First,the neutrality of a third-party mediation in resolving medical disputes can not be automatically achieved.Ethically analyzed,the protection of the neutrality of a third-party mediation can be conducted from the following three steps,including going beyond the ethical error of personal emotional bias,following the ethical principles of avoidance principle,the adversarial principle,and openness mediation principle,and carrying out the countermeasures of being independent from administrative institutions,public media,conciliation officer independent of the intermediary,remote selection of mediators,mediation officers as security personnel disciplinary system for mediation,conciliation of officers with moderate barriers to the hospital.

3.Capacity building pathways for primary healthcare in the hierarchical medical system

Based on an analysis of the capacity bottleneck and boundaries of the valid delivery of primary healthcare service, the author proposed the capacity enhancement pathways for valid delivery of primary healthcare service. Such pathways refer to enhancing primary healthcare service by means of pairing assistance,medical consortiums and telemedicine;and motivating primary practitioners for higher capacity by means of performance appraisal and position management.
4.Third-party mediation mechanism for medical disputes in Ningbo City

Ningbo City has established a third-party mediation mechanism for medical disputes,attempting to resolve medical disputes by a third party independent of doctors and patients in a fair manner.Such a third party refers to the people's mediation committees for medical disputes and medical disputes compensation centers at various levels.This mechanism features advantages more than one,and has its challenges to address as well.Tasks to perform include study of the existing laws and regulations on compensation,appropriate increase of present compensation level for medical damages,improvement of the medical responsibility insurance mechanism,clarification of the nature of the people's mediation committee,and promotions for an ideal social environment.

6.Impacts of health education on awareness of hyperglycemia, self-efficacy and blood glucose level in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the impacts of health education on awareness of hyperglycemia,self-efficacy and serum level of blood glucose in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods Two hundred CHD patients were enrolled in this study and assigned to the normal blood glucose (NGT) group ( n =60),impaired glucose regulation (IGR) group ( n =50),and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) group (n =90).Health education programme was carried out before and after discharge from the hospital.Fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c ) of each group were assessed at baseline and 3 or 6 months after the intervention.Chisquare or t test was used for data analysis.Results After the intervention,the awareness of hyperglycemia was significantly improved in each of three groups (NGT group:x2 values were 17.207,23.582,37.046,39.046,38.686,46.218,28.643,39.895,37.046 and 33.333,respectively,all P < 0.05 ; IGR group:x2values were 31.723,23.529,23.389,27.542,21.091,27.307,20.219,38.235,24.669 and 26.475,respectively,all P <0.05; T2DM group:x2 values were 21.161,20.680,14.612,23.104,22.383,29.436,19.444,32.526,24.671 and 31.696,respectively,all P < 0.05 ).Self-efficacy scores of symptom selfmanagement and common disease management were increased after the health education intervention (t values were 12.75 and 7.21,respectively,both P < 0.05 ).At 3 or 6 months,the NGT group showed on significant change in FPG,2 h PG and HbAlc (F values were 2.35,1.97 and 2.01,respectively,all P >0.05) ; however,FPG,2 h PG and HbAlc of the IGR and T2DM group were significantly decreased ( IGRgroup:F values were 8.07,8.89,and 10.23,respectively,all P < 0.05 ; T2DM group:F values were 12.35,11.56 and 8.99,respectively,all P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Health education could improve the awareness of hyperglycemia,self-efficacy and glucose metabolism in patients with CHD.

Synergy is key to the formation of a community of interests and responsibilities for a healthcare alliance.This paper analyzed the management synergy dilemma and countermeasures of the alliance, in such terms as its model selection, function orientation and governance;its two-way referral, drug interchange and homogeneity of medical quality;its human resource two-way flow, equipment resource sharing and information platforms unification;as well as its medical insurance policy, financial subsidy and personnel system.On such basis, countermeasures were proposed based on trust.
8.Crisis of SARS:the Chance of the Autopsy

9.Preparation, identification and biological activity of rhIL-2/GM-CSF fusion protein antibodies

Objective: To prepare and identify recombinant human IL 2/GM CSF(rhIL 2/GM CSF) fusion protein antibodies and to study its specificity and its effect on fusion protein biological activity. Methods: rhIL 2 /GM CSF fusion protein was purified by DEAE Sepharose FF ion exchange chromatography. The purified protein was used to immunize rabbits for the preparation of antisera. The titer and specificity of the antisera were detected by ELISA and Dot ELISA and the biological activity by cell proliferation. Results: The antisera not only reacted with the rhIL 2/GM CSF, IL 2 and GM CSF, but also inhibited the biological activity of the rhIL 2/GM CSF, IL 2 and GM CSF. Conclusion: The obtained antisera can be used to study the structure and function of the rhIL 2/GM CSF.
10.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can differentiat into epithelial cell of colon tissue of rats with ulcerative colitis

Objective_To investigate the potential effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs) on repai-ring the colon epithelial cell,and on the treatment of rats with ulcerative colitis ( UC) .Methods_Monocytes were purified from bone marrow, amplified and identified as MSCs in vitro.Thirty female Wistar rats were randomly di-vided into 3 groups, the normal control, model and MSCs groups (10 rats/group).The rats in model and MSCs groups were induced colitis with trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid;The rats in normal control group and model groups were injected with 1mL saline via tail vein, while those in MSCs group with 1 mL MSCs suspension.After two weeks, colon tissue samples were analyzed for histopathology,and the colon tissues were made into serial section for determining the distribution of Y chromosome and CK20 double positive cells,analyzing the mRNA levels of CK20,NF-κB, IL-4 by RT-PCR,and assaying colonic NF-κB protein expression with Westen blot,detecting colon tissues IL-4 content with ELISA.Results_Y chromosome and CK20 double positive cells were found in MSCs transplanted colon tissues.The expression of CK20 increased in the colon tissues of UC rats(P<0.01) and in MSCs group in-creased as compared with model group( P<0.01) .The expression of NF-κB increased in the colon tissues of UC rats (P<0.01), but decreased MSCs group as compared with model group (P<0.01).The expression of IL-4 was decreased in the colon tissues of UC rats ( P<0.01) , while in MSCs group it was increased as compared with model group ( P<0.01) .Conclusions_MSCs may have therapeutic efficacy on colitis in rats through differentiating into colon epithelial cells.
