5.A QUICK DETECTION OF MYCOPLASMA IN CONTAMINATED-CELL CULTURE BY DAPI STAINING METHOD
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
With the method of specific binding of DAPI and DNA, the mycoplasma contamination cell cultures are sensitively detected. In this way, the monolayer cells can be determinated if a certain cell culture has been contaminated by some mycoplasma. The process is simple and can be done within thirty minutes. This method can be widely applied as a routine determination for detecting mycoplasma contamination in laboratory cell cultures.
6.EFFECTS OF DU MERIDIAN ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON THE SURVIVAL,DIFFERENTIATION AND IMMIGRATION OF NEURAL STEM CELLS TRANSPLANTED IN THE INJURED SITE OF RAT SPINAL CORD TRANSECTION
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
Objective To explore the effects of DU meridian electroacupuncture on the survival, differentiation and immigration of neural stem cells(NSCs) transplanted in the injured site of rat spinal cord transection. Methods Twenty adult SD rats were divided into NSCs transplanted 14d group(NSCsl4d group),DU meridian electroacupuncture plus NSCs transplanted 14d group(EA+NSCs14d group),NSCs transplanted 30d group(NSCs30d group) and DU meridian electroacupuncture plus NSCs transplanted 30d group(EA+NSCs30d group).T10 spinal cord segments of all animals were completely transected. The rats of EA+NSCs14d group and EA+NSCs30d group were treated with DU electroacupuncture at 5 days after operation. The sacrifice times of the rats were respectively at 14 days and 30 days after operation. The spinal cords were taken for observing the survival, differentiation and immigration of neural stem cells transplanted in the injured site of rat spinal cord transection. Results 1.The surviving number of transplanted NSCs in EA+NSCs14d group or EA+NSCs30d group was more than that of NSCsl4d group or NSCs30d group, and the surviving number of transplanted NSCs in EA+NSCs30d group and NSCs30d group was less than that in EA+NSCs14d group and NSCs14d group.2.Some transplanted NSCs at injured site of transected completely spinal cord and neighboring tissue showed microtubule association protein 2(MAP2) positive staining in EA+NSCs30d group or NSCs30d group.3.Many transplanted NSCs at injured site of transected completely spinal cord and neighboring tissue could be observed to show glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) positive staining in EA+NSCs 30d group or NSCs 30d group.4.The immigrating distance of transplanted NSCs toward caudal tissue of injured site of spinal cord was longer in EA+NSCs 14d group and EA+NSCs 30d group than that in NSCs 14d group and NSCs 30d group. Conclusion DU meridian electroacupuncture may promote the survival of neural stem cells transplanted in injured site of rat spinal cord transected completely, and these cells can differentiate into MAP2 or GFAP possive cells.DU meridian electoacupuncture may affect the immigrating direction of neural stem cells transplanted at injured site of spinal cord toward host spinal cord tissue.
7.Breast reconstruction with pedicled perforator flaps
China Oncology 2017;27(8):626-633
Comparing with free perforator flap, pedicled flap is a relatively simpler and safer technique, with lesser donor site morbidity. In recent years, the application of pedicled perforator flaps has emerged as a new option for breast reconstruction. Those pedicled perforator flaps include thoracodorsal artery perforator flap, intercostal artery perforator flap (lateral intercostal artery perforator flap, anterior intercostal perforator flap) etc. Serratus anterior artery perforator flap, superior epigastric artery perforator flap, and lateral thoracic artery perforator flap can also be raised technically. To enhance surgical accuracy, it is necessary to evaluate the location and quality of perforator vessels preoperatively. Proper flap design is of more importance for pedicled flap when compared with it's free flap counterpart. Although free flap approach remains the golden standard in breast reconstruction when considering autologous tissue transplantation, pedicled perforator flap has the apparent merits of minimized surgical trauma, less time-consuming and less stress for reconstructive surgeons.

9.Correlation of quantititive measurements between HBV-DNA and HBV-M
Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(10):1065-1067
Objective To explore the correlation between HBV-DNA and serum HBV markers quantitative detection and determine its diagnosis value in hepatitis B virus infection. Methods The HBV-DNA was measured by fluorescence quantitative PCR and hepatitis B virus was detected by time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA). The relationship between the two tests was analyzed statistically using software. Results Detection of HBV-DNA in the peripheral blood of patients with HBsAg (+), HBeAg (+), HBcAb ( + ) showed 92. 9% (79/85) positive rate, and the average DNA copy number was (4.31 ± 1.64) × 106 copies/ml. While the detection of HBV-DNA in the peripheral blood of patients with HBsAg ( + ), HBeAb ( + ), HBcAb ( + ) showed 47.7% (105/220) positive rate, and the average DNA copy number was (2.47 ± 2. 21 ) × 104 copies/ml. In normal controls, blood HBV-DNA detection was negative. Furthermore, HBV-DNA copy number correlated positively with HbeAg quantitation (r = 0. 59, P = 0. 041 ). However, we found no significant correlation between HBV-DNA copy number and HbsAg quantititation (r = 0.221, P = 0.077). Conclusions Different HBV-M had diverse correlation with HBV-DNA number, comprehensive detection of them would be better to assist clinical diagnosis and evaluate the response to treatments.
10.Uncoupling protein 2 in regulatory mechanisms and basical experiments
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(9):700-703
Uncoupling protein 2(UCP2)is a proton transporter which presents in the mitochondrial inner membrane. Recent studies have found that UCP2 plays important roles in protecting mitochondria functions,re-ducing mitochondrial ROS generation by inducing proton leak across the inner mitochondrial membrane and pro-moting mild uncoupling which leading to a decrease in the mitochondrial inner membrane′s potential. Because of its antioxidant function,UCP2 has been studied in several domains. This review provides novel insights into the molecular mechanisms,by which the activity of UCP2 is regulated and describe novel findings concerning basical experiments of UCP2.
