, the patient was diagnosed with keratosis circumscripta, and treated with oral vitamin A and topical halometasone cream and urea-vitanmin E cream.The degree of skin hypertrophy and roughness was decreased after 15 days of treatment, but increased 1 month after drug withdrawal.
